Approfitta di questa conveniente proprietà sulle piste da sci che consente di godere dei servizi del comprensorio sciistico di Breckenridge e Peak 8 direttamente da casa tua.  Non puoi battere la posizione del pendio durante la stagione sciistica, rendendo il viaggio dal tuo condominio agli impianti di risalita quad-speed ad alta velocità in Colorado e Rocky Mountain in pochi minuti. È facile creare "prime tracce" nella polvere fresca poiché ti trovi sulle piste principali. Se vuoi sperimentare il trambusto del centro, è solo un miglio di distanza. Quando visiti Skiwatch in estate, puoi approfittare dei vicini percorsi per mountain bike ed escursionismo e del Peak 8 Fun Park. Quando torni al condominio, apprezzerai davvero la quiete della montagna.



Skiwatch dispone di armadietti per sci / snowboard in loco, oltre a una sauna e due grandi vasche idromassaggio in pendenza dove rilassarsi dopo una lunga giornata sulle piste. Questa proprietà può ospitare anche due veicoli per condominio, include lavanderia in loco e dispone di ascensore per i nostri 4 piani di unità.  Per tua comodità, abbiamo aggiunto una rete internet via cavo wireless ad alta velocità sicura che puoi goderti in una delle sale comuni o nella tua unità in affitto. Il complesso Skiwatch è piccolo, privato e offre la gestione degli edifici in loco, quindi siamo disponibili in un attimo.  



Ogni soggiorno ha un bellissimo camino in pietra a gas e una cucina completamente attrezzata con forno a microonde, piano cottura, lavastoviglie, frigorifero e tutti gli utensili e le stoviglie di cui potresti aver bisogno per alimentare il tuo gruppo in ogni occasione.

True ski and ski out property. Just above the Rocky Mountain and Colorado lifts. Very easy to ski back to the condo during the day. The unit itself was clean and well supplied with spices and cooking utensils and appliances. Beds were comfortable. Very nice stay

This condo was the perfect choice for our family of four. The ski in/ski out feature was great for our kids who were ready to hit the slopes at the first possible chance. The kitchen was well stocked allowing us to make our breakfast and lunch meals, and the hot tub was a welcome way to treat our sore muscles after a long day of skiing. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for comfort and convenience while staying on peak 8!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very good experience, only thing is that the digital key lock would work sometimes. Sometimes you go to press code and no lights would come up. You open door with key and than the keypad would start to work again

Ski in and ski out, wow!

If you are looking for a true, ski in and ski out unit with a great location, look no further. The unit is in a fantastic location, just a hundred yards up from the base of Peak 8. We were able to walk out onto the patio and strap on the boards and go right onto the slope. Condo is nice inside, redone and fit us perfectly for what we needed. Kayla with the management company was easy to work with and I would definitely recommend this unit.

Perfect family vacation.

Everything about this place was absolutely wonderful. Ski in and ski out made the trip so enjoyable and convenient. Also the unit was well equipped for any occasion or meal you may want to prepare. I have only one complaint/ suggestion... we scheduled a snowmobile tour with the company High Country Tours which was listed in the information book and there was a brochure in the unit which lead us to believe this was a recommended place to schedule a tour with and we ended up doing so on our last day in breckenridge. Total mistake! We drove about 45 minutes to this place and when we arrived no one was at the late 70s model mobile home trailer. As we stepped through the wide open door, we almost stepped right through the floor. In fact had there not been a rug on the floor we would have, that's how rotten the floor was. Also as we made our way further into the trailer looking for someone who might work there we noticed the water leaking through the roof onto the boots and jackets we were supposed to wear during the tour. They were getting soaking wet. We basically pulled into an old abandoned piece of property with a falling down trailer, a mud hole for a parking lot and a few snow mobiles. To say the least I was not feeling this was a safe place to take my family out on snow mobiles based on how they maintained their facility, was this also how they maintained their equipment we were about to venture out on? I called immediately and asked to cancel the tour. High country tours told me I could not cancel, I needed to cancel 24 hours in advance which was impossible being I had just called them a few hours prior to schedule so we would be charged the entire amount for canceling. And by the way they never mentioned that when I was scheduling the tour. I could understand a cancelation fee but not for entire amount. If you have not checked this place out and seen how terrible it is you either need to or take them off your list and remove the brochures. Otherwise wonder trip! Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Hi Crystal, Thanks for your positive feedback on the unit. I am so sorry to hear that you didn't have a good experience with High country tours. We actually don't have them on our list of referrals and I don't deliberately put out brochures for rental companies so it was probably left by the last guest. I will be sure to remove brochures from now on (except for the companies that I truly endorse), as I am disappointed that 90% of your review had to do with a company that I don't recommend. Thanks for staying with us and we hope to see you again.

Great place on peak 8 for ski in/out. Kitchen fully stocked and lots of towels. Property was older and mattresses could be replaced.

Location can’t be beat!

This is the best location for ski in/ski out we have ever stayed. The downstairs balcony access makes it steps from your skis and a short downhill to the lifts. Very central to the resort being on Peak 8.

Best Ski-in / Ski-out in Breck

There is no better location than SkiWatch for true ski-in / ski-out. Great views from our condo. Sitting slopeside at the end of the day in the hot tubs and watching the skiers go by was awesome. I think some of the units are more updated than others, but highly recommend this location.

Perfect stay

We will not stay anywhere else in the future! The location is perfect the condo is a great size, queen come on and very comfortable! The management group is very proactive it’s so easy to work with. We had no issues and an amazing stay.

Perfect place for 4 adults

the only reason I gave it a rating of 4 was because of the sheets and the lack of outdoor seating. The sheets were not comfortable at all should be upgraded. The outdoor seating was 1 plastic chair. I sat on the ground. I didn't totally mind it but I know others might.

Hey Cindy, thanks for your feedback, sorry about the lack of outdoor seating I am speaking with owners about increasing that. As far as the sheets, we buy new inventory every year (usually in the fall). Sorry that you possibly got part of the old inventory, but we do refresh every year. Glad you had a great time

Great Location, Unit Needs Some Minor Repairs

We enjoyed our stay at this unit. The location is great for ski in and ski out purposes. I had some issues with the VRBO app, but thankfully the manager of the unit was very responsive to my texts. That makes all the difference in the world when you are waiting to get in the unit. The unit itself could use some minor repairs (lights over the kitchen island not working, towel bars in bathroom were broken, DVD player doesn't work, fireplace flame would randomly shut off and then come back on). Overall, not a big deal (we were there for the skiing, not luxury living), and we would rent again. Hopefully they will get these items fixed before the next renter arrives.

Hi John, glad you enjoyed your stay in this unit. We are aware of the lights and are planning on replacing those (more difficult than you would think to getting this done in a mountain town :) ).
