Awesome place. Great amenities. Attention to detail was off the charts. The location is in a lovely neighborhood. Everything was as pristine and neat as it gets. Bonnie 's very responsive and their instructions were spot‑on. Best property we’ve stayed at by far. Loved it and will definitely be back.

I'm a repeat customer at this lovely house because I enjoy it so much. Bonnie is a wonderful host. I am always happy to have the chance to visit and experience the beautiful Village of Oxford and surrounding areas. Chenango County has so much to offer, from Oxford's fantastic farmers market to Sherburne's thriving Rogers Environmental Education Center and the gorgeous forests, creeks, and mountains of the northern Catskills. A marvelous place to visit.

We enjoyed our weekend stay for a graduation event about 45 minutes away. Despite the distance, Bonnie's home was the best available bargain for our projected number of guests. The accommodations were as advertised and were more impressive in real life. Bonnie's welcome and opening tour helped us feel at ease, especially given the size of the home. If you need space for a large group and want a touch of nostalgia, this is your spot. Ample space. Plenty of linens. Responsive host. Thank you, again, Bonnie for opening your home to us!

This Victorian house is spectacular, with great attention to detail of historic furnishings and decoration combined with modern comforts. The host is top notch, providing personal attention and supporting booking process. This is our 3rd stay and we will be back anytime there is reason to travel to this very nice pretty village.

Incredible property, hospitable host

The property is truly breathtaking and great for a short stay. Bonnie is incredibly accommodating and really goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable.

Always a wonderful place to stay

This was my fifth or sixth time staying at Bonnie's lovely house. It is beautiful and she is a wonderful host. In the center of gorgeous, historical Oxford, NY, the house is very comfortable and well laid-out.

Excellent host, home, and village

This was my fifth stay at Bonnie's lovely home. Oxford is such a beautiful village, wonderfully walkable with some lovely restaurants and a marvelous farmers market on Saturdays. I always look forward to my stays.

Beautiful property, house was spacious and immaculate, very quiet neighborhood, host was very gracious and helpful if we had any questions. Will stay there again when we are in the area.

Great Place

We have stayed at Bonnie's place sveral times and it never disappoints. Great location for us to visit family, and plenty of room. Well stocked, comfortable beds and very clean. I would recommend this to everyone!! Thanks Bonnie for a great stay as always!!!

A home away from home

Very cozy from the moment I walked in Bonnie assured me to make it home. Will definitely stay again next time I plan a trip back to the area and will refer all of my family that frequent the area after moving away.

I have never had a more interesting renter than Ann. She shared so much history of many Oxford families who were very important members of the Oxford community while I was growing up here! I loved all of the details and her enthusiasm for history!

Another wonderful stay at the Emerson's!

As always, we loved staying at Bonnie and Tom's Victorian oasis in Oxford. We hosted our family reunion there this year...plenty of room and a wonderful back yard for games. Thank you Bonnie and Tom! We look forward to the next time we can visit :)
