Questa grande casa vacanze è stata costruita su misura nel 2016 ed è pronta per la tua vacanza a Camden.

La casa è di circa 2.400 metri quadrati con due grandi portici coperti aggiungendo ulteriori 500 piedi quadrati di spazio. Ci sono 3 camere da letto al piano superiore e una camera da letto al primo piano.

La camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale con una fantastica vista dell'acqua. Ha un bagno privato con doppio lavandino, una grande doccia e una vasca da bagno in ghisa.

La camera da letto al piano superiore seconda ha un letto matrimoniale e condivide il bagno sala. La sala da bagno ha un doppio lavabo e doccia / vasca.

La camera da letto al piano superiore 3 è perfetto per i bambini. Ha un letto a castello a 3 livelli e un letto estraibile quindi può ospitare 4 bambini. Combatteranno su quale livello della cuccetta è loro :-)

La camera da letto al piano inferiore è spaziosa con un letto matrimoniale, una scrivania e molta luce con 4 grandi finestre.

Abbiamo mescolato un moderno open space, con finiture d'epoca che ci si aspetta da un casolare del 1920. Pavimenti in legno di acero ovunque, piastrelle fatte con gusto in cucina e bagni. Contatori di granito e mobili di alta gamma, cucina per chef con gamma di carburanti da 36 ", grandi battiscopa vecchio stile, grandi porte e finestre di vecchio stile, soffitti alti con modanature a corona, grandi finestre con vista sull'esterno e sull'oceano.

La struttura dispone di ampi spazi da esplorare. E 'ben alberato ed è stato lasciato naturale con diverse vie mantenuti per esplorare la proprietà. Si siede su circa 35 'sopra la spiaggia e il torrente che corre lungo il lato sud della proprietà ha in realtà un 10' cascata in quanto rende la sua strada verso il basso o la spiaggia.

Questa casa e la proprietà è una vacanza tranquilla e rilassante.

We loved the house and location in Camden. Everything as advertised, immaculate, well equipped for the water. Just a beautiful place near all of our activities and restaurant choices.

Family Vacation

We love vacationing in Maine as my husband was born there. This time we spent two weeks with two of our children and their families. We are thrilled to have found this house. It is attractive, immaculate and well stocked. Any questions were promptly answered by our host. It far exceeded our expectations.

Maine visit in Camden

The 6 of us had an excellent time. The property was well stocked, very clean, easy check in and check out, and had comfortable beds. This is a great location about midway between Portland and Acadia National Park. We enjoyed Camden and its nice shops and restaurants. There is an incredible view from Mount Battie just down the road from the rental. Plan to visit Pemaquid Point lighthouse. It is a bit of a drive but the ocean waves and view are worth it. Then eat at King Eiders Pub in Damariscotta. You have to order the cupcake for dessert.

Beautiful Place

This home and property are very clean and the grounds are very nice. Beautiful landscaping! We had a great stay. There were 5 adults and 2 children and we had plenty of room! They have everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed the kayaks down at the water! We had a few fires in the fire pit out back! The steps to the water are very steep, however we were aware of this from the description on VRBO. Spent time in all of the surrounding little towns. Thank you to the host for making this a wonderful experience!

Lovely house and location

We really enjoyed our stay at this house on Penobscot Bay, it was just lovely getting up in the morning and sitting on the deck overlooking the water. We took advantage of the Kayaks, beach area and firepit during our stay which enhanced the visit. This was probably the best equipped house of all the ones we have rented with everything you could need in the kitchen. The local town of Camden is great with many good restaurants.

The Maine Coast

Camden is a wonderful coastal town. The house is perfect for a family stay, well equipped and pleasant. The grandkids loved kayaking in the cove. Also nearby to a sandy beach and the Camden State Park for hiking. The driveway could use a little TLC if you have a low ground clearance sedan.

Secluded Location Near Camden

Had a great time our week in Sept. House is well stocked with everything you could need in kitchen. Use of the kayaks was a bonus. Explored the surrounding area with trips to various lighthouses, Camden Hills St Park, took sailboat cruise out of the harbor, day trip to Acadia. Ended up leaving a day early due to approaching remnants of hurricane Lee which is always a risk being on the ocean.

Maine July 4th

We had a wonderful time at the house in Maine, paddle boarding, kayaking, hiking, biking, reading and dining in Camden. We saw Bald Eagles, Cat Birds, Goldfinches and heard countless other birds each morning and evening. The house was very clean, contemporary and functional and had all that we needed to enjoy Independence Day in Maine. Thank you.

Three Generations Perfection❤️!

