We've stayed at this property multiple times and always appreciate the hospitality from Deen & David. It's a great place to bring a family or friends and wonderful location to downtown Franklin as well as Liepers Fork. Highly Recommend!

Lovely home. Hosts attention to details was fantastic. Lounging on the upper porch in the evenings was very relaxing with a glass of nice wine from the bottle provided by the host. Highly recommend!!

My husband and I, with our two kids and my mother and father in law, were in town for a wedding. We all stayed in the upstairs 'apartment' of this gorgeous historic home. The hosts were extremely communicative leading up to our arrival - we knew exactly what to do and how to do it upon check in. The rooms are spacious, the beds are so comfy, and the decor is perfect for this home. They thought of everything, and I mean everything, that you may need during a stay. The property is easily walkable to downtown Franklin. We always had a spot to park right out front along the street. We enjoyed every treat they provided for us and had an excellent stay. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay for a girls long weekend. The location was perfect — conveniently close to downtown with great shops and restaurants nearby, while also being close to several Civil War historical sites and beautiful historic homes.David and Deen were gracious, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The home itself was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again!

This historic home was a pure joy to stay in. It was the perfect location, extremely well stocked with everything anyone would need or want, and it had charm and elegance while still being homey. We have stayed in dozens of short-term rentals and this one was definitely a top choice.

David and Deen are gracious and welcoming hosts who go out of their way to make sure their guests are comfortable. The apartment is both spacious and well-appointed and truly serves as a home away from home. The owners provided outstanding communication throughout the booking process. Last but not least, the location cannot be beat! It’s an easy walk to downtown Franklin shops and restaurants

This is one of my favorite VRBO stays. The host met our every needs and went beyond with extras. The rooms were so beautifully decorated. The beds were so comfortable. My goodness it was perfect. We walked to downtown Historic District .

We absolutely loved our stay here. Close to town and driving distance to Nashville. The hosts were extremely welcoming and a pleasure to work with. Everything we could need was provided and we were encouraged to let them know if anything else was required. We would definitely stay here again!!
