Great view and clean room. The check in email was sent in advance which made getting there easy. The host, Greg, responded quickly to all concerns and was very helpful! We really enjoyed our stay.

We loved A526! It was a great room, in a great spot, on a great resort! The room was perfect for our family of 4! My girls loved the bunk space, and the little hamster sticker in the bunk! The kitchen had everything we needed for our week stay! The bed was comfy! The balcony was my favorite spot to drink my morning coffee, perfectly shaded in the AM! Greg’s communication was spot on!! They even had a beach wagon and beach toys, buckets, nets, everything you need for the kids to play! Highly recommend this condo!! Thanks for the perfect stay!!!

Great place for kids

The pool area is awesome. So much to do for kids. The beach area is also great and chairs were included which is awesome.

Beautiful and clean home away from home

I loved this vacation. Everything was perfect from the check in process to the end. The view was breath taking. I will definitely stay here again.

Great amenities, location and owner!

Overall a nice condo with great amenities at a great location with easy access to several restaurants, grocery and the surrounding area. Communication and responsiveness of the owner were the best I have experienced on VRBO!

Great Family Spot

We had a great time. The unit was well taken care of and there’s just enough space for everyone to relax. Greg was very accommodating and communicated well. Hope to stay here again some day.

Perfect space for our family!

This was my first time booking through Vrbo so I was nervous but the condo looked exactly like the photos and was perfect for our family. We did end up purchasing new pillows because the ones there were pretty flat and the bed wasn’t the comfiest but other than that everything was great! Would definitely stay again especially for the price we paid!

Overall, great property. Good location, view off the balcony overlooks the upper children’s pool area. Condo had all the amenities we needed. A beach wagon and some toys on the deck found my three happy little boys. A couple issues noted, the shower in the en suite bathroom has kind of an issue with leaking from the faucet as you direct water to the showerhead. All the drawers in the bedroom are broken from the tracks, etc. minor things.

Great place and location. Unit was perfect size and very comfortable. Bedroom was comfortable with a larger screen TV, a private full bath tub/shower. It has an additional area for kids sleeping in a couple of bunk beds curtained off with a second bathroom with shower next to that. Lots of good amenities. The drip coffee maker forced us to use ground coffee instead of Kurig, which actually worked out better. Very family oriented. Covered parking is on the same level and very close to the unit with easy access. Elevator to the pool level is near the parking with additional ones toward the center and closer to the beach access and additional pools. This unit is closest to the kids pool and has some view of the gulf from the balcony which looks across the second pool. Owner was very accommodating and accessable for any issues. We would highly recommend this unit and will likely consider it for next year.

Great!

The property is amazing, right on the beach with three pools. Ideal family vacation spot. The unit we rented was great. The only downside was that the sheets were not fresh. We washed them, so no big deal. Overall the unit was clean but the floor has not been mopped; not only did we feel sand under our shoes right when we walked in, my kids' feet were black in no time. .

Needs a little updated. TV in bedroom was older and the mattress was hard with impressions where people had slept. Other than that the unit meet our needs. The owners were easy to communicate with and let us know what was available there

Waterscape Fun.

Good experience. Location was fantastic. Our kiddies loved the splash pad and pool. Access to the beach is super convenient. Having the condo have their own beach chairs and umbrellas was also a plus. I would highly recommend this location for a family fun time!

Our first family vacation was a success!!!

We weren’t sure what our 18 month old would think of the beach. We booked this location based on the reviews and the fact that it had a kids pool and it was walking distance to the beach. Long story short…. We have a water baby and she loved getting in all of it! We would spend our mornings at the beach and on our walks back we would stop by the pools. The location was perfect for families and we can’t wait to go back! Thank you!!!

Awesome property and location

We stayed over spring break (the end of March). The heated pool was amazing! The other pools looked great but to cold o enjoy. We would love to stay again in warmer weather so we could enjoy more pool time. The unit was nice but could use a deep cleaning. We would for sure stay again!

Review

In Summary, this is a very clean and well placed property. The condo was very modern, and we enjoyed our stay. We was disappointed at the Lazy River being updated, and wish that was in our listing. The fire department is across the street, which could be noisy at times. We were impressed with the condo, and location, would recommend putting that on the listing. On my last day 3/11 I will note, there was a light that fell out of its holder near the pool, and a few wires were exposed, but capped, we tried to come to the front but I guess at 4:30-5 on Friday all your doors were locked. We defiantly would stay here again, and recommend A526.
