Questa spaziosa casa di 2000 m² nelle sorgenti termali di Sonoma è stata costruita nel 1918 come casa per le vacanze della famiglia Spreckles e si trova proprio di fronte al Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn.

Abbiamo ospitato molti happy week-end di vino, feste di addio al nubilato e feste di matrimonio. La nostra vicinanza alle cantine e il fatto di essere a soli due minuti a piedi dal Fairmont rende questa casa il luogo perfetto in cui soggiornare per il vostro evento.

Estremamente percorribile, tutte le tue esigenze sono a due minuti a piedi da questa casa, che lo rende perfetto per grandi gruppi che vogliono esplorare la zona a piedi, o fare un giro corto per decine di aziende vinicole, ristoranti e centri benessere che fanno paese del vino una grande destinazione.

Questa casa ha solo 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni. Abbiamo creato ulteriori zone notte aggiungendo letti confortevoli ad altre aree della casa, come l'ufficio e il portico chiuso. La nostra casa è praticamente tutti i letti, ma abbiamo anche un ampio soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina come specie condivisa. La cucina e i bagni sono stati aggiornati, e la casa è vicino a tutto. Nel cuore del paese del vino, questo è un luogo ideale per degustazioni di vini, visite termali, feste di matrimonio, ecc.

La proprietà è spaziosa e ha molte opzioni per dormire comodamente. Informati se non sei sicuro se lo spazio funzionerà per te. Abbiamo due letti cal-king, due letti full size e tre letti singoli, con vari gradi di privacy.

We had a wonderful stay! This place was perfect for my practical magic theme bachelorette weekend in wine country. The place was perfect for our group, everyone had their own bed, and they had lots of supplies for gatherings, like platters and cake stands and what not. The bathroom had lots of mirrors for getting ready. The fireplace was beautiful. Had the best time!

Charming farmhouse! It is an old historic farmhouse that has been converted to sleep a big group. Many beds! Big porch has been converted into two extra bedrooms. All basic amenities & many extras (like coffee & filters & TP) provided. We stayed in August. No AC but has fans that work well & house does not get too hot. Host Alyssa very responsive, accommodating, & helpful.

Place us definitely beat up. It definitely has a rustic charm to it. Not much privacy for the bedrooms, but for us that worked out great. In a bit of an odd spot, but centrally located which allowed us to be pretty much anywhere in Sonoma in 15 minutes. Host was very friendly and responsive. Place just needs a little love.

Sonoma weekend trip

14 of us came here for my friend's bachellorette weekend. It was tight but perfect. We had good food, good wine, good hiking, and just a great weekend together.

Comfortable house and very accommodating, great location

Alyssa was a great host and very hospitable! I rented the house for a trip with friends, and we all had our own beds which was nice. My only call out is that you don't get much privacy if you are going with a group since you need to walk through some of the rooms with beds to get to the bathrooms. The house in general was stocked with kitchen supplies so we were able to BBQ one night, and it was a great location (walkable to some restaurants, food market and a coffee shop that we went to every morning). It is also a very short uber ride to Sonoma Square which is a big plus.

Charming and Quirky

We rented this property for a retreat and get-together for seven of us. The sleeping arrangements definitely require some adjustments, but we're all friendly and flexible, so it worked for us. We especially loved the open areas and common rooms--spent long hours in the living room in front of the fire and at the dining table sharing meals and playing games. The location may feel a little sketchy when you first arrive (on a main road behind an auto repair shop) but feels secure and comfortable inside. Walking distance to some of the best Mexican food I've ever had (El Molino Central) and a wonderful tarot card reader (Kristine at Tarot Art Tattoo). All in all, a delightful weekend, and Alyssa was an awesome host--very quick to respond to emails and offer assistance.

The perfect house for a wine weekend.

