La nostra casa si trova a Pebble Beach, all'interno del Country Club Gate, nella splendida foresta di Del Monte, a soli 8 km dalla baia spagnola ea solo un isolato da 17 miglia di auto. La distanza in auto per Monterey Bay Aquarium, Cannery Row e Fisherman's Wharf è di circa 10 minuti. Il più nuovo parco nazionale d'America, il Pinnacles National Park, si trova a circa 1 ora e 20 minuti in auto attraverso la splendida Salinas Valley. Ci sono molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze, tra cui l'Inn at Spanish Bay, Pacific Grove, Monterey e Carmel.

La nostra casa con 3 camere da letto e 2. 5 bagni dispone di una grande sala con Smart TV da 50 ", cucina, camera familiare e zona pranzo e lavanderia. La cucina è completamente equipaggiata. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e un bagno privato, nonché una Smart TV da 42 ". La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e la terza camera ha due letti singoli extra lunghi., Entrambe le camere condividono un bagno. La nostra casa può ospitare 6 adulti e 2 bambini. Abbiamo un parcheggio fuori strada per 3 auto.

Il cortile di nuova costruzione è un luogo tranquillo per rilassarsi e godersi il suono del surf o del suonatore di cornamusa dell'Inn at the Spanish Bay, mentre fa le sue 5:00 p. m. turni serali. La nostra casa si trova in un quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso all'interno della bellissima foresta del Monte.

Core Memory - Great House - Amazing area!

There isn't enough room in this review to share what a great stay we had here and the overall experience within the Pebble Beach complex. It's stunningly gorgeous and this house is so close to everything. House, kitchen, beds, backyard oasis, amenities - everything we hoped/asked for! And the owners were SO thoughtful - left the sweetest birthday notes and a bottle of wine from their family vineyard (what?? pinch me!!). Be sure to research their family story/vineyard - they have built a lovely legacy and it is an honor to experience a small part! Thank you for helping us create lasting memories for my birthday!

Really enjoyed our stay her. Kitchen was extreamly well stocked. Owners even gave us several bottle of wine from their own winery.Plenty of paper products which is not always the case at VRBOsHad one minor hick up with Tv. Just Wow!

Jan’s place was absolutely beautiful! It felt like home, but elevated. We were welcomed with treats, fresh fruit, coffee and a note. Including a lovely bottle of wine from their vineyard! The fridge also had fresh milk, juice and half n half. What more could we need?! I’ve stayed in a lot of places and have never received such a welcome! During our stay we enjoyed cooking together in the fully stocked large kitchen. The home had more than enough room for the 6 adults in my group. We enjoyed just hanging out and playing games. (Which they had many to choose from!). The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were full of nice amenities. I felt fancy!!The location is so nice. We took a nice walks around the neighborhood where we saw deer and a coyote. Any place we wanted to go was a comfortable drive. The famous 17 Mile Drive literally passes the street the house is on! You don’t have to pay to drive it since you’re staying in the neighborhood. Stunning views everywhere!!Communication with Jan was easy. She was always quick to respond when asked for recommendations. Check in was also extremely easy with the detailed instructions that she shared with me. I highly recommend staying here! I will for sure be booking again next time we’re in town!Thanks for everything Jan!

This home was one of the best vrbo homes we have ever stayed in. It was extremely clean, spacious and had absolutely everything we could need. The location was perfect and peaceful. A Wonderful Getaway in Pebble Beach

This home was clean, spacious, lovely, and had all the amenities we needed. It's close to everything, but also far enough away that the quietness of the area was appreciated. Jan was a great host and made sure we enjoyed our getaway. Our family is already talking about when we can return.

Terrific Vacation Spot for Family

We had a wonderful time relaxing, playing on the beach, hiking, and just enjoying being together. The house was furnished with excellent quality furniture, linens, towels, and everything you could ever want in the kitchen. The hosts were very friendly and communicated well.

Thanksgiving Gathering

We had lots of family in town for the holiday and needed a home nearby for folks to stay that we couldn't accommodate. Jan & Jon's place was perfect for my family guests. There were so many lovely touches from the flowers and treats on arrival to the lovely bottle of wine from their own winery. We would absolutely rent from them again.

Listen to the ocean every night

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Brosseau’s lovely home. Three generations, including a 2 and 5 year old, found everything we needed to make our time together perfect. The kitchen was well stocked. The furniture comfortable. The toys engaging for all ages. The best thing was hearing the ocean from the master bedroom which was just a short walk away. Wonderful, quiet stay

We came here for a long weekend and the house was exactly what we needed. Jan was very thorough in communications and made us feel very welcome. She's quick to text if you need anything (just needed WiFi password) and very responsive. My boys loved all the toys and games they provided and the house has more than everything you will need. The kitchen is VERY stocked! The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. The only thing to note - is the house does get hot in unseasonably warm weather (which we happen to have) but that's not really an owner issue, just something to note! Thank you Jan. We loved our stay!

Beautiful Property

Our four night stay along with my son and his family was absolutely perfect. We loved the home and everything you could want is available. Serene, peaceful environment, well equiped kitchen, very nicely furnished, comfortable bedding, great deck and backyard and extremely well equipped kitchen. We would definitely return without hesitation. Owners were welcoming and easy to contact, if needed. Close to all of the Monterey activities, events, shopping, etc. Thank you to Jan and Jon for opening their beautiful home to my family.

Perfect Pebble Beach Family Home

My family and I rented this house over the Thanksgiving break and everyone was impressed with the location, quality and cooking amenities available in the kitchen! The front parking is ample and the backyard is a great place to drink, both coffee and wine!

Pretty in Pebble Beach

Lovely, lovely property. Pictures do not do the house and grounds justice. It was much bigger in person. Kitchen is the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen...and I am a cook/baker as a hobby. The coffee options were great (both drip/Keurig available). The very thoughtful owners left us wine, coffee, juice and milk. Awesome start to our stay. The location is prime for Pebble Beach, Carmel, Monterey attractions. The directions for arrival and check were detailed and great as arriving at night can be its own challenge in Pebble Beach. The house was larger than we expected, and we enjoyed having room to spread out, both inside and out. Bathroom amenities were great with plenty of soap, shampoo, tissue paper etc. We could not think of one thing we needed. Check out was easy, with clear directions again. Beds were extremely comfortable and Wi-Fi speedy. We hope to make it back and would definitely stay at the property again. Thanks Jan!

Perfect location

We found the house spacious, clean, and well appointed. Location was perfect for the activities we had planned. Walking distance to the beach. Close to grocery stores. Short drives to golf, hiking, kayaking, and our new activity, e-bikes. And even a church for Sunday mass. The kitchen is huge and well stocked with small appliances. And the neighborhood is very quiet. So what are you waiting for? Book a stay and have some fun or enjoy reading a book on their large backyard deck.

We are the developers and owners of the Inn at the Pinnacles Bed & Breakfast, located 1.5 miles from America's Newest National Park, the Pinnacles National Park. We purchased our ranch in 1978, built the Inn in 2000, and opened the Inn in 2002.
