Beach Haven è nuovo e migliorato! Completamente rinnovato dopo l'uragano Harvey. Beach Haven è una struttura fronte mare situata sulle splendide spiagge dell'Isola Mustang a Port Aransas.

Beach Haven offre splendide viste sull'oceano, sulle dune erbose e sulla piscina dall'ampio balcone privato, dall'area soggiorno e dalla camera da letto principale. Situato nel complesso del Grand Caribbean Condominium e dotato di ingresso senza chiave, due ascensori e una passerella privata con un percorso tortuoso che conduce attraverso le dune erbose fino alla spiaggia. Se stai cercando una vacanza appartata, allora Beach Haven ti immergerà nel paesaggio!

Beach Haven presenta decorazioni e arredi in stile costiero completamente nuovi. Questo delizioso condominio offre uno spazio di vita aperto per momenti intimi in famiglia. La camera familiare dispone di un nuovo divano reclinabile in pelle e di un divanetto per il massimo comfort mentre si affaccia sull'oceano.

La nuovissima cucina Martha Stewart presenta nuovi armadi, nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e ripiani in vetro marino. La cucina ben fornita contribuisce a rendere questo rifugio una comoda vacanza ben pianificata con frigorifero con porta-finestra con fabbricatore di ghiaccio, fornello, caffettiera Keurig, forno, microonde, lavastoviglie, forno tostapane e smaltimento dei rifiuti.

Sappiamo che una buona notte di riposo è importante durante le vacanze! La camera da letto principale ha un nuovo letto king size e mobili costieri della fattoria, mentre le due camere degli ospiti hanno letti matrimoniali con materassi nuovi e mobili costieri. Le due camere degli ospiti hanno vista sulla baia. Ci sono anche 2 materassi ad aria gemelli con pompe integrate. Beach Haven può ospitare comodamente 6-8 persone. Il condominio 3 camere da letto, 3 bagni, 3 ° piano tutto nuovo e aggiornato è completamente arredato.

Il bagno padronale recentemente ristrutturato presenta una doccia piastrellata di grandi dimensioni con doppi soffioni, porte in vetro e un doppio lavabo in marmo Martha Stewart. I bagni per gli ospiti presentano nuovi lavandini / vanità con una combinazione doccia / vasca.

Beach Haven include anche tutte le nuove smart TV 4K da 50 "in camera familiare, smart TV 4K da 46" in camera da letto principale e TV HD da 32 "nelle altre due camere da letto. Uno stereo AM / FM con lettore CD, dente blu e capacità di connessione della scheda SD. Include Internet ad alta velocità gratuito Spectrum con Wi-Fi. Il ripostiglio include lavatrice, asciugatrice e prodotti da spiaggia.

Mangiare insieme nella sala da pranzo costiera con posti a sedere per sei più tre al bar, o sul patio esterno coperto con vista sull'oceano con posti a sedere per quattro.

Goditi l'alba sull'oceano, osserva gli uccelli o semplicemente rilassati sulla spiaggia. La Grand Caribbean Unit # 3010 ha tutto!

Goditi il golf presso il Palmilla Golf Club, situato a 2 miglia a nord di Beach Haven. Minimo 3 notti in tutte le principali festività. Nessun affitto mensile per i mesi di ottobre o marzo.

Had a nice vacation

Me and my friends recently stayed at Beach Heaven and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed. I especially appreciated all the necessary things that were there. The bed was incredibly comfortable.The location was ideal. Overall, this was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend.

We loved it all!! Place was perfect for our family. Location perfect. Walk to the beach was awesome!! Customer service great. Responsiveness was very timely. Master room was wonderful. Bed was so comfy. Lots of seating. We can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful Condo

This condo was perfect for our family getaway. I loved the big couch with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy movie night. There is also plenty of dining seating with the table, bar stools, and tv trays. The condo was clean and very tastefully decorated. We loved this condo!

Father's Day Weekend

We planned this trip last minute and we are so happy we stayed here! The condo was away from all of the hustle and bustle, which is what we wanted. Check in was super easy, the condo was clean and had everything we needed, even stuff for the beach! The balcony was amazing. We had a great time and would recommend this condo to anyone.

Toes in the sand!

Great accommodations. One bedroom shares community bathroom. A bit of a hike to the beach but easy access. Driving to the beachfront of condo is about 15 minutes. Overall super comfy and high end!

The comforter in the first bedroom on the left has blood stains on it. Some of the dishes were dirty. We still enjoyed our stay though.

CLEAN and great location

This is the first location I've stayed and felt like it was actually clean. Everything was extremely clean inside and outside the condo. We saw ground staff multiple times cleaning the walkway to the beach, mopping elevators, picking up trash, etc. The beach is very easy to access and has a hose to rinse of the sand after your beach trip. Overall a 5/5 stay!

