Questa classica casa Bay Head è stata nuova nel mercato del noleggio nel 2016 e completamente rinnovata con una classica atmosfera nautica! La combinazione di vecchi e nuovi renderanno il vostro soggiorno confortevole, ma esperienza unica spiaggia. A pochi passi dalla Johnson Avenue, sorvegliata dalla vita. ingresso sulla spiaggia sul lato est di Main St., la casa è anche vicino al treno pendolare e ai negozi su Bridge Ave - Muellers Bakery, il nuovo mercato di Burke, il ristorante Theresa, ecc.

La sala grande famiglia dispone di due posti a sedere - uno per guardare la TV di grandi dimensioni SMART sopra il camino e un accogliente angolo per la lettura e relax.

La sala da pranzo ha un grande tavolo da disegno Restoration Hardware, che può ospitare 8 persone comodamente.

La cucina dispone di mobili personalizzati in legno, banconi di pietra, grande lavello casa colonica, Viking Range / forno e frigorifero Sub Zero. dispensa del maggiordomo adiacente ha un dissipatore aggiuntivo colonica e due lavastoviglie stile cassetto.

Il portico laterale chiusa come un divano letto matrimoniale, splendida luce del sole, scrivania e zona lettura - con la sua Smart TV. Inoltre una grande area giochi privato per i bambini!

Il piano superiore dispone di quattro ampie camere da letto - due con due letti singoli, due con letti matrimoniali che hanno anche una vista peekaboo dell'oceano. Ci sono due bagni bianchi aggiornati piastrelle - uno al piano di sopra con vasca, e uno al piano terra con ampia cabina doccia. Gli ospiti in overflow possono essere sistemati in un divano letto nella veranda.

La casa dispone di ventilatori aria e soffitto in tutti gli ambienti principali - tra cui due sulla veranda esterna. Il cortile privato ha una zona erbosa ben architettata e grande terrazza con tavolo da pranzo e ombrellone per mangiare all'aperto - vicino al grill a gas. E, naturalmente, c'è una comoda doccia esterna per la spiaggia pulita-up!

C'è parcheggio fuori strada e un 2 box auto indipendente. Sedie a sdraio, ombrellone e altri attrezzi da spiaggia. 6 scudetti spiaggia forniti anche durante la stagione estiva.

Best Beach House

This is a great beach house- we return every year. Javier, the house manager and Cathy, the owner, are amazingly responsive. Best location, clean, has everything- we will be back.

Best beach week ever

Our family really enjoyed everything about our week in Bay Head. The home is immaculate and comfortable and provided everything we needed for the week. It was great being just a block and a half from the beach and the beach is pristine. We are already looking forward to returning next year.

Wonderful stay in Bay Head

We enjoyed our three weeks in Bay Head. Already miss being there. Location is ideal for Bay Head. The house felt larger than what pictures show and the backyard was lovely. The house was well-appointed and we didn’t feel that we were missing anything. Check-in was seamless and Cathy was very responsive.

Great Bayheader!

The house is so comfortable and well designed/equipped. A lovely place for families. Main street is a busy road but house is quiet. Only 1 shared bathroom upstairs but a full bath downstairs and great outdoor shower. Would go back again and again.

Great Home

We have spent a week every summer for the past 5 summers at this home. It is an amazing vacation home. Clean, comfortable and fully stocked with all you need. The location is also amazing. Can't wait for next year!! Thank you Cathy.

A Perfect Stay

House was even better than the pictures-with six adults and most of us working on and off, there were so many private spaces to do it in and delightful spots as well to just read or enjoy each other. House was incredibly thoughtfully stocked, need a sewing kit, bandaids, scotch tape, all the spices you could think of? Great kitchen to cook in. Just a delightful house to stay in.

Amazing Beach Home block from beach

We have been going to the same home for 7+ years. The owner is very responsive and caring and the home is in perfect condition. This year we had perfect weather and enjoyed the location most of all walking to the beach, to town for pastries and to the beach shop! what can be better.

Beautiful Beach

We have been going to this home for many years for a week in the summer with out family to enjoy the beach. The beach is a block and half away and the most amazing bakery in the world is only a 15-20 min walk away. The house is always clean and kept up. Everything ...and I mean EVERYTHING about the house and host was EXCELLENT! Cathy is so attentive and a perfectionist. The house is just like out of a magazine! We all loved it!!! Our vacation was a 10! Thank you Cathy.The only complaint is VRBO itself. They do not tell you up front what their charges are and the vacation cost way more than I anticipated. I booked it with my American Express card and as I booked another week for another house the following week...there was no way of telling which payments were for which house. On top of that after receiving a confirmation email from VRBO the host of the second rental called me right before move in and informed me that they no longer rent out through VRBO and I didn't have a place to stay.

Perfect beach week!

Our family of 7 really enjoyed our time at this beautiful and comfortable home in Bay Head. The home was a quick walk to both the beach and town and had absolutely everything we needed. The bark yard proved to be a quiet respite from the traffic out front, but overall we loved the location. We would definitely return!

Beautiful Home

The owner was very easy to workout the details with. The house is warm and inviting. Everything is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is ready for gourmet cooking. It is located very close to the beach and a short walk to the shops.

Fantastic Experience!

Cathy was a wonderful host. We were able to check in early per our request, she answered all of our questions in a timely manner, and the home is beautiful! Located in a perfect spot, just steps from the beach and walking distance to local cafes / restaurants, we couldn't have chosen a better home to stay in for the weekend. I would come back and stay here every summer!

Great beach house
