Great layout for friends or families, walkable easily to the restaurants, shops, and bars. Sitting in the hot tub with the view of the mountains is absolutely amazing. Great experience!

Love Breck!

Had an amazing stay! Property was absolutely perfect for our family. We were in town for a wedding and super close to our friends, as well as main street and all the activities.

Breckenridge EZ Gondola Access

We loved our stay at this home. Although it could easily be reached via walking, we shuttled to the gondola and parked. EZ peezy! The hot tub was awesome, the bedrooms were very nice, the kitchen and living area were large and inviting. I will definitely stay here again if and when our schedule permits.

Fantastic

Our stay in Breckenridge at this property was great! Great location, house with plenty of space, high end appliances and furniture, walking distance to town and gondola. Our only complaint was no pizza cutter or full length mirror (seriously, everything else was perfect). Will definitely stay at this property again.

Spring Break Getaway

Great location to skiing and downtown shopping, as well as restaurants. 10-20 minute drive to tubing, snowmobiling and dog sledding. Enjoyed day trip to Keystone. Walking distance to gondola, Nordic center for cross country & snow shoe. House as clean and comfortable for 4 adults and two kids.

Beautiful home, 3 great bedrooms, open kitchen and family room on main level and a separate family room in basement. House was spotless, well stocked w up to date appliances, a block from town and two blocks from the gondola. Highly recommend

Immaculate property, very high end

Beautiful property. Ryan was available for questions/problems. we followed the "rules of the house" very carefullly, because clearly everyone else has been taking care of the property and it is really immaculate. I especially liked the private location of the hot tub.

Best of the best

We booked last minute and couldn't be happier. The house is perfect for our 2 families. 2 living areas and lots of deck space. Even though we couldn't ski we had a great time at the house. It is walking distance to everything. It is also quiet like we are in the mountains with a great view, but right in town. Amazing. We can't wait to book again for next year.

Great stay

This property is very well appointed and maintained. We loved sitting in the hot tub watching the snow. Kitchen is very well equipped. Appreciated the humidifiers. Great location to walk downtown. Be sure to bring ice as freezer ice maker either doesn’t work or isn’t connected. Only downfall is we were all woken up two nights in a row in the wee hours by the very loud, late parties at the property to the north. Hopefully it isn’t a regular thing.

Hi Russelle, Thank you for stayiing with us. I am sorry about the noisy neighbors as that is definitely not the norm at this location. That property is another vacation rental and apparently was rented to a disrespectful group. Thanks again for staying with us.

Breck Family Getaway

The home was beautiful, very clean, and kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed! The kids enjoyed hanging out on lower level! We could walk to all the restaurants and shopping on Main St. The 2 negatives were the traffic noise, the home backs up to Main St which is heavily traveled! You do not see the road in posted pics. There is no air conditioning so upstairs in July was warm even with the windows open.

Amazing friend vaca

We had an amazing experience staying at this house. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the home, location to Main Street and gondola, kitchen being completely stocked with everything you’ll need, and responsiveness of our host. We had a few minor problems but Ryan was able to address them right away. One minor note: if you’re planning to use either the pullouts, it’s not a great experience for adults. The beds are falling apart but Ryan hooked us up with an air mattress right away. Otherwise, this house is darn near perfect. If we come back to Breck we will rent again!

Perfect

This house offered EVERYTHING that we needed. It was my husband, myself, my daughter, her husband and my two grandsons. Upstairs offers a nice master bedroom with king bed and beautiful on suite bathroom and nice roof top hot tub. (My grandsons loved that) The main floor offers a very comfy sectional, gas fireplace, beautiful kitchen, dining table that seated 8, half bath and mud room off the spacious heated 2 car garage that easily fit the Suburban we rented. There is also a porch with gas grill and absolutely stunning views of the ski slopes and gondola. Downstairs was another master bedroom with king bed and beautiful on suite bathroom and 2nd bedroom with queen/twin bunkbeds with access to another full bath. Downstairs also offers a comfy sectional with queen pull out bed and a loveseat with another pull out bed. Would easily sleep 10. The house is an easy walk to City Market, downtown and the gondola. Very convenient to just about everything.

The joy of accurate reviews.

First, I maintain a clean home, and I want to rent clean homes. We rent larger homes for our family a couple of times a year. I always read all the reviews and have been disappointed when the reviews say the property is so clean only for us to walk into a home that is not clean. We did not have to clean a thing in this property prior to unpacking. Great job to the cleaning crew. It was only two of our families this trip and the size as well as the layout of this property was perfect for the six of us. Since we range in age from 5 to 76, the gondola was to far of a walk. However, it was a 5 minutes drive from leaveing the garage to the drop off and pick-up point. We could see the gondola from the rental and it was very convenient. Ryan made everything easy from beginning to end. It would be a pleasure to work with him again.

The view of the mountains is gorgeous and the home itself is beautiful and well built and comfortably set up. In fact we enjoyed our experience so much we came twice in the same month! My daughter and I could walk to the gondola and back easily with ski gear and be dropped off right at peak 8. Elevation ski rentals was where we rented gear from. We could literally walk there too. Leaves a lot to be desired

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we were not happy with our stay, especially due to the rates and fees we paid for the stay. The furnishings were subpar in some areas and a few things on the property simply did not function properly. We were told someone was coming to fix the blind on the main window but no one ever showed up. The fireplace also did not work in the main living area. These are issues we experienced or suggestions for making the place feel like you are getting what you are paying for:Too many remotes - need one universal remote Fireplace in living room did not work, even after turning the switch onBlind on the large window did not workToilet paper - come on. You should be able to afford at least a 2-ply TP that doesn’t feel like sandpaper. Trash cans - only one in the bathroom. Need at least another one in the bedroom. Bed pillows are nothing but flat pieces of foamNeed areas for charging electronics on the nightstands The rugs in the living areas are very worn and need to be replaced.