Beautiful and Clean Condo on the Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Totally remodeled after the hurricane, everything inside is just like new. Nicely decorated. Kitchen and pantry are very well-stocked.I wish a hair-dryer was provided. I used to bring my own but it's available everywhere we travel nowadays, even in a different country, so I was caught off guard. Other than that, we love the place.

The property itself was maintained well and elevator was nice for 3rd floor view/balcony. Boardwalk and shower made beach trips easy and convenient! The only small improvement I could think of was entrance little difficult to spot @ night without lighting by road.

The Beach Haven @ Grand Carribean was one of the best stays on Mustang Island. These homeowners have made this a home not just a condo you lease. We were so excited to have had the opportunity to visit. Charming & Warmth with allot of love we felt. The kitchen was excellent! We have already schedule our 2016 Vacation for Nov & Dec stays. Very nice condo

This condo is very updated and nice inside. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need (except measuring spoons😁). The view from the balcony is great Our disappointment comes not with the specific condo, but with the complex itself. Until mid to late afternoon, the swimming pool has absolutely no shade except for two tiny tables under a thatched umbrella. There is no where to lounge in the shade and the sun gets brutally hot. Additionally, there are no beach umbrellas for rent anywhere so there is no way to have any shade on the beach. These might be minor problems for some, but we were 4 adults in our 70’s looking to just relax on the beach or by the pool and not work on getting a tan. We do not have our own beach umbrellas, nor would we have been able to put them up if we did. If you are okay with the above info, then I recommend staying in this condo (but bring your own toilet paper…😁)

Beautiful condo, not impressed with property manager

The only reason that I am not giving 5 stars is that the communication with the property manager was subpar. Every time I tried to call for information before our visit, there was no answer - and my emails were not answered promptly either. For example, I wanted to find out about chair and umbrella rentals, and was given a phone number to a service that did not come to this complex. I found another one on my own, but I would have expected to get correct information. Then when we arrived and entered the condo, it was dirty with unmade beds and dirty towels. Again, the property manager did not answer the phone, so we had to drive to the office to let them know. They then sent cleaners who were there until 6 pm even though our check-in time was 4 pm. However, the condo is perfect and very comfortable - the problems were just with the manager.

Starkey Properties/ Grand Caribbean

The condo was beautiful and clean. We loved it! The only issues we had was with Starkey Properties. They didnt send me the email 2 days prior to check in to fill out the information needed to get into the condo so I called them and had to fill in all information needed in the hot parking lot on my phone. I called them again because they only gave us 2 parking passes. BTW - They dont answer the phone you have to call and hit the star key for a call back.(Annoying) They said 3 cars were allowed. The 2 with the parking passes can park in the front and the other car can park on the back row where there is not a tow sign. Well 2 days pass and we got a tow notice from "Thomas" saying the vehicle would be towed in 24 hours if not moved. I called Starkey (waited a call back again) I said I needed another pass or they would tow my truck I asked if Starkey Properties were still located up the road where it said on my map quest she said yes and I could come pick up a pass but they closed at 5:00 and it was 4:15. I said I was on my way. Well after going to that address and searching all around I finally stopping at another random Reality office and they said that Starkey did not have a physical building on the island (WHAT?) so I called Starkey again (wait for a call back) and they finally called back and said they would send someone out with another parking pass so my vehicle would not get towed. The condo was excellent - loved it but the Management was horrible.

Best Beach Weekend Ever!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at several places on Port Aransas and we all agreed that this has been our favorite so far! We liked it so much that we will probably check here first and see if it is available for our next trip. The place is well stocked with anything you might need. It has great views and you almost have the beach to yourself since it is so far down from the main hubs. The pool is nice and shaded in the afternoon which was a huge plus for us since I have a daughter that can burn even with 70 sunscreen. My husband loved the collection of reading material as well. The sofa was so comfortable as was the master bed. Your lamps are so perfect as each one is a nightlight as well as a lamp and found in every room, plus coordinates with the beach theme. The notebook that you had listing all the island amenities was very well put together and we used several times even though we are not new to Port A. We had brought our own beach stuff but what you guys had stocked was perfect and we didn't need to take ours out of the vehicle, which was nice when you have so much to carry anyway. Plus, my son had forgotten his sunglasses and there was a selection for him to borrow! I also liked that it was an end unit. We like our getaways to be quiet and peaceful and this was. Probably the only thing that was a negative for us was the shower heads. They are just really plain and when you are trying to get nooks, cranny's and kiddos clean, I love the nicer shower heads that you can use as a handle and has several kinds of outputs. But, maybe that is an issue in rentals or with the type of water, etc. That was our only thing we missed though. Again, we thought it was perfect! Thanks so much for letting us enjoy your beach paradise!
