Questo è un ottimo campo base per un'avventura! Questa affascinante casa ha molto spazio per ospitare tutta la famiglia e gli amici insieme a tutti i servizi di cui avrete bisogno per un soggiorno divertente. Il nostro cortile si affaccia direttamente sulla tua spiaggia sul fiume sulla riva del fiume Colorado - abbiamo appena completato una pergola sul fiume con un tavolo da picnic e una griglia a carbone. Inoltre, durante i mesi di fine estate, canoe e kayak sono disponibili per l'uso (è richiesta la rinuncia). Gioca a bocce "canaglia", siediti sotto il glicine e goditi un picnic o semplicemente osservi le stelle.

Riteniamo inoltre che un noleggio a breve termine debba essere ben nominato. Oltre alla nostra flotta di 8 biciclette per l'uso, forniamo anche spezie, olio, aceto, caffè, crema, shampoo, lozione, asciugacapelli, ferro e asse da stiro, doppia lavanderia, giochi da tavolo, Internet ad alta velocità e un divertente sorpresa per te quando entri per la prima volta. Se questo non è abbastanza ... dobbiamo parlare! LOL ...

La Palisade River House offre anche un rapido accesso a numerose attrazioni ed eventi nel Colorado Wine and Peach Country: siamo "ON" sulla Fruit and Wine Trail, a pochi isolati da The Rim Trail, The ( ) Palisade Tuffo, e momenti in bicicletta o a piedi dalla cara Palisade in centro.

La casa dispone di 5 camere da letto e 3 bagni, ma la città di Palisade riconosce solo le tre camere da letto al piano superiore e i due bagni al piano superiore come spazio in affitto.

The cutest house and the best location!! Everything was well stocked and so well maintained. The family room is a wonderful gathering space for friends and family with the kitchen and dining area being so open! The rooms and bathrooms were all clean and spacious. We had a group of 8 and we never felt crowded, it was intimate without being on top of each other. We made use of the blackstone and the grill outside, we picked peaches from the adorable orchard on property, we watched bears play on the river in the amazing outdoor space, and we made use of the awesome home theatre! Very communicative and friendly and helpful hosts! HIGHLY recommend this property for a week/weekend in Palisade. We would absolutely rent again!!

We stayed at the River House for our daughters wedding in Palisade, it was the perfect place to relax and gather. Perfect location to access downtown! Would recommend for anyone staying in Pali.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Palisade River house over the weekend! The house is cozy and clean. The location is fantastic....both for it's proximity to the river and easy access into town. We enjoyed using the cruiser bikes (bring a pump as we had to inflate some tires) and loved the basement movie room! Such a fun and creative way to use that space! Would love to return to this gem!

A perfect group vacation!

This property could not have been better for a few couples to spend a fun and relaxing weekend away! The property was beautiful with a big backyard backing up to the river and in a perfect location easily walkable to downtown and biking distance to vineyards. The beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed the lux home theater downstairs! We hope to come back!

Perfect stay for our girl's trip

Well appointed home with plenty of room and large dining table, had everything we needed, owner was promptly responsive to any issue we had. Loved the bikes, river access was beautiful, perfect location to walk into town.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Palisade River House for our girls weekend! The home is well appointed with more than everything you could possibly need for a getaway. We enjoyed using the bikes to ride to wineries and into town for breakfast and loved relaxing in the yard above the river. We can’t wait to return again!

Great Palisade Stay

Loved spending time at the river house, it was lovely drinking tea by the river in the morning and using the bikes to go explore during the day. The house is so close to downtown and wineries made it very convenient to get around. Highly recommend!
