Lake View Lodge è una bellissima casa di tronchi che si affaccia sul Lago Beltzville e sullo stato di gioco delle terre nel Poconos meridionale.
Situato su un grande lotto privato il lodge ha 8 camere da letto, 7 bagni e 25 posti letto! Ottimo per grandi gruppi, con molto spazio per stare insieme e per avere privacy. Molte attività estive e invernali nella zona. Splendidi panorami e accesso al lago, con kayak da usare; grande parcheggio e un canestro da basket; pozzo del fuoco e ampio portico con un grill a gas.
Ciascuna delle camere da letto ha un balcone / ponte, camino, TV via cavo, e alcuni con lettori DVD. Sei delle camere hanno un bagno privato completo e le altre due camere condividono un bagno completo con vasca.
L'intero primo piano è accessibile con sedia a rotelle, con una delle camere da letto e bagni dotati di caratteristiche amichevoli sedia a rotelle specializzata.
Il punto focale della grande sala / sala da pranzo è un camino in pietra a doppia faccia di 26 piedi. La grande sala è completamente arredata con comodi posti a sedere, e la sala da pranzo è arredata con un tavolo da pranzo e sedie in grado di ospitare 20+ persone.
La cucina abitabile è completamente arredata, compresi tavolo e sedie da cucina, frigorifero / congelatore con ice maker, doppio forno, piano cottura, lavastoviglie, microonde, caffettiera e tostapane a quattro fette. Tutte le stoviglie, pentole e utensili sono inclusi pure.
Il ponte con una griglia di propano di grandi dimensioni ha anche un sacco di posti a sedere per barbecue, o semplicemente rilassati e goditi l'aria fresca mentre bevi il tuo bicchiere di vino preferito o una birra ghiacciata!
L'area comune ha un biliardino e una piccola biblioteca per il vostro divertimento. È anche una rete da pallavolo e altri giochi all'aperto e al coperto disponibili.

Spacious, well equipped house (including kitchen, games, activities, outdoor equipment, etc. ) Lovely property that was perfect for our group, as we try to spend most of our time outside around a firepit.The layout with each bedroom being a suite with its own bathroom was ideal! The owner is super responsive to all questions. This is a great property for larger groups and extended family gatherings!

This house was nearly perfect for our family reunion of 17 people staying at the house and another 10 joining from locally. Everyone loved the space, great for the hot weather, cool inside and with room for all of us. I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Many of my family enjoyed the kayaks. The kitchen was spacious with its own table and plenty of dishes and other necessities. There was a small problem with the dishwasher, but it still worked and I was assured it would be fixed. The location was great: good views, quiet, nearby lake and not too far from stores.

A Spacious Family Gathering Location

This is property is exactly as advertised; clean, quiet, & well equipped with room for everyone. We were a three generation family gathering who enjoyed games in the spacious yard, relaxing on the deck, the easy walk to the trails, family meals at the large dining tables as well as the privacy of ensuite bathrooms. The owners are easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Wonderful retreat

Rented the place for extended weekend (family reunion and birthday party). Absolutely lovely: the house is gorgeous and has everything you need, the owner was very helpful in answering my question and checking in-very smooth. The place is surrounded by nature and very beautiful.

Great House for Large Family

We all loved our stay for 2 nights and the nearby State Park with the beach was the cherry on top. Loved that every bedroom had a bathroom. The bathroom fixtures could use an upgrade but overall house was well facilitated.

Mini Family Reunion

We had a great stay at this gorgeous property. It was spacious and tastefully designed to offer a cozy cabin feel. I really can't say enough positive things about this place, but I will list a few cons: - does not provided towels or linen (bed sheets and pillow cases). I understand this may be related to COVID/health concerns but the "cleaning fee" is enormous and should cover the costs of these items. - some sinks had slow drainage. I would like to thank the hosts for being super responsive and helpful in answering all my questions. I recommend this place and will possibly book for future events.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay there! The only downside was the microwave that broke shortly after arrival, which made it difficult to heat up stuff, including things for our children. The house was spacious and clean. We really had a great time and communication with the owner was very easy.

Family Get Together

For the most part everything was great but , with linens not provided due to Covid, I don’t understand the basis for charging us for “excess” guests? Also, we originally requested a Thursday to Thursday stay to better accommodate family members work schedules which was accepted but owner later came back and demanded Friday to Friday or reservation would be canceled.

Family Get together for graduation celebration

On first arrival we were amazed by the beauty of the property and the lodge. We were down by the lake every day for fishing, boating, swimming and water play. Plenty of room for my very large family. Plenty of activites around the area. Marina and her husband as owners were very friendly, helpful and responsive.

What a great country setting

Had a short bisinees trip to this property w my friends and co-workers. The check-in is simple, the place was huge and inviting. Stove, grill, AC worked as it should and were clean. We had to bring our own linens and towells but we preferred it anyway. I read some of the negative reviews prior to renting but did not have the same experience. One cant expect a hotel type setting and amenities when renting in the country. The grounds were also well kept and the access to the lake was easy. Thank you fpr kayaks! My friends and I will definitely be back.

Nice property but wouldn't cook food there

The house has comfortable bedrooms and nice bathrooms. Host was easy to reach and dining room included a great working chimney, as listed. Although, the property fell short when we found the dirty kitchen was not suitable for preparing food (both coffee makers had mold, etc..) the grill on the deck was filthy, we had to use aluminum foil on the caked-up, black grates as they have never been cleaned (something the high cleaning fee should cover).

No cleaning supplies. No trash bags(serénelos) The grill was disgusting my friend Stephen fell over from inhaling the yuck. Besides that the trash cans are a fallacy. You need more than the recommended amount seems like a set up. We got charged for cigarets we didn’t smoke. We got charged anyway but saw some reviews and this has happened before. On top of that our $400 cleaning supply for blown threw the window for mediocre work. We we’re charged for the cigs we didn’t smoke. Besides that the house war incredible and well kept just watch out for the details

Awesome home for large group!

The design of this house is incredible. Lots of living space and all the en suite bed baths are large enough that you can retreat if you need to. It has a delightful camp atmosphere. Neither the furniture nor the kitchen is so luxurious you can't be comfortable, but they are both adequate to the way you would enjoy a house like this. The cleaning team needs to pay attention to ceiling fans and vanity lights, but the bathrooms and kitchen were clean otherwise.

Labor Day Delight

Our group of 12 had a great time at this home over Labor Day weekend. Everyone enjoyed having their own bathroom and got a kick out of the themes of the different bedrooms. There is a beer store 10 minutes away and a Giant 15 minutes away where we did all of our shopping. As far as activities go, the volleyball net and the basketball hoop were big hits- but with a yard that size, the options are endless. There is a path in the corner of the yard that leads you down to the lake where there is a small clearing to launch kayaks from, and while there were a lot of boats out on the lake, there was plenty of room for everyone. Like one of the reviews states the oven takes a little longer to heat and cook, but nothing a few extra minutes didn't solve. Marina was quick to respond to one very minor concern that we had, and was very easy to work with throughout the booking process and during the stay. All in all a great experience!

Great getaway. Lots of space. No neighbors. Easy access to the lake on well maintained path through state game land.
