Una bella casa indipendente ristrutturata all'interno del suo ampio giardino privato con piscina. Terrazza sul tetto con splendida vista sulle montagne del Tauro. L'ampio giardino è attrezzato con lettini, mobili da giardino, barbecue. Siamo a 5 km da Ancient Side con il suo famoso Tempio di Apollo, Anfiteatro e Turtle Beach. Le spiagge di Side e Kumkoy sono di sabbia bianca e mare turchese, mai inferiori al 17c con un clima invernale superbo. Siamo in grado di organizzare escursioni giornaliere. Saremo a casa per incontrarvi all'arrivo e siamo contattabili durante il vostro soggiorno. La fermata dell'autobus è a 5 minuti a piedi dalla villa e porta a Kumkoy, Side e Manavgat. C'è un parco locale nel villaggio con area giochi per bambini e attrezzi ginnici per adulti gratuiti. Possiamo organizzare il noleggio auto e trasferimenti aeroportuali. Il villaggio di Ilica ha anche mini-market, barbiere, centro medico e farmacia, c'è anche un grande mercato degli agricoltori che si tiene un mercoledì.

Beautiful Villa and fantastic hosts

What can we say!!! The villa is beautiful and Elaine and Steve are fantastic. We had a disastrous start trying to pick up our pre booked car hire, the car hire company wanted to rip us off, trying to charge us double and leaving us stranded, but Elaine and Steve came to the rescue. Word of advice if Elaine and Steve offer you to help with car hire through their friend Suleyman....take it!!! He is a gentleman and can arrange this at a fraction of the cost. From the initial booking we had many emails back and forth, chatting about various things, so when we eventually met it was like meeting friends. The Villa is beautiful and immaculate, the kitchen is stocked with everything you could need and if there were any problems Elaine and Steve were just down the road and were happy to help. Thank you guys so much for your hospitality.

Feel lucky to find this real gem

If you're looking for real Turkish experience with the most hospitable hosts you're here! We've had 2 weeks of an amazing slow pace and worries free vacation here. Well equipped kitchen plus grill is exactly what we need for cozy and tasty breakfasts and dinners. Variety of lunches at Coppa Beach and staff complaisance made us feel very important guests. Even our picky eater was happy to find her favorite meals. Local Market experience was a blast! Fresh, yummy, and very chip vegetables, fruits, berries, and sweets - what might be better? Beach and sea in the mornings and pool in the afternoons was our choice. The pool is far beyond of our expectations. Clean, warm, well equipped and.. your own for the whole stay! We played water polo every day and were happy and noisy hopefully it's okay to be noisy at 4pm:) Thank you, Elaine and Steve, for such a great experience!

Well equipped villa for a restful stay

Our hosts, who live a short distance away, went out of their way to make our stay a really pleasant one. They supply a good welcome pack and are always available to help as and when needed. The villa is very well equipped and the pool is great - very clean and pleasantly warm during our stay in early June.

Willa z dala od zgiełku nadmorskiego kurortu a jednocześnie wszystkie udogodnienia bardzo blisko- sklepy, piekarnia. Właściciele bardzo pomocni i przemili, na powitanie przygotowali welcome pack. Bardzo czyste i przestronne pokoje i łazienki, basen pomógł nam przetrwać upały. Bardzo cenne były rekomendacje miejsc na kolacje, jedzenie przerosło nasze oczekiwania. Szczerze gorąco polecam

Simply amazing

We have spend there a wonderful week. The villa is as described. In a quiet place but close enough of any facilities you need. The hosts Elaine and Steve are so nice and helpful. Whatever you need they're there for you. As soon as we arrived the first day we immediately felt like if we were home. The villa is full of small details and attentions that will make you feel in a 5* hotel. I would definitely recommend it.

Die liebsten Gastgeber mit dem schönsten Haus der Welt

Alles war unfassbar schön, alt und authentisch zugleich aber modern und sehr schön. Alain und Steve sind die liebsten Gastgeber der Welt und soooooo zuvorkommend in allem. Ich empfehle dieses Haus einmal wenigstens genossen zu haben.