Our family vacation in Maine, has come to an end, but the memories made and quality family time spent together in this beautiful home is priceless! This house proved to be magical for all three generations! For our meals “at home,” we gravitated outside to the beautiful deck, overlooking the wildflowers in the woods and sparkling ocean views. We made use of the kayaks provided, and spent evenings on the patio around the Solo fire pit, enjoying s’mores. It’s perfect location near Camden, allowed us to venture out for day trips in both directions, to some of our favorite places. This is the 6th house I have rented and by the end of the first day, EVERYONE was saying it was their favorite! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! We hope to be back someday soon, but until then, we will continue to reminisce our three generations perfection! The Grimm family

Really lovely new Camden property

This property is a beautiful new home. We found every room to be really well thought out and well appointed. The kitchen in particular is well stocked with everything you might need during your stay and served as a nice gathering point for our group in the morning over coffee. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms were all fantastic - particularly the master bedroom one. We were a group of 4 so we each got to enjoy our own room and bath (1 couple and two single people). While we didn't use the bunk room we all agreed it was one of the cutest rooms we have ever seen. The den was very comfortable and we tended to use that a lot. The back porch is very private and people would go out there to work or read. I actually did yoga on the deck every morning because it was so peaceful and I could see the water while I was practicing. Also really nice for watching the sunrise come up over the water. Having kayaks on the beach was very handy and we went out a few times along the coastline. The location itself was perfect for us because we were going back and forth between Camden and Lincolnville a lot - probably a 5 or 10 minute ride at most to each. It is also right by Camden State Park and we shot over there a few times for a hike. This was our 5th year going up to Camden and the first time we rented a house because we wanted to stay a bit longer. We found the renting option worked out better for us as it gave us a bit more freedom during the day. There is no question that if we are back in the area next year we would plan on staying at this property again. It was very easy to communicate with the owner and he was also quick to respond to our questions and concerns. They were also very helpful with providing a lot of information on the workings of the house. It was a real pleasure to be able to share in their lovely home.

Family Adventure in Maine

This was our first visit to Maine and our first group vacation with our grown kids and their partners. We picked this house and Camden because of their location being halfway between the Portland airport and Acadia. I loved the description of the house and the photos, indicating that it offered some seclusion and was near water and trees. The property more than met our expectations and was ideal for the ten of us. The house was roomy and comfortable, while also inviting and cozy. We loved eating breakfast together each morning at the counter and table, and gathering each night by the fire pit for s’mores, cocktails, and music. Thank you, Nick and Kerri, for sharing your amazing vacation home with us. We made family memories there that will stay with us forever!

Picturesque Maine!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this sweet home. The location outside of Camden was perfect for privacy and family time. We enjoyed trips into Camden and traveling up the coast. We were very comfortable in this home (7 guests) and loved the beachfront setting.

Maine Penobscot Bay

Thank you to our amazing hosts. We had an incredible stay in a beautiful home tucked quietly in by the bay. The house was comfortable, clean and most importantly-had everything we needed. If we thought of it; we found it in a drawer or closet. We especially enjoyed Camden! Amazing little town with charm, fun shops and fantastic people. Highly recommend a stay at this home and Camden! Take the lobster tour on the Lively Lady. Well worth it. Thank you again to our hosts.

Wonderful house and amenities

This was the second time we stayed in this beautiful home near Camden. It had been 6 years since we stayed before and the house was as lovely and well kept as then! It is well stocked throughout, especially in the kitchen! We had another fabulous visit to this area of Maine! You won’t be disappointed if you choose this home for your visit!

Mid-coast family vacation

We had a wonderful time swimming, kayaking, fishing and beach combing in Penobscot Bay. Enjoyed several nights around the fire pit. Visits to Camden, Rockland, Rockport, Belfast, Northport, Searsport and Iselsboro. Mount Battie and Meguntecook Lake were high points. Plenty of room for kids, parents, uncles, aunts and grandparents. Everything we needed was there.

Great home and location

Very nice newer home with a fantastic location just 5 minutes from Camden. Super clean! We stayed with 9 members of our family and never felt crowded, everyone had plenty of space to spread out. Even the smaller queen bedroom upstairs was larger than we were expecting from the photos (although that room gets quite warm because the air flow from the A/C unit in the hall doesn't flow well into that room -- we kept the window open and the fan on at night and that helped). The kitchen is very well equipped -- we do a lot of cooking and found everything we needed. The warnings about the steep steps to the beach are accurate, it is quite a hike, but our kids went down there multiple times each day and had a blast catching crabs and other sea critters. Even my 90 year old grandma made it down there a couple times.

Our family lives in the historic Avondale section of Jacksonville, FL. Our first home was a classic 1926 bungalow. The design of our coastal Maine retreat was inspired by our first house. Blending many classic elements with modern amenities and an open floor plan that is great for family gatherings.

We love to travel and have coordinated a number of VRBO's over the years for our stays. We have even coordinated a successful home exchange with our family beach condo in Amelia Island, FL. We can assure you that our Maine Vacation home will be well appointed, comfortable, relaxing, and you will have everything you need to have a wonderful stay.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Our first trip to Camden was a family road trip up the coast with a final destination being Acadia National Park. One of our stops was in Camden where we tent camped in Camden Hills State Park for 2 nights. We fell in love with all that Camden and the surrounding area had to offer. We returned several years later. On our 2nd trip we rented two different homes each for a week and left saying we needed to get a place of our own. Camden was the perfect getaway for our family. After a few years of searching and a few more trips to Camden we found the perfect property.

The property is situated 3 miles North of Camden and is almost exactly 1/2 way between Camden & Lincolnville. It is a quite section of town about a 5 minute drive North of the Downtown.
