This place was perfect for out needs. Close to beach, secluded pool/back yard. Beds/Baths we super clean, and the golf courses we played on Sanibel. The owner is so friendly and accommodating and just pleasant to deal with. When we need a place on Sanibel again this is the only one I need to look at.

My family and I had an amazing stay here! The house was perfect and had everything we needed. It was in a perfect location and lovely neighborhood. The host was so kind, helpful and responsive. We highly recommend it!

very nice property right on a golf course. Comfortable, quiet, nicely decorated. Would love to live there! A short weekend jaunt, could have definitely stayed much longer.Host is phenomenal about communication.

The home was lovely, if I had to choose a favorite part, it would be the pool. We had a couple of chillier days, but the pool temperature was very warm, and the backyard seemed protected from the wind. It was a great spot to sit and read. We used the grill twice and there was an abundance of kitchen items for cooking. It was a very easy bike ride to the beach. Ralph was a great host! We would definitely stay again if we are back in Sanibel.

We installed a really powerful pool heater that is able to maintain pool temperature at 88 degrees or warmer even on cold days. It was a good investment. Couldn’t have asked for a better place for a chill vacation. The house had everything you could need. The only thing we had to buy was food/drink. Beautiful pool, rockin A/C for the hot days, owners who truly care about their house and visit frequently. You can tell because it felt like home. They checked in multiple times just to make sure everything was good. Highly recommend!

Great property. House was clean on arrival and well stocked with household items. Property was convenient to everything including the beach. The pool was great with clean warm sparkling water. Ralph was a wonderful host and easy to reach during our stay. The views of the golf course were wonderful.

Great Time

Staying at Ralph's place was a great. The property was great - clean, organized and very accommodating. Ralph was also very helpful and easily available to get in touch with. Our family had a wonderful time and would recommend this place to anyone.

Best Family Vacation Ever

We brought our children and grandchildren down to Sanibel for a much anticipated family vacation. The property and the owner could not have been any better! The house was even better than advertised, and the owner was beyond attentive and kind. We will definitely be back!

A residential stay on Sanibel Island

As the island continues to recover and rebuild from Hurricane Ian, this property suited our vacation accommodation needs. Ralph's communication prior to, during, and after our stay was top-notch. The pool provided an excellent alternative to the beach on hot days, and it was nice to relax and dine on the screened-in porch.

Great Family Getaway

Our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sanibel Sand Castle. The house was spacious, never feeling crowded, and had everything we could have needed. Our host Ralph was only a phone call away and was super helpful with any questions we had. The backyard with the pool was our absolute favorite! Can't wait to return.