The house is good, very well used. It is a house to which they have added beds in different rooms. Some of the rooms are compartmentalized by curtains instead of walls. We rented it for 6 friends who did not want to share a bed. We were looking for a place to stay in Sonoma for a weekend of wine and winery visits. For that, the house worked perfectly for us. The heating in the house works very well, the kitchen is spacious and has everything we needed. The dining room is perfect, with a large table. The outdoor area is quite large, with a very cozy firepit, although the garden would need some maintenance. Communication with the owner Alyssa was cordial. I would recommend this house to a group of friends looking to be comfortable, but without great luxury. They have a grocery store right outside the door and in the evenings there are several food trucks open late very close to the house.

Great Sonoma getaway

We were thoroughly impressed by this property. It was very clean, functional and had plenty of space and comfort for 4-6 people. We appreciated the property's location, its old Sonoma charm and Alyssa, the owner, was terrific. We will definitely be back to this property in the future.

Sonoma Wine Weekend

The home was an excellent value. It is designed to hold up to 9 people with a very cleaver use of bedroom space. The dining room was perfect for our group. We like to play cards and the dining room table was perfect for 8 people.

Sonoma Get Away

This home was very comfortable and very well stocked. As stated in other reviews, the bedrooms are connected.....you must walk through some to get to others, so not a lot of privacy if that is needed. It was big and spacious with a great living room and dining area. Also , there were 2 bathrooms which was a necessity for our family. Many of the other homes for rent only had 1. Area around the house is a bit congested as it is next to a small store so be careful when entering the street.

Very great experience! Was able to leave the uneaten food behind for the owners children to eat so we didn’t have to toss out food. Would definitely visit again!

Amazing bachelorette house!

Our group had a wonderful weekend at Alyssa's house. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, eat, and hang out. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked! We strongly recommend this place for large groups!

Girls trip

House worked out great for us! House was very noisy. Screaming, cussing Fight broke out last night around 2am & continued until close to 3am right outside the house. Can heat all the road noise, car doors slamming & people talking. Porch room is not dark enough at night. Other than sleeping the house was great. Would be nice if outside was groomed so you can sit out.

Great location, good for large groups

Pros: Location, plenty of sleeping options, plentiful towels / cooking supplies / seating / extra toiletries. A master bedroom with the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Adorable and very useful welcome basket. And finally, an extremely responsive host who was helpful leading up to the reservation and throughout our stay. Cons: The bedrooms are basically all interconnected, with the exception of a bed on an enclosed patio. That said, it actually worked out fine for our group of 30-something year old women. As long as you know the people you're traveling with, no one snores, and you're all going to sleep at roughly the same time, it shouldn't be an issue. I would definitely recommend this house, and would stay here again myself.

Perfect House for Large Groups

We loved staying here for my friend's bachelorette party. The kitchen has everything you need, the beds are very comfortable, and there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and hangout. The location is also great for walking to dinner or taking a quick uber/lyft ride to the square, and the host is extremely responsive and accommodating. We really enjoyed this trip and would highly recommend this house.

Our house is great for large groups. Our house is one of the best locations in the valley of the moon because we are directly across from the Sonoma Fairmont Mission Inn. Whether you are in town for a wedding or just a wine country trip, our home is centrally located and convenient to shopping and great food!
Sante, at the Sonoma Fairmont Mission Inn, is across the street from our home, and is recipient of the 4 diamond award, it is amongst the top-rated restaurants in the greater SF bay area! Also at the Mission Inn across the street, the Willow Stream spa allows all day use of the pools and spa area with purchase of a treatment or a day pass.

With our home's proximity to Sonoma Fairmont Mission Inn and its perfect mix of urban LARGE spacious beautiful historic craftsman. Walk to great restaurants or hop in a cab and be on the Sonoma Square in less than 10 minutes. Best quality EVERYTHING. Make your spa appointment at the Willow Stream Spa, and spend the day lounging by three pools, hot tubs, saunas, included with any spa treatment. Walk to and from the spa. The full kitchen will allow you to pick up ingredients at one of the local markets or farmer's markets (every Friday morning), and enjoy the full kitchen and spacious dining room. Our home loves entertaining!
