Vieni a soggiornare nella nostra splendida casa privata sulla spiaggia a Las Conchas nella Sezione 8. Hacienda è una proprietà fronte mare che dispone di oltre 2500 piedi quadrati di casa principale con una grande cucina open space / spazio di vita familiare, tre camere da letto e tre bagni. è disponibile anche una 4a camera da letto con bagno completo (Casita). Il patio coperto che si affaccia sul Mare di Cortez è di oltre 1500 piedi quadrati completo di tavolo da pranzo, 4 grandi sedie a sdraio, una grande griglia a propano. La casa si trova proprio sul mare di Cortez.

Tutte e tre le camere da letto sono master suite dotate di letti King California di lusso, tutte e tre si affacciano sull'oceano, grandi vetrate e porte sul patio e sull'oceano e bagni privati con doppi lavandini e una bella grande cabina doccia. Uno dei bagni come A.A.A. approvato (accessibile ai disabili). ***** Disponibile anche la Casita su richiesta 4a camera da letto con un letto King California Luxury e un bagno completo e una cabina doccia *****. La grande sala ha un tavolo da pranzo con 6 posti a sedere, un comodo divano reclinabile Lazy Boy e un divanetto (divano letto), futon / divano letto per rilassarsi e visitare, grandi porte e grandi finestre per la splendida vista sull'oceano. C'è un grande patio coperto con drammatiche scale circolari che conducono alla spiaggia per il vostro divertimento. We had a wonderful time staying at this property. Walking into a nice, cool house with the AC already running was a fantastic touch. The kitchen and spacious bathrooms made our stay very comfortable. We had a great experience!

We love staying here when we visit Rocky Point. Plenty of room for us and friends. Love that he lets us bring our dogs. The house always has everything we need, super clean and having a washer and dryer always makes our vacay's so much easier. Easy to check in and out. Easy steps down to the beach. Already planning our next trip back to this house.

Las Conchas getaway

It was perfect for my 70th birthday with family! House was super well stocked and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Las Conchas is the closest thing to a private beach. We wish we could have stayed longer!

It's absolutely amazing, from stunning location to comfort. The house has EVERYTHING one needs for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We can see the detailed and personal attention to guests' comfort. We are already planning on coming back.

Fantastic spot!!

Great house, on the beach. The beach has a lot of reef on it, which we like, found two octopus, and a bunch of brittle starfish. Lots of space!

Very Nice Beach House

The property manager welcomed us and was very friendly. The hoise was beautiful and very well cared for. It was stocked with plenty of fresh towels and any other everyday items you would need. It is top 3 of all beach houses i have stayed at in Ricky Point

Beautiful Beach Front home

We had a wonderful time here. We have been coming to RP for over 20 yrs and this was the cleanest place that we have stayed. The house had a clean smell to it, the sheets were high quality. Some parts of the Los Conchas beach has exposed reef but this area is mostly good sand with only a few rocks.

Perfect beach house

We were met at the house by the wonderful caretaker Karina, she showed us how to use everything thing and gave us her number incase of any problems. The house is terrific, right on the beach with a big patio and plenty of chairs. Loved having morning coffee out there. The rooms were big and comfy. Close to town. In short this house has all you need for a great beach stay

Perfect adult fun in Las Conchas!

Fantastic home on the beach front with huge patio, Adirondack chairs with small tables, chaise lounges, and outdoor dining table. There’s a fire pit area and an area to play corn hole. The rooms all have a door to the outside patio and beach and a full bathroom to each room. All rooms have a king sized bed. It’s perfect accommodation for 3 couples. I will definitely book this place again 💃!

Happy Place

We love Rocky Point and on the beach in Los Conchas is our place to stay. The house was great! Clean, stocked and everything works like it should. The communication was quick and precise. We will definately be back to Sam's house! Thank you so much!

The best of Las Conchas

Sam was very responsive and great to work with. The house was very well stocked we lacked for nothing. King beds and sheets were comfortable and the ocean views from all rooms and the porches were the best! Karina arranged great messages and made sure all went well. We will be back. Thanks Sam.

Dreamy Beachfront Home

Great location! I love that you can just walk out the door right to the ocean. We loved sitting on the patio in the mornings with our coffee, watching the ocean. Then played in the ocean all day long. This house is well stocked with pans, dishes, and other kitchen gadgets you would need. We get fish from the fish market, and then just stay at the house the rest of the time and cook food there, so this home was perfect for that. It’s a very clean beautiful home the layout was perfect for three couples. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful place, needs some improvement!

Home is beautiful, all 3 bedrooms have ocean views. Will be nice to add a long mirror to all the bedrooms. The stove was a little hard to managed. The outside shower needs a new shower head that actually work. It was very disappointing that there was no purified water available, only one roll of paper towels was provided for our 4day stay, and

Sorry that you feel that way. The laundry room is packed with toilet paper. The manager showed you around the house as we do for everyone as well as how to operate the stove. The shower head is down on by the ocean and i can replace it every day and stolill will not work properly. It not ment to have an actual shower outside but to rinse the sand off of you. Thank you

Picture is deceiving

We enjoyed our stay as best we could. The picture of the wooden steps touching the sandy beach is misleading. It doesn’t exist. There’s a 4’ drop from the last step to the beach. It was difficult for half my family to navigate stepping over the wall to walk down the path to the beach. I picked this house and paid extra for the ease of getting onto the beach. It has been this way for sometime because the neighbors have steps to the beach. The picture should be taken down or fix the problem. Otherwise, everything was good. I felt bad because my father and uncle couldn’t enjoy the beach as much as they would’ve liked.

Sorry for the inconvenience the hurricane we had washed all the sand down. It take time for the ocean to push it back up. Never would have thought that anyone would make a big deal of it especially since we have another access off the side witch is only one step. Again very sorry for the inconvenience. But also very unreasonable on you review.

This Property is Located in the Guard gated Community of Las Conchas which is another advantage because it is has security 24 hrs and our Beachfront home is very close to security gate . We like this, because we feel more secure when we are enjoying our beach home and when we are away we know it will be watched over. We are sure you will feel the same way when you visit. Puerto Penasco is the perfect location for any Arizonan to take a vacation, or a weekend getaway!
