We understand you may have stayed at this complex before through a different company or owner, but with our management, we do require all guests to pick up parking passes, wristbands, and check-in details from our lockboxes. This process helps us ensure everything is ready and accurate for each arrival, though we completely understand how it might have felt like an inconvenience during your trip. We also do our best to set clear expectations by sending multiple messages before check-in, letting guests know about the pickup process and that we provide hotel-sized starter amenities. We recommend bringing extra supplies if you think you’ll need more for your stay, especially with larger groups. Please know we never want a guest to feel disappointed, and we truly strive to make every visit a 5-star experience. Hi Heather, we did call 2 days in a row, we also emailed you. We received no reply so in accordance with our rental agreement your reservation was cancelled for non payment. When you called a month later we did explain the situation and you rebooked this condo. We are sorry you did not have a 5 star stay as we strive to provide 5 star service. Hi Michelle, we are sorry about the water issue, however we we were not aware of the situation until you had called that morning, our on call person immediately looked at the outage map on the New Braunfels Utilities website which is the only way we are able to get updates as we do not work for the city. We apologize if you felt that unit was not cooling down enough, if you had given us a call we would have been happy to send maintenance to take a look at the AC if it was not working properly. We do have our units quality inspected upon arrival which does include checking the TV's to make sure they are working properly, if you had let us know, we would have sent a staff member to assist you with the TV.
