Casa sul lago contemporanea. Suite con due camere da letto e un bagno, suite completamente arredata per soddisfare il tuo soggiorno. Cucina completa e sala da pranzo con un soggiorno dotato di TV a schermo piatto da 55 "con cavo, netflix e accesso WiFi. Una vista a 180 gradi sul lago con una terrazza di 300 piedi quadrati, barbecue, salone all'aperto, set da pranzo e pontile in comune. Gli ospiti potranno divertirsi nuotando tutto il giorno, kayak, paddle boarding, canoa e relax nell'acqua limpida e pulita. Mancano solo due settimane!

A little peace of heaven

The pictures do not reflect how exceptionally beautiful the accommodation is. It is even more beautiful than in the pictures. We really enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend Gio and Julie as hosts.

Perfect quiet and rekaxing Fall weekend

My family thouroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment on Sproat Lake. We kyaked, swam, hiked and fished with a nearby Charter based out of Port Alberni. A great Fall weekend get-away for couples and families alike. The hostess, Julie, was incredibly welcoming and accomodating! Everything you need

We had a super stay at Julie and Gio’s. Despite arriving during a downpour they greeted us and were available to help get us settled. Julie even had the fireplace going for a cozy welcome. Julie was very accommodating and checked in with us, via email, a few times to ensure we had everything we needed. The unit is clean, spacious and well-appointed with everything you would need from kitchen items, linens and general comfort items. Despite sharing the property with Julie and Gio, we felt we had lots of privacy. Had the weather cooperated, we would have enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks that were set out for our use. The view of the lake is awesome and having the undercover outdoor sitting area helped us to enjoy that, even in cooler temperatures. We would definitely recommend a stay in this unit.

Great Location!

The space is very accommodating and comfortable! The hosts were awesome to deal with and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Great views and plenty to do from kayaking or paddle boarding to relaxing on the dock. Will definitely try to rebook when we come back to the area.

Quick visit

We arrived later than expected but we were greeted warmly. The space was absolutely wonderful. Views of the lake from every window. A fully equipped kitchen, everything we needed was available. The sound of the lake and a full moon were fantastic after a difficult 12 hour day of travel. We enjoyed the dock, paddle boards and kayaks. Julie and Gio know how to make you feel at home.

Peaceful comfort for water lovers

Quiet, clean, and super comfortable place. Beautiful views from the primary bedroom, no windows in the 2nd bedroom and it’s off the kitchen so not especially private but just fine for my 9yo twins who don’t mind sharing a bed. Beds were so comfy, I slept 9-14 hours every night. Lovely to sit outside on the deck or the dock, and swimming off the dock was EXCEPTIONAL; I’m an avid open water swimmer and enjoyed it so much. Clean, clear, perfect refreshing temps. The lake bottom isn’t nice, it’s rocky and mushy - so it’s best for kids that will wear life jackets or can swim in water over their heads. Jumping off the dock was so much fun and they have beautiful and safe stairs for getting in and out. 2 paddle boards! 4 kayaks! So much to explore! Julie and Gio are charming and friendly hosts who really respected our privacy and were always on call for anything we needed.

A beautiful home away from home

Julie and Gio are wonderful people and fantastic hosts! We greatly enjoyed our stay in their two bedroom, 1 bathroom suite. We spent a lot of time swimming from their dock, and enjoying the kayaks and paddle boards that they provide for their guests to use. They even took us on a boat tour of the lake, which we greatly appreciated. Thank you Gio and Julie! The house is situated on Stirling Arm and the location is incredibly beautiful. The water is so clear and inviting. We settled in quickly and felt very comfortable. It was perfect for our family of 3. We feel very thankful that we had the opportunity to enjoy a week in their suite in August.

Relaxing Retreat

Our family had an amazing time! Julie and Gio were gracious hosts and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and provide information about local activities. The property itself is beautiful and location on the lake was wonderful. We enjoyed lounging on the dock and taking the kayaks out on the lake. Would not hesitate to book this property again.

The apartment is a beauty. First class construction, super clean. There's a sunny deck looking over Sprout Lake. It's one of the best swimming lakes I've been in (early September) with a large party/swimming dock on the lake. Separate entrance and parking area. We really enjoyed meeting the owners - they are nearby and helpful but not intrusive. Would come back in a minute.

Beautiful home away from home

Julie and Gio have a beautiful home on Sproat Lake. The suite has all the comforts of home and is very well appointed. I am looking forward to coming back one day in the summer when we can fully enjoy the lake.

Fantastic Property & Wonderful Hosts

Julie and Gio are kind and accommodating hosts, and their suite is the perfect place to get away with family. The suite is full of thoughtful touches and we were never left in need of anything. The location feels private and secluded, but it is close enough to Port Alberni that all amenities are close by.

When you step inside, you think back to the pictures and how the space is SO much better. 9 foot ceilings, great finishes, awesome views and Julie & Gio are the best. We came in the winter time, would love to see it in the summer! Thanks Gio & Julie, hope to see you again!

relaxing fall trip

We enjoyed our little fall trip to explore vancouver island and celebrating our anniversary. The location is perfect to go to Tofino, Qualicum Beach, Port Alberni, parks etc. The house is well designed and very cozy and clean. Sipping coffee on the dock in the morning overlooking Sproat Lake while enjoying the beautiful fall colours was a treat. We hope to come back in the summer with our family to relax at the lake.

Disconnect and relax

Julie and Gio's home was everything we could have asked for to disconnect and enjoy a week on the lake. Sproat lake was one of the most beautiful lakes we have visited and our family thoroughly enjoyed the availability of kayaks and paddleboards to explore. Their home had everything we needed to keep us comfortable for our 6 night stay. We really appreciated the home baked goods as well! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Julie and Gio are gracious and accommodating hosts and have an amazing property. Their 2 bdrm suite is beautiful, modern and clean and the kitchen has everything you’ll need for however long you stay. Perfect for a family or 2 couples. It’s situated on the best arm of the lake with amazing views and just steps to a great dock. Terrific, large deck with plenty of seating and a bbq. If you’re considering a stay at this wonderful place there should be no hesitancy.

Beautiful Accommodations-Everything you need

This property was amazing. The owners are fantastic & help you with anything you need. The owners go above and beyond any place we have ever rented. They even baked us a delicious zucchini loaf. The suite is equipped with everything one needs while away and if you need something else, just ask the owners. They are more than willing to accommodate. The outdoor toys they provide were very well used and enjoyed by our family/kids. (kayaks, paddle boards, floaties, etc.) There is also a marina very close so you can rent a boat and explore the lake. It is beautiful. Thank you so much to Gio & Julie for a wonderful experience at Sprout Lake. We would definitely book here again.

Incredible getaway

Julie and Gio were incredible hosts. The property, accommodations, and amenities are outstanding with everything you could need for a great vacation. My teenagers made full use of the lake, paddle boards and of course the wifi. The deck was a perfect location for morning coffee or evening meals and everything in between. Besides being incredibly well appointed accommodations, the hosts were very in tune with our needs and ensured that everything about our stay was perfect. Definitely plan to return.

Sproat Lake

Julie and Gio’s property is amazing! A clean and beautifully decorated guest suite is steps to a pristine lake. Their private dock is perfect for swimming and reading. Using their kayaks in the mornings on the stunning lake was a bonus! Julie and Gio are lovely hosts and we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday!
