By far the absolute best place to stay on the entire shores area. I continue to book this home because it is amazing. Host is awesome and communicative. Beautiful full ocean views with best ocean breeze when you open sliding doors. Honestly could not ask for more. If you want an amazing place, get this one. Will see you guys again next year!

This is the second time our 3 generation family has stayed at the Glass House. Both times were wonderful. The house is beauriful, spacious, ideally located and there is nothing like the gladd wall overlooking the sand and sea.Dionne and Greg are spectacular hosts.Highly recommended!!!

This property is stunning. Absolutely the best home directly on the beach which is basically a private beach. Located close to stores as well. Host is amazing and awesome to work with. This is one of those gems of a home and you will not regret booking it.

We had a girlfriend trip and this property/town was perfect. Oxnard is a well kept secret. I felt like we had the beach to ourselves the entire week. The house is gorgeous, the views were spectacular. The house was clean and well stocked from toiletries to beach equipments. Markets, restaurants, coffee shops, a fantastic Sunday farmer’s market was all within walking distance. The host, Greg, met us as we checked in and gave us a quick tutorial to the house like how to work the blinds and the wind tunnels that get created in the house, and the local scene. How helpful!We did yoga by the sea, a pool day at the Float spa, went to Solvang for a day of danish pastries and schnitzel. We played pickleball at a local park and even shot pool at the local dive bar. It was Perfect!! Recommend without reservations

Perfect Beach Stay

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beach house. The house was clean, well stocked, and the location can't be beat. Our family (adults and teens) made many family memories and we'll be sure to be back.

Our 3rd stay here at this wonderful property and it gets better every time. Greg and Dionne are great to communicate with and they make sure everything is in order. The property is well stocked and maintained. The views from the great room and the roof are amazing! The beach is beautiful and perfect for walks or playing in the water. Our families love coverging here and spending time together in the Glass House!

A beautiful, well maintained house. Central to multiple restaurants, stores, etc. Great for large gatherings - separate floors for sleeping, a large, well stocked kitchen, and plenty of "hang out" space.

Greg was an amazing host of an amazing house and location! Everything was absolutely perfect and my family and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, house, and host. We will absolutely be staying here again in the near future!

This is truly an amazing property. Words don't do it justice. Basically a private beach with very minimal foot traffic. I honestly love everything about this home and the owners are fantastic.

This home is absolutely beautiful. The photos actually do not do it justice, as it actually looks even better in person. Our host met us upon arrival and took us on a guided tour (which we appreciated as there are electric window coveriings and blinds that we were glad we were taught how to use) and our host Greg took pride in showing this remarkable home, and we had a great time getting to know him.He was extremely accommodating and flexible with us over Easter weekend.Just for transparency- when you are sitting on the patio furniture on the sand, the beach is likely to be just high enough to prevent you from seeing the ocean, however, the view from the rooftop is absolutely incredible as is the view from the living area.Would I recommend this home?ABSOLUTELY!

New Year's on Hollywood Beach

Wonderful week at Greg and Dionne's fabulous beachfront property, where every sunset, framed by a towering glass wall, is more beautiful than the next. A perfect venue for a family New Year's celebration. The house had everything we needed for a memorable and comfortable stay.

Great location!

House and views are beautiful-loved how the beach was not crowded and felt safe letting the kids go out on the beach. Dionne and Greg were very helpful and easy to deal with!

July 4th on the Beach

The house was great with a beautiful view. We were there for the 4th of July, and the rooftop had a spectacular vantage point for multiple firework displays.

Spring Break at Hollywood Beach

We booked this location for a 7-person stay at the end of March 2024. The view was beautiful, the host very accommodating and the house was big enough to support family time with access to many great activities in the immediate surrounding area.

Family vacation

Our family recently enjoyed a week at this beautiful home. The property and surrounding view were spectacular. The house was clean and well maintained, exactly as stated in the listing. The host was great to work with in terms responding to questions weeks in advance of our stay and throughout.

2023 Family beach vacation

Another thoroughly enjoyable week at this great beach home. From the surf and sand to the stunning sunsets as seen from the roof top deck. Greg and Dionne are wonderful hosts. The Family will definitely be back again next July.
