4301 Beachside II è un delizioso 1 camera da letto + camera a castello / 1 bagno al 10 ° piano con splendida vista diretta sul Golfo. La zona giorno è molto invitante e la zona cucina è ben attrezzata. Il master ha un letto matrimoniale e camera a castello è l'area di un ragazzo con letti a castello .. Tutti coloro che rimangono qui, lo adoro - e i bambini adorano avere la propria stanza a castello con tv / dvd! L'edificio ha accesso diretto alla spiaggia insieme alla propria piscina.

The apartment was great. It was clean, fresh, and quiet. There was construction in the building that was inconvenient but not intrusive. The host was very responsive and helpful. I will rent from them again.

Parking was hassle free. View from balcony was amazing at sunset. Very easy access to beach and pool. Access to the golf cart to get to the village each evening was awesome (and an adventure) for me and my two young boys.

This property is absolutely GREAT! My family and I have been coming to Sandestin for some time now. This was the first time my wife and I traveled here without the kids and this unit was absolutely perfect for us. You can't beat the location being right on the beach. The golf cart just enhances the experience making it easier to get around the property. Management and the host was absolutely wonderful. I'll definitely recommend this unit.

I am not sure why the 3 star rating since I do not see any reason for that rating. This unit has new wood flooring in the bedrooms, new couch, new TV, etc. Any issues with unit would always be addressed by our 24/7 oncall service. Please come back.

Not as Advertised - Not a 2 bedroom

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The second bedroom is a TINY room with no closet. This is Not really a second bedroom. Anyone in that room would have to use the one dresser and closet in the other bedroom. If we were with another couple or kids I'd be livid. I'm giving stars based on everything but the closet for a bedroom.

To avoid confusion, our listing states the second bedroom "features an HDTV and cozy SMALL built-in twin bunk beds perfect for SMALL children." There are also pictures of the 2nd bedroom included in the listing photos. Nevertheless, I will be sure to discuss your concerns with our team and determine if a change in verbiage is needed.
