Questo bellissimo condominio è Ocean Front, al primo piano rialzato con accesso alla spiaggia accanto ad esso, ampliando anche la vista di lato!

C'è un parcheggio riservato proprio di fronte. Lavatrice e asciugatrice sono a grandezza naturale. La camera da letto principale è king-size con bagno privato. TV via cavo con lettore DVD nella camera matrimoniale.

La seconda camera da letto è grande con due letti queen size e un bagno proprio fuori dalla porta. Il balcone è completamente arredato e ben protetto. La spiaggia è generosa e la vita è custodita per tutta l'estate. Siamo a pochi isolati dal confine MD / DE sulla 137th street.

La camera familiare dispone di cavo e di una nuova Smart TV con combinazione DVD e videoregistratore. La cucina è completamente fornita. C'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size.

This property is in a great location with easy access to the beach and near food, shopping, parks and entertainment. Great communication from owner. The property is set up with everything you need to enjoy your stay - you bring towels, sheets and other personal items. Highly recommend.

Location, Location, Location!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The location cannot be better— it is literally steps to the beach. Plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 teens!

Family getaway

The property was just as advertised with many nice touches. It was well stocked and clean. The location was great - especially being so close to the water. We had a great stay!

Very nice property. The sliding door can use some maintenance. Very good layout. We appreciated the laundry room and storage closet at the entrance.

Fantastic location, great condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and well maintained. The owner communications were easy, clear, and very welcoming. The location is perfect, right on the beach but away from the rowdiness of the boardwalk. We even enjoyed watching a resident fox traveling the dunes. Could not have asked for a better place for our family to stay.

Perfect week

Brenda was really helpful and welcoming. The location of the condo was fantastic, right on the beach and near entertainment and restaurant. The condo is clean, spacious and well equipped. Definitely our to go place in the futur!

Lovely hearing the ocean from the living room and bedroom. Very short walk to the beach. Great location. Brenda the host is quick to respond to messages.The condo could use updates and it didn’t seem as if it had been vacuumed prior to our arrival.

We had a wonderful time in Ocean City! The condo was wonderful... right on the ocean with beach access steps away from condo. The condo was very clean with lots of room! We will be back!!

The condo is very welcoming and comfortable. It is in a great location in north Ocean City. The owner is very responsive with answering questions. We loved the balcony. Thank you for such a wonderful week.

Very nice condo. Access to beach right there. Kitchen well equipped. When there is a problem Brenda was easy to get a hold of. WiFi access good. Quiet neighbor. We had a good time.

This is such a great spot. My family and I had such a good time. It makes all the difference to be right smack on the beach!. The condo has everything you need and is so cute and cozy. The owner is so nice and accommodating. I got to see the sunrise from the balcony.....breathtaking! Thanks again I will be back!

Family of 5

We had two children and a toddler. It was easily enough space. Everything clean and working, many extras we weren’t expecting like beach toys and chairs. Perfect proximity to beach and city activities and shopping.

August 2-Week Vacation

Brenda's SummerSea condo was perfect! We have been vacationing in North Ocean City for over 15 years, and are fortunate to have found this terrific condo - quiet location, easy access to unit and beach, peaceful balcony, incredibly simple check-in and out, including 10 am check-out time. Very Nice

The property was as advertised. Pictures accurate. Owners very caring and responsive. There is plenty of space and everything you need. Steps to beach. I would recommend this property to anyone. Me, personally..I Like a pool and the dune made me wish we were higher but you cant go wrong here. Very nice.

Fantastic Beach Getaway

Feom the moment we arrived and checked in, which by the way was extremwly easy, with the combination lock at the unit. We were immediately hit with a sense of relief and excitement. The location of the house and its proximity to the ocean was fantastic. What made the trip that much better was that there were a ton of families eith kids that ranged in the same age geoup od my two sons. Everyday we went out they always found a good size group of kids to play with. Wether it be playing tag, building sand castles, swimming in the ocean, or even collecting hermit crabs; I can say without hesitation that this family vacation definitely rankes in the top 5 for its peacefull g

Great location, cute unit, spectacular view

In the quieter side of OC which is exactly what we wanted. The beach was so convenient. The unit was cute and clean. Easy in and easy out for coming and going. Wish there was recycling area. There were plenty of dishes, pots and pans, silverware for everyone. Easy internet/wireless connection. Some reviews mentioned outdated furniture and appliances. Sure they were but they worked fine and we didn’t have any issues. Had a great time in the area. The only thing that was disappointing was that the beach could have had more trash receptacles and there were dog owners who didn’t pick up after their dogs at the beach and for those that did, they just left their poop bags on the beach! It was not enjoyable to see that.

So glad you enjoyed your stay. We have upgraded alot of the furniture already, kitchen and bathrooms are next. We will have to try and find a spot for recycling! Sorry about the beach trash, but OC doesn't usually equip the beach in full until May but you got alot of privacy! We hope you will return!
