We were able to get a new dishwas delivered and installed shortly after your stay - thank you so much for bringing the issue to our attention to resolve. We are sorry for the issue with the internet during your stay. There is one option in this area for internet service (Frontier) and their system stopped working at this location for a couple of weeks. It was completely a Frontier issue and something we had no control over. Our staff spent countless hours on the phones with Frontier trying to fix the issue, only to be told they could send a service technician to the property in 3 weeks. Prior to this it had been working properly for the 4 years we've owned the property, so this was out of the ordinary. The issue was fixed this afternoon and now the property has higher internet speeds than ever before! We take great pride in guaranteeing our guests exceptional service and for providing accuracy when describing our properties and amenities. Our staff spoke with you several times during your stay to help you understand what was happening with the internet and when to expect resolution. We were happy to offer you a credit off of your reservation and towards a future stay because of the inconvenience, despite having no control over the internet provider's inability to help in a more timely fashion.
