Thank you for your feedback, and we do apologize that this stay didn't meet the standard you've come to expect from The Sea Cookie. Our cleaning and maintenance team has been made aware of everything you've noted, and the good news is that most of these items were already corrected, provided during this vacation. Items such as dishes, kitchen supplies, and cleaning supplies were already provided, and a thorough window cleaning is all already in motion. Our team and the homeowners genuinely want every guest to have a great experience, just as so many have over the years at this property. The Sea Cookie is one of our most popular and in-demand homes on Folly Beach, and with the volume of turnovers it sees, some details occasionally slip through, but that's never acceptable. We hold ourselves, our contractors, and the vendors we pay to ensure the house is in good standing condition. We also want to remind future guests and returning ones alike that our professional staff is located right down the road and happy to assist with any needs during your stay, whether that's supplies, cleaning, or maintenance. You're never on your own. We hope to have the opportunity to host future guests. This home has a lot of fans for good reason, and we intend to keep it that way.

Thank you for staying with us! That stretch of beach on Folly is great for the dogs as well as the proximity to the historic district for food. Hope to have you stay with us again in the future.

Thank you for the thoughtful review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the peaceful location, beautiful views, and dog-friendly features—especially the screened-in porch! It’s great to hear our team made a positive impact during your stay. We also appreciate the feedback about the master bedroom AC and will make sure it’s looked into. We’d love to welcome you back again soon! – Charleston Coast Vacations by dunes properties

Thanks so much for your review! We had the property refurbished right after your stay and replaced pots & pans and all of the silverware! Folly Beach is due for a beach renourishment in 2018, which should help rebuild our shoreline! We hope to see you again soon!!

Thank you for your review and valuable feedback! These are wonderful upgrade suggestions, and we will certainly take them into consideration with the homeowners as improvements for the future.
