La camera da letto principale ha molto spazio per godersi una tazza di caffè mentre leggi il tuo libro preferito o goditi il ponte anteriore mentre guardi la fauna selvatica. The house is very clean and well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I used it as jumping off spot for fishing along the Poudre River and for day trips into the mountains. The owners are very friendly and responsive. They made sure I had a great stay. I would definitely go back.

Mike was great to host. So neat and quiet, didn’t know he was around. Left everything in pristine condition. Just the perfect guy to have as a guest. Even put up with a couple of inconveniences. Highly recommend. Come back anytime. 👍😊

It was a great place to spend some quiet time over the busy, loud July 4th weekend. It is very close to Horsetooth Reservoir and Lory State Park with all of the activities available in both places, and just a few minutes from Ft. Collins. It was perfect for me to relax.

This is a fantastic property in an amazing location. Quiet, clean, spacious, and very homie. Just far enough out of town to get the best of both worlds that Colorado had to offer. Karma is very easy to get in touch with and replies quickly to any questions. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone planning on visiting the area.

Karma has thought of everything anyone would need. This place is stocked, that and being some of the nicest hosts we have met. Even with the hot tub being broke still a 10/10 rating. The deer viewing was great! Acted like you weren't even there. We stayed here while we traveled trail ridge road. Perfect location for us. Will include this place if we ever travel back through!

Cute ADU in Bellvue. Quiet property with hot tub to watch deer walk by. Lots of bunnies and birds too! Beds were very comfy! Had a nice stay during CSU graduation weekend.

The house was very clean. It is attached to the owners house as well but for the most part it felt private. It has the most beautiful yard and we were able to do a lot of bird watching and got amazing photos. The hummingbirds there are very social. It felt like you were way out in the country yet you are just mins away from Fort Collins. The host was very friendly and communicated well. If you needed the ac turned down you would need to contact them bc you can not operate the thermostat from inside. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with most things you would need to cook. There was a hot tub but we did not use that! Overall when visiting my daughter I would stay here again.

The hot tub was a great way to end the day and the fouseball table was great for a little friendly competition! More room than I had originally thought! We were welcomed by a clean and warm environment, a beautiful pecan roll, beautiful setting and very nice couple!

This was such a cozy stay and had everything we needed for one overnight. Nice touches included plenty of shower supplies and a huge cinnamon bun left for us!

Absolutely unbelievable stay! Second time staying, as the first time was so pleasant. The best host who thinks of everything and makes sure you have anything you could possibly need and goes above and beyond.

Wonderful home!

My family and I had such an amazing time here. The host is very responsive and kind. The jacuzzi was so relaxing with beautiful stars. We really enjoyed the bird watching in the morning aswell. Beautiful area and close to Fort Collins perfect destination.

This is perfect because of the country setting, yet only a few minutes from Fort Collins, and about 35 minutes from Mishawaka and Lory State Park is only minutes away.

Love the quiet place. Enjoying clear skies at night to view stars. Cool nights not needing much air conditioning. Deer 🦌 and bird watching.
