The dishes and pots and pans were put away dirty which was so gross so I did clean them. They did offer to clean them after I had cleaned them. The walls and curtains were smudged and dirty. Then a hurricane came through and we were not refunded or communicated with, in regards to being forced to evacuate 2 days early. However, other renters were communicated with by their host companies and even refunded. I would not recommend going through this company.

Unobstructed beach view. Amazing amenities. This was probably the most relaxing beach vacation ever the rooms and property were amazingly nice clean. Every staff member I came in contact with was so professional and helpful and friendly. The elevators were extremely fast. It had so many things for all ages to do I even like that they had an adults only pool as well as family, indoor and outdoor pools activities for the kids, such as the waterslide the splash pad lazy river play areas. There are so many good things about this property.

The location was great, the amenities were wonderful, and there was plenty of space in the unit. Overall, it was very functional and worked well for our needs.That said, the condition of the unit and the furnishings could definitely use some updating. The furniture was mismatched and felt a bit dated, and the bedding was just okay. There was writing on the ceiling in one of the bedrooms, as well as peeling paint in several areas on the walls, which took away from the overall feel of the space.If you’re looking for a great location, good amenities, and plenty of room, you’ll likely be pleased. However, if you plan to spend a lot of time inside or are looking for something more updated, stylish, or bougie, this probably wouldn’t be the unit I’d choose.

The ocean was stunning, but we had no idea we were going to be on the 27th floor so high! We loved the pools and spent much of our time in them. The room was clean but lacking some essential items in the kitchen and the main kitchen sink and dryer door need some repairs. We had a great stay! Beach was clean and beautiful!!!

Great condo

The condo was spacious enough for three couples. We ate breakfast each morning on the balcony with gorgeous views. Only thing we needed was a chair in the bedrooms and non slip mat in the tub showers.

Great location, accurate photos and description, property is so great with really no need to leave. Easy grocery delivery, easy beach access, pool, lazy river, splash pad, cafe and bar. Fun to get ice cream and snow cones for the kids and drinks for the adults all in one place. Only negative experience was we had a maintenance man from the property use a key to enter the condo while we were sleeping at 11pm looking for something from the previous tenants. Very unsettling as we had kids there with us. Other than that, the property and stay were great!

Very nice condo with beautiful view. The pools were awesome and we loved the bar area for adults. Would recommend!

A Must Stay

Always love our stay at Phoenix

As always, our family vacation was amazing! All communication was great we even added 2 extra days to our stay with ease! It was a GREAT first beach vacation for my 1 year old grandson!
