Goditi le incredibili viste sul porto turistico da questa casa! Situato sul lungomare a Pot-Nets Bayside, questa casa spettacolare dispone di 4 camere da letto, 3 bagni, una veranda all'aperto con vista sulla Marina e zone soggiorno aperti che uniscono la cucina, pranzo e salotti. Prendere a 5 minuti a piedi lungo la Marina Passerella per raggiungere il sempre popolare Paradise Grill. Piscine, spiaggia, tennis e campi da gioco sono sul sito. La barca scivola sono disponibili per l'affitto a $ 40 al giorno. Una Golf Car è incluso in questa proprietà, senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. I bambini sono i benvenuti e quindi sono animali domestici. Ottima posizione per il kayak e Stand Up Paddleboards! Si tratta di un breve viaggio a World Famous Baywood Greens Golf Course (10 minuti), l'imposta-Free Tanger Outlet Center (20 minuti), e le zone del centro caratteristico di Rehoboth Beach e Lewes (30 minuti).

Abbiamo un soggiorno minimo di 7 notti durante la nostra stagione estiva. Il check-in è alle 4 del pomeriggio di domenica, e check-out è alle ore 10 di domenica. Abbiamo 2 notti soggiorno minimo in tutti gli altri periodi dell'anno.

This property was prefect for our weekend getaway! The house is much larger than we anticipated! Being right across from the docks was really fun for the kids. Having access to the golf cart was a great addition as it allowed us to explore the whole neighborhood. Can't wait to go back!

The home was lovely, well furnished, and we had all the extras that we needed. Spent a lovely, quiet week along the marina over the Christmas holiday, and just loved our time there.

We had a fantastic time at Potnets. It was a last minute trip to escape the impending heat dome and predicted crowds in DC for July 4th, and it was just perfect. All the locals were so friendly and fun. The beach was super close, and the myriad fireworks across the Bay each night were such a treat for our kids. The association pool was pretty crowded and very warm-- most likely due to the extreme heat-- but we made it work. We were able to log in on the TV to watch the World Cup games easily, and the grocery stores were well stocked for snacks. The take out options were all delicious, and we had a blast at Paradise Bar chatting with the staff, reliving memories of our collective wayward youth. I would love to book this place again, and I would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone, except those who are very allergic to pets (there was a fair amount of black dog hair/fur around. We have a dog, a red goldendoodle, so we weren't bothered at all, but I know that can matter for some folks' health.) I've already told my neighbors to come join us next time!

This was our first family visit with my parents since Covid. The house was a perfect place for the reunion and spending time together. We loved the layout, location, and golf cart.

Great location and house

Nice layout. House was very nice, great beds, nice appliances and great location. Needs a few things like window curtains in bedrooms 2 and 3, towel bars or rings for bath towels and hand towels by the sinks and dressers in bedrooms 2 and 3. Enjoy stay and golf cart was great.

Guys Golf Weekend and Getaway

Peaceful New Years

Very clean and comfortable ranch home on the bay. Stocked with everything you need, a true home away from home. Driveway is big enough to fit four vehicles, golf cart and full size grill are in shed. The private beach is a 5 min walk away. Only down side to the area in my opinion is the homes are very close together so in the summer time things might be a little loud.

544 Sea Glass in Pot- Nets Review

The house was very nice but poorly and cheaply equipped to justify the cost of the rental. Had to go out and buy additional bath towels due to the poor quality. The property rental manager was very informative and always quick to respond. The rest of the staff however were unprofessional and rude. Overall, disappointed. Would not return or recommend to others.

A relaxing New Year

Plenty of parking with a fully stocked kitchen including a large crock pot! Paradise bar and grill is close by along with a large private beach. Getting around the community is easy with the supplied golf cart in the shed. Something else that is in the shed is a full size propane grill. My favorite spot in the house is the large front porch where my family and I would enjoy breakfast in the morning and drinks at night.

Great water view and kid friendly vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall was a success. This is our second year renting and unfortunately that came with a few hiccups this year. The fans on the porch did not work unlike the neighboring rentals. The dishwasher was also not functional unlike last years rental. The floor was very dirty. We’re at the beach so we didn’t mind but it’s clear by the amount of black dog hair the carpets were not cleaned. In addition, the bottoms of our feet were black at the end of our first day there. Finally it looks like it was our luck we picked the pest control and shrub trimming week. They sprayed pesticides on the outside of the house which wasn’t a big deal but when you bring a pet like we did, makes it a little concerning. The shrub trimming guy was out at 8am one morning with a gas trimmer which woke up both kids. Overall though we enjoyed our stay but wanted to be transparent in some of the disappointments.
