Questa bella casa sul lago si trova nella prestigiosa zona del lago di Lake Cumberland Resort. Con una vista spettacolare sul lago da due grandi ponti posteriori, questa casa si trova a circa sessanta metri dall'acqua.

Il Lake Cumberland Resort, la più raffinata comunità gated del Kentucky, vanta tre piscine (una delle quali si trova proprio di fronte all'unità da casa nostra), campo da tennis e carburante. Tutto questo è su una penisola di 1000 acri che è condivisa con la foresta nazionale Daniel Boone.

Il lusso abbonda in questa casa di oltre 2800 piedi quadrati che comprende quattro camere da letto e tre bagni e mezzo. La grande suite principale ha un letto matrimoniale, camino elettrico e una cabina armadio. L'ampio bagno principale contiene un TUBETTO JETTED per due persone, doccia e doppio lavabo. Altre tre comode camere da letto offrono letti queen size e una ha il proprio bagno privato.

Molti extra renderanno il tuo soggiorno più piacevole tra cui due grandi ponti, uno con vasca calda da quattro a sei persone, cucina completamente attrezzata con posti a sedere e servizio per un massimo di dieci, lavanderia completamente attrezzata, TV PLASMA da 42 pollici nella grande sala, STONE CAMINO, divano letto matrimoniale, TAVOLO BILLIARD professionale Connelly, cinque televisori con DVD-videoregistratore e grande griglia a gas.

La mia famiglia ha trascorso anni alla ricerca del perfetto rifugio sul Lago Cumberland e alla fine l'abbiamo trovato. Quando affittate la nostra casa, troverete che è tutto ciò che stavamo cercando in una proprietà per le vacanze. Sono sicuro che lo amerai tanto quanto noi.

The property was very good. Location was somewhat difficult being a few miles off the main road, with a hilly and curvy road. Communication was excellent if you use Gmail. We use Outlook. Host could not send information through messaging or Hotmail, as Vrbo deleted that in host communication. Grandkids loved the pool. Many games to play on rainy days.

Wonderful trip

House is gorgeous, great setting and neighborhood. The house has all amenities you need. The pool is across the street and easily accessible. Highly recommend for a family to a friends weekend get away.

Great getaway on the lake!

We had a great week at David’s place! It was very comfortable, clean, and all the amenities we needed. Great layout, loved the 2 balconies/decks, pool table and proximity to the pool. We would definitely stay there again, hoping in summer 2024!👍

The home was beautiful. Very well maintained. Yhe cleaniest place we have stayed. It was perfect for family meals, family games, and the sitting area was big enough for the whole family. Beautiful views. New appliances. Nice little extras: night lights, several decks with different seating options, well stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels. We cant wait to return

Worth the drive

We have stayed in this house multiple times and it never gets old. We have always stayed in winter but the view doesn't disappoint. In the early morning the water is so still it's hard to tell where the rocks end and the water begins. It's accommodating for our large family.

Peaceful

The house was perfect for us. We have 5 kids all 20 to 24. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend the house. The pool was closed for the first few days until they treated the water. Nice close proximity to the dock was a huge plus!!

Relaxing and Enjoying Family Getaway

The property was perfect for our family. A great way for us to all come together under the same roof to laugh and relax. Many memories were created and shared here. Only a minor issue with the freezer, but that was quickly resolved with a call to the property owner. Also, the proximity to the private dock and boat ramp made access to lake Cumberland that much easier. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

A stay high above the Cumberland River

We arrived a few days after horrible ice and snow storms. Everything was ship shape, except that the handyman had forgotten to turn the water heater back on. I texted our host and within 10 minutes had a response and the matter taken care of. The home is exquisite and the view spectacular. We would certainly stay again.

Amazingly Nice

Some of my family and I stayed at this location from Sept. 15-17. We are city folk so we were not used to the long 8 miles once we turned off the highway that was long sharp winding roads that seem to go on forever. The roads were all paved which was a plus. But when we finally made it to the rental and walked in. Magic started. It was very beautiful, clean and welcoming. Everyone was in Ahh and kept saying how nice it was. We all said how we should of rented it for a week. David was awesome to communicate with and gave us everything we needed to know and use. He made himself available for any issues or questions that we may of had, but there was none. Thank you David for being an awesome host. We enjoyed it immensely. 👏🙏

Great view and great house and spacious!

Dave was a great host. He sent lots of information about things to do in the area and info about the resort. The house was spacious and very nice. The view off of the decks was pretty. The road to the house is winding, and it’s a fair drive from the main road, so making a list for stuff from town is a good idea. It was nice being out where there isn’t the hustle and bustle you might get closer to town. The pool across the street was convenient. The house was really nice and clean, I did do a little bit of cleaning in the master bath because I’m weird like that! ;-) We used the fire pit to do s’mores. There is a bit of poison ivy in that area, but we were in an area where we should watch for it and we did. We were quite happy with the house and property and location. Thanks Dave and family for sharing your wonderful house with us for a vacation! We appreciate it!

Lovely home and resort

Other than the slight issue getting in the gate, our stay was delightful! The home was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of seating, both inside and outside. Beautiful view of the lake. Convenient to have the pool directly across the street. Very comfy bedrooms and ample bathrooms for 6 women! We did have to stop at the store after the second day to buy more toilet paper and paper towels, so I suggest you bring that with you. Also, make sure you include bath soap when you pack, because that is not included in the bathrooms. The road from the main road to the house is a bit scary with no guardrails in most sections and is around 7 miles long. We had some storms and lost electricity one night, but it was restored within the hour. As far as the host, he was very communicative and sent lots of information about the area, which made the trip planning a lot easier. We hiked, went tubing and rafted under the falls. We definitely enjoyed our stay!
