Abbiamo appena acquistato questa villa Seascape e siamo entusiasti di condividerla con te. Si trova a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e situato nel West Beach Village. Tuttavia, non è possibile accedere alla piscina.

C'è un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto in questa villa al piano superiore con un soffitto rialzato nel soggiorno e veranda protetta. Il bagno è luminoso e pulito con una cabina doccia. Il portico schermato è già la nostra "stanza" preferita - perfetta per un caffè mattutino o una bevanda serale.

Prevediamo che questa villa diventerà rapidamente una delle preferite. Aiuto anche ad affittare la villa accanto, perfetta per le coppie che vogliono andare in vacanza insieme ma vogliono un po 'di privacy.

The villa was fantastic and just a few steps to the beach. It was perfect for my daughter and I to get away to our favorite place for a few days. We had no issues at all and really enjoyed our time.

Proximity to beach was great. Condo is a bit dated. Furniture not super comfortable. Host was great in Terms of communication. The area is fantastic.

Very close to the beach - less than a 5-minute walk! The host was very responsive and helpful. It was an added bonus that we could bring our pug with us and know that she was welcome. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean, which is always important. It could use a little TLC for things like painted surfaces and better lighting in the living room. Overall, a great place for a stay on Kiawah Island!

We've been traveling to Kiawah for the past 24 years. This location is fantastic and the host was wonderful to deal with. The accommodations were clean, kitchen was well stocked and everything worked. My only suggestion would be to get new pillows. This was truly a wonderful place to stay! In addition, the front gate did not have a parking tag ready for us and tried to redirect us to the villa registration building, but once I persisted and showed the email that the parking tag should be available at the front gate, they made one for us on the spot. This is not the host's fault, this is an error on part of the front gate.

Beautiful property!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and with all the amenities to make our visit comfortable. The location allowed for a very short walk to the beach which was so convenient.

Amazing stay!

Perfect place for my husband, pup, and I for a long weekend! Short walk to the beach and had everything we needed! Beautiful neighborhood and we loved sitting on the patio in the evenings.

Nice Holiday Getaway

A really nicely renovated villa offering us a clean and comfortable holiday retreat. We especially liked relaxing on the screened-in porch. Beautiful island with many activities to do nearby and in Charleston.

Great and relaxing getaway

Location was good. Enjoyed beach and bike trail-great way to explore island. Freshfields Village great place for restaurants and shopping and very convenient. Unit was clean and owner a pleasure to work with.

Seascape on kiawah

We really enjoyed the screened in porch the deer came through every morning.Pleasantly surprised to hear the ocean on the porch and dog friendly is a must have.Couldn't be happier with our stay.

A short walk to the beach (less than 2 minutes). Very clean villa and well stocked with all of the necessities. Excellent communication with property owner. Definitely would stay here again!

Great location!

This is a great place for a couple or small family. Nice, private screened in porch. 3-5 minute walk to Boardwalk 7. Susie was very responsive with any inquiries I had during our stay.

Thanks for the nice review! We have found the villa to be a shorter walk to the beach - it is effectively across the villa parking lot from the beach. There are no ocean views though. Future guests, please don't hesitate to ask for the address so you can see for yourself how close it is to the beach.

In 2007, a friend on nearby Seabrook Island asked me if I would help her rent her villa also. Since I loved helping people plan their vacations in the area, I obtained my South Carolina Property Manager's License and began a business - Kiawah By Owner.
