We stayed for 7 days, the bed was unbearable. We slept on the chair and couch, which made for very little sleep, which was extremely disappointing.The floor was extremely dirty our feet were black from the first moment we took our shoes off. I did send 2 messages prior to our trip, one about parking and another about towels neither one was answered. The location was nice. And the people working at the location were very nice as well.

Kitchen well supplied for cooking. Plenty of space for hubby and I. Love Sunglow. This was 2nd time in the resort but first time in this unit. Would recommend and stay again.

Pretty outdated and when we arrived there were obviously dirty sheets on the bed.

Sunglow resort is lovely

The resort was lovely. Pool was warm. We enjoyed our stay. The room was ok for family of 3. However, the area beside the kitchen by the garbage can was not cleaned. No additional garbage bags were left. Only 1 roll of toilet paper was provided for 5 days for 3 people.

This older condo is actually decorated very nicely. Very similar to the pictures in the listing. However, there were just a few things you might want to take into consideration. The door lock getting into the condo is a bit tricky. You literally have to push the door in to get the key to unlock the door. Upon entering the condo, there was an overwhelming musty smell, like it had been closed up for a while. Thankful for a can of lysol under the sink. The unit was not as clean as we would have liked. There was dust on the lamp shades and on both of the ceiling fans (which are actually very old). The number of extension cords with many things plugged into one outlet was a bit scary, to say the least. Be prepared, the bed is extremely firm (almost board like). Very disappointing after a long day when you're just looking forward to a good night's sleep. Wish I had read previous reviews, because that was mentioned a few times, a couple even back from 2022. Sad that they haven't replaced that. I do have to say the beach view as very nice and the patio furniture was nice to enjoy the sunrise as well. With just a few extra touches and upgrades, this condo could be really nice. I would definitely stay at this location again, just maybe not this particular unit (unless they upgraded the bed). On a side note, we actually pulled out the sleeper sofa and slept there which was much more comfortable. And we all know, that's rarely the case.

The property is older but seems to be well maintained. Check in after hours was smooth. Location is on the beach. The pool area is very well done, ample chairs and loungers around the pool. Electric grill nearby. Pool water was clear and warm, but the hot tub wasn’t properly maintained and the water was green on our last full day there. Saturday night we came into the property to find no parking available. Driving to the overflow lot, no parking available either, with a work type truck and trailer taking up three spots. Only after confronting the evening “security” person did we convince her to move her vehicle so we had a place to park. The unit itself was on the third floor not far from the elevators. The unit itself is extremely comfortable, with nice furnishings, but not very clean. Dust on the lamp shades, as well as some other furniture. Upon arrival the was a distinct sewer odor that emanated from the bathroom. I ran water in the sink and bathtub that helped mitigate the odor. The bathroom has black mold between the vanity counter and the sink basin. The shower curtain was moldy, and the floor not very clean. In the bedroom, we found bed sheets that were stained, all on an extremely hard mattress. The brackets holding the curtain rod up is falling out of the wall. The property has many positives. Parking is not one of them. The ladies at the concierge desk were extremely helpful and courteous. Other than the cleanliness of the unit, everything else was good.

Great place to stay on the beach. Communication was excellent! Small delay in getting into our room but they communicated and apologized so all good! Bed was a bit firm for our liking but the recliners were super comfy and you can see the ocean sitting in one of them! Very relaxing and the balcony is perfect for enjoying the ocean view, just don’t forget bug spray! The little gnats got me several times the first day. There was 3 of us, 2 adults and a teenager and there was plenty of room.

Great location family place

We have been here before. Too funny we got the same condo that our parents had over 10 years ago. The place hasn't changed much as it is family oriented and has a great pier next to it if you don't want to cook.

Great location, in need of new sofa and deodorizing

The location is perfect, very small for 4, but doable, however the fridge had a terrible odor even after buying 3 baking soda boxes for it, and the sofa had stuffing coming out of the back support cushions at the bottom. Seemed very worn, may consider a different fabric on the next one for renters directly on the beach. Otherwise great beach vacation spot

My husband and I took a little trip together and this condo was perfect for us! It was just as described! Perfect for the 2 of us! Easy check in and out! We will definitely be back.

Nice place to stay. Great views of ocean. Like to set on balcony and watch thing happen.

Rent this property was easy. Pictures were what you got. The couch and chair look tired and need replaced. But would stay again.

July 4th weekend

First off let start by saying Mary at the front desk was awesome! We arrived a day early and even though she was clocking out for her shift, she stayed and called everyone possible to get us in our condo until she eventually was able to reach the owner and got is in. Secondly, the condo was exactly as pictured and described. Perfect location and ocean view. There was a weird smell upon arrival but nothing a little air freshener can't fix. Also, the bed was pretty uncomfortable but we didn't mind it too much and the shower was clogged but fixed immediately when I made them aware. We were a little bummed the fireworks were cancelled (one of the main reasons we decided to go to Daytona) but lucky for us, one of the other neighbors did fireworks and it was actually one of the best shows we have seen, and right on the beach!!! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend! We also left a large beach umbrella, some beach chairs, and rollout bamboo blankets. ( didn't want to add extra luggage to check) so it's there for the next guest to enjoy! Thank you so much for having us!

Daytona Trip

Overall our trip here was great. When we first arrived, upon opening the door there was a strong chemical odor. It was very overpowering. It went away by the second day after leaving the fans and patio door open. In the main bedroom when I went to turn the light on (by the pull chain) the glass dome fell off. My 4yo daughter was hit on the face by it, as she was sitting on the bed, thankfully she was not hurt or cut. The pull out sofa is much more comfortable than the main bedroom bed. Bathroom is a little tight for 4 people, especially with small kids. The Condo itself was very conveniently located. We had beachfront access out of the side gate, and were able to go to the beach every day. My children loved that! The balcony on the side was also very refreshing. We got to watch the sunrise every morning. The condo was very well stocked with everything you could need for the kitchen. Extra bathroom & garbage bags were provided which was wonderful.

Room with a View

The room is just as it appears. Plenty of space, very clean, & a great view. Excellent restaurant on the Pier. I would definitely rent this room again