Excellent holiday

Villa was absolutely perfect and wanted for nothing. Steve and Elaine were always on hand with advice and suggestions. They were incredibly welcoming and their guided tour on the first morning made the stay so much easier. The beaches were good fun and not too crowded; the restaurants were good value; there were lots of different activities including history, jeep safari, scuba diving and white water rafting. Elaine and Steve made all the difference to our holiday; we couldn't recommend this villa enough!

Wonderful relaxing holiday

Wow, what can we say. The villa was just amazing & stocked with everything we needed from face flannels , beach towels to the owners own homemade marmalade made from oranges from the trees in the garden - delicious. Elaine & Steve the owners are brilliant, so helpful, with any questions we had about sightseeing etc, & their attention to detail to making our stay a great one was just wonderful, I can't thank them enough. We would highly recommend staying here & are hoping to go back for another holiday later this year. Loved everything about it, definitely give it 10 out of 10!

A lovely stay

A very well equipped and comfortable villa with really helpful and very nice owners who went out of their way to make our holiday easy and relaxing. The drive round the area was really helpful and a good way to start the holiday. The pool is a delight and sun beds and pool towels are plentiful. The one disappointment was the upstairs terrace which was, in our opinion, too enclosed as the view was diminished by the bamboo screen.

A great place to stay - highly recommended!

This place is the best property we’ve rented through HomeAway or any of the other property rental sites we’ve used. I stayed with my husband and daughter over half term and the owners Elaine and Steve couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. The property was beautiful, spotlessly clean and with lots of extra touches like a water cooler and some initial food items. The bed linen, towels and pools towels provided were of great quality and quantity, everything has been thought of. We always book villas with pools and this was the nicest and best maintained pool we’d had. The area surrounding the pool was clean, with comfortable sun loungers and the gardens surrounding the villa are so pretty. The local village was charming, with a couple of places to eat and a few local shops for provisions. We used Windmill to do our transfer (arranged via Elaine & Steve) and didn’t hire a car on this occasion, but Elaine and Steve happily dropped us at a couple of local towns and the return taxis are really reasonable. There was plenty to see in the surrounding area with lots of restaurant options. I can’t recommend a holiday in Ilica at Villa Rahanna enough. We’ll certainly be back as soon as we can be, it was the most relaxing week away we’d had for a long time.

Stunning

This is the most beautiful, traditional villa in a small Turkish village, away from the crowds but close enough if you want to dip into a bit of tourist retail therapy, sports activities and plenty of impressive ancient remains - castles, temples, amphitheatres, the ruins of Roman towns - close enough to fill your days with culture as well if you want to. If you want more low-key tourism, the rivers are beautifully clear and dotted with restaurants with access for swimming, diving, sunbathing decks, fishing and eating. The white water rafting trip is a lot of fun for all ages. The villa is spotlessly clean, full of little extra touches like a well-stocked book case including recipe books if you fancy trying some Turkish cooking, games, air beds for the pool - which is a generous size - beach and pool towels, CDs, DVDs, nice hand wash lotion in all the bathrooms, plenty of fluffy bath towels, a pair of bicycles if you feel energetic (we used them a lot to cycle to the butcher's for meat for the BBQ) - I could go on. Steve and Elaine are the most amazing hosts - we were welcomed like old friends - they are incredibly helpful and nothing seems to be too much trouble. They make it so easy for you to enjoy your holiday and have plenty of recommendations and suggestions that you don't have to follow, but if you do you will save yourself precious time on your holiday. Beautiful, memorable.

This is an exquisite villa, with a very high standard of decor and cleanliness. Perfect for families. Close to local amenities, beaches and lots of activities to get involved in. Experience real Turkish holiday in comfortable, well appointed and cozy environment.

