We stayed here for a week! It was a great place to stay. Communication with host was quick and attentive. The pool and backyard were amazing. The house was clean and was equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean. Pool and bbq were a plus to enjoy our time. Really appreciated the seasonings and all the cookware for people who don’t like to eat out. Really stocked with all the essentials

The outdoor area is really nice, heated pool, putting green, grilling area and lots of seating under gazebo The house is well stocked with all the things you may need AND MORE! We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay

GREAT PLACE!!

the house was awesome ...had everything u needed....backyard was great..loved the pool and very glad I paid to get it heated...neighborhood was very quiet! would love to stay there again!! Katie and her husband were great too!

Excellent accommodations!

Clean well stocked home. Pool is great!! We love sitting out there early a.m. listening to the birds and waterfall. Good location and is easilly accessible for travels wherever you want to go.

Great getaway!

Beautiful home!

We spent a week in Katie’s house and had a great time. We would happily return. We had everything we needed for our stay and the entire check in and check out process was super easy. Thank you again for sharing your home with us. We hope we can come back one day!

San Tan Valley Paradise

We could not have asked for a better house rental then this one for our stay in San Tan Valley. We were close to everything where we needed to go in Mesa, Chandler and Scottsdale. The house was extremely clean and well furnished. I would stay there again if my travel needs took me me to the Phoeni x area.

Wonderful

A great home and a wonderful experience. Owners are great and home is clean and convenient to everything. Any questions were answered immediately by Katie the home owner ,We couldn’t have asked for anything better. We would highly recommend this house!

-- I would definitely recommend booking this place! Our host was quick to respond and the house has everything you need! This was our 2nd trip to San Tan Valley to visit friends . This house provided plenty of space for everyone! A Great location and easy to check in and out! Looking forward to our next Arizona vacation, would definitely stay here again! ---

Lovely home with wonderful back patio

We had a nice relaxing time at Jaimie and Katie’s. It was very clean and had a nice kitchen area. The patio area is beautiful. We sat outside almost every morning and evening. We didn’t use the pool (it was chilly when we were there) but it was very inviting. We would highly recommend this home. Thank you.

Beautiful home. Wonderful rental

Our week spent at this home was everything we had hoped it would be. The home is beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything needed for a home away from home. The back yard was jaw dropping. We spent all our time outdoors could even watch the ball games on the back patio because of the outdoor television. The gazebo with furniture was comfortable and cozy in the evenings for some games of cards or just to sit and visit. The owners were acommodating and responded quickly. Would definitely recommend this rental.

Widow's Week

My friend and I take vacation for last few years since we are both widows and get our heads on to deal with kids. Katie's house is perfect. It's close to grocery store and Walgreens is just down street. We live in the pool and back yard. She is the perfect host. Even when previous tenants were not good. Our stay at the Birdhouse was stellar. The home is lovely, well cared for and offers a dream backyard. Katie was a delightful hostess/owner. This is a gem listing!

We’re so glad we chose this house for our Arizona vacation. The accommodations were great with everything we needed. The backyard is wonderful. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool! Katie was a great host, always available to answer any questions we had and to offer help if needed. I would definitely recommend this home away from home!

Wonderful vacation rental!

This is a lovely home with great salt water pool with waterfall. Everthing is as depicted in the photos and description. I would highly recommend this property.

Widow's week was a blast. Best place to stay while in AZ. Katie was helpful when flights got canceled. We Will stay here again.
