Family time.

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful weather, yummy restaurants, family meals prepared in-house, cousin bonding, lots of activities.

Excellent location

Had a family of 19 stay here and everybody loved it. Check-in and check-out process was real simple. The location on the beach was perfect.

Great beach stay

The location of this house is great. Beach access is also a plus. It was very comfortable for our large family group. Plenty of room to hangout.

Perfect location for a large family. The beach is not crowded and a nice little sandy area in the back of the house for littles to play safely

Great Place to make some memories

The house was clean and cool and perfect for getting sand in our toes. The commercial ice machine with 200#s per day was over the top. The owner was very responsive to all our requests and needs.

Great house and location!

This was the perfect house for our visit - not too far from the highest leading into Gulf Shores, but more importantly on the beach and LOTS of parking. I’ve always had parking issues when booking for large groups - why rent a space that sleeps more than 10 but room for only one car?! This place had more than enough parking!! Very pleased. Would highly recommend!

Great time at Chivas

My family went with two other families and had a great time! The house was on the beach and the access was easy to get to. The owner was vey cooperative and friendly on the phone. There were several things broken but gave the list to the owner (if you never stay there, you don't know what's wrong) and he apologized and said they would be fixed. Great for for several families. The living room looked updated. Very nice.

All the short comings have be replaced. New refrigerator, new sleeper sofas, new dining room table. 14 new window surrounding the great room. Luxury linen, new deck railing. We are ready for some Great Guest to come see us.

The good: location is fantastic and the house is cute from the outside. The host was good at communicating most of the time other than saying they were coming at 3pm and showing up hours later. The not-so-good: it was old and showing wear and tear, poorly cleaned and not well-maintained. Examples: thick dust / grime on ceiling fans, dirty vents, dirty windows. Kitchen countertop was cracked, bedroom window downstairs was cracked, window blinds damaged and several bedroom windows had no coverings at all. Showers / showerheads were also old and pressure wasn’t great. There were no games, books, DVD’s and very few beach items. The DVD player wasn’t even connected to anything… so we had a great time with family and are appreciative of the opportunity, but were not really impressed with the place and would look elsewhere next time.

Beautiful Views looking outside

Check in was 3PM. No contact with owner before hand. When we got there the maid service hadn’t even arrived. They got there at 3:15 PM and let us in. They had to clean so we left and returned around 5PM. House is in MAJOR needs of repair. Kitchen counter cracked badly, upstairs bedroom sliding glass door is in very bad condition and hard to close master bedroom will not lock. Picnic table is so warped it should be replaced. Ice maker would have been great if it worked. Oven light stays on and says hot surface even though we never used it. House is hard to look at when sitting on porch because of all the water damage and repairs needed to the fascia. Other then that the house is large and has the most spectacular views of the gulf

The house had excellent number of rooms and location for our family to all. Enjoy the beach together. Air conditioning was awesome, water pressure is good, kitchen is stocked. We could have used extra towels. Shaded parking is a plus! Property is exactly as described and just a couple of miles from restaurants and shopping. The kids loved playing in the shaded sand area as well as the volleyball area in front of the decks.

Perfect set up for large families. Easy beach access. Commercial ice maker was a huge plus. Washer and dryer were very efficient, we were able to keep up with the laundry w/ 8 adults and 12 children. Would come back next month if we could.

Great Place

Location was perfect! Private beach access. Beautiful white sandy beach. The house was nice as the pictures reflected. The only issues we came across were some cockroaches (typical humid beach stuff), the house cleanliness wasn’t great and we had no garbage bags upon arrival. Otherwise, it was good!

Great location for beach house

We really enjoyed the property which had ample space for 5 different families that stayed! Maybe just having some shades in the penthouse bedroom would be the only critique I would have…. But otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed and would return back there for another vacation again. Rich

Great Vacation Home

Just stayed here with a large group of adults (20 people) and had an amazing time! The door was hard to lock in the beginning but the property manager answered and helped immediately. Location is great and the views are incredible. Highly recommend staying here!