Steve and Elaine have created a wonderful stting for a family or small group of friends to experience small town life in an historic property that has been lovingly restored and modernised. The villa is cozy yet spacious with a large garden and pool. It is near the beach, historic Side and Manavgat waterfall. Your hosts will ensure you will be comfortable and can guide you to local amenities including shops, retaurants and tourism. Highy recommended! Rob from London

A lovely house and wonderful hosts

We (mum, dad, 2 girls, aged 6 & 5) enjoyed 2 weeks in July at this beautiful villa in peaceful Ilica. As well as providing a house, garden and pools of the highest quality, the owners, Steve and Elaine, also saw to the little things that make so much difference: a local tour for orientation, tea, coffee, milk, bread, pastries, a welcome bottle of wine and more. No need to trudge straight out to the shops to fill empty cupboards here! We've rented quite a few holiday homes but not one where so much care was taken over us by the owners. No hesitation whatsoever in giving a 5-star rating. It's hard to see how it could be any less for such a quality place and such warm, helpful hosts.

amazing villa

Stunning villa within a small turkish community , the villa itself was outstanding , to the large bedrooms with en suites , large living and dining areas and the beautiful decor gave the villa a country cottage feel . We were made to feel at home from the second we arrived and steve and elaine were the perfect hosts . The views and the peaceful surroundings were an added bonus just a short taxi down to the busy nightlife and shops . We had the perfect holiday from start to finish with our own pool to enjoy . Steve and elaine helped us on a daily basis with recommendations of what to do and where to eat and often took us to meet the locals , the kind of service you couldnt possibly rate or expect at a hotel ... they made us feel like part of the family . Excellent villa and perfect location and genuine lovely freindly people . Steve and elaine ... sagol ... thank you .

there's not much more to say than this is a very special place. It has everything, the local village life with luxury and close by are the bars and restaurants if you want more. The best of both worlds, culture and meeting the real life combined with excursions and night life if you want. Perfect!

A Great Villa!!

We had a lovely time in this beautifully restored villa, very clean and everything we wanted was there. We arrived late and were grateful for the welcome pack of food basics. Owners Steve and Elaine - live next door - were very helpful and provided us with lots of information about places to go, shop or eat. We even borrowed their bikes to explore the countryside with lots of wildlife; storks, hoopoe birds, turtles, frogs, hawks... and nice views of the Taurus Mountains. Shops, restaurants, beaches were only a short drive away and we also explored in the ancient sites nearby. We hired a car to drive to Side (temples), Seleukia (old city in a forest), Aspendos (amphitheater) Oymapinar Dam and Manavgat waterfalls) and we really enjoyed the Oymapinar Adventure-Park (high ropes, well maintained,Tüv proof), all within an hours’ drive away. Would recommend it to all of you!

Fantastic Villa

Stayed 19/09/15 - 03/10/15. Villa absolutely fantastic, if anything even better than the website. Steve and Elaine are perfect hosts. Steve's local tour 1st day very informative. Always available to give advice on best restaurants/beaches and locations to visit. Nothing to much trouble for them. Very enjoyable break. Already booked for next year.

Wonderful holiday!

Fab holiday, Steve and Elaine were fantastic and happy to help in any way - their local knowledge was invaluable. The villa and pool were immaculate with everything we needed. Our favourite cultural tour was Aspendos (even our teenage boys enjoyed this!) but the holiday was primarily for rest and we would thoroughly recommend it as a home from home. Steve and Elaine we will be back!

A wonderful holiday!!

Hosts Steve and Elaine have created the most beautiful villa and gardens with lemon trees and the biggest and best pool we've ever swam in, it is all just lovely, loads of little special touches which made the villa so homely. Steve gave us a quick tour of the area, which is great for setting you up on your first day. They recommended restaurants, markets, places to visit and their local knowledge is invaluable. Lovely area to explore with amazing history, Perge and Side recommended. We have great memories, a wonderful holiday, thank you so much guys !!
