3 couples, traveled to Pelham, AL from GA, WI, & TN to hike at Oak Mountain. Spacious, clean, comfy townhome. Great location. Exceeded our expectations!

Turned out good

Property was great -so clean & neat. Fit our family well. The property manager had bad reception bc he was in hospital w grandchild so we never received the check in instructions. We kept calling & texting to no avail. But VRBO help lone got the code & saved the day. I was nervous as I’ve never done this befite. Everything turned out great but I was very nervous. Next time I’ll ask fir check in instructions the day before

Perfect place for taking in a Alabama football game

We stayed here with some friends to take in an Alabama football game. Great places to eat in Hoover and was about an hour drive to Tuscaloosa for the game. Accommodations were nice for our group of 7. Would highly recommend staying her.

Amazing Host and Amazing place

Host got us out of a jam. Place was super clean and tucked away in a nice location. Love the new BBQ grill and the furniture. I fealt right at home. Would stay again!

Golf Trip

This town home was great for a golf trip to the RTJ golf courses. The home is very nice, clean and in a good location for golf and restaurants. I would definitely be interested in rebooking for future trips.

Rental for Samford Graduation

We had a top notch experience with the owners and the property. We hosted a family dinner Thursday night and brunch Friday morning. Everyone had a blast and they were impressed with the townhome. The kitchen had everything we needed and we all had plenty of room. The master is HUGE and gave us much needed space. I highly recommend this place!

Beautiful townhome, great location!

My mother, my two teen sons and I stayed here for Christmas to be near family in Chelsea. The property is safe, quiet, centrally located, and exactly as you see in the photos. Bedrooms are lovely and comfortable - my mom absolutely loved the MBR suite and that it was on the main floor and didn’t require stairs. Washer/dryer were fantastic to have. Mitch was extremely responsive (we had zero problems, just a few questions). Check in and out super easy. We will definitely rent here again. Thank you to the owners for a great stay!

Nice place for family Thanksgiving

This worked well for our family of five (3 college kids) to come together for Thanksgiving. Plenty of space, clean, and convenient location for us. Only issue was the road noise that is noticeable in the bedrooms at the back of the house. Might bother some that are light sleepers. Owners were easy to work with!

After traveling to Alabama for a few years to visit college aged children we purchased this spacious town home due to desire to avoid another hotel room and lack of satisfaction with other rentals. After moving to Birmingham and purchasing a home earlier this year, we kept this beautiful town home as a furnished rental.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

This property is just minutes to the Galleria and Summit Shopping and is surrounded by several great upscale and fast food restaurants. Travel to UAB and Samford is less than 10 / 15 minutes. Ross Bridge and Oxmoor Valley RTJ courses are 15 and 20 minute drives. Tuscaloosa is less than 1 hour away and Auburn university is approx 2 hours. The privacy and view out the back is what you expect Alabama to be.
