We had a great stay at Waterscape! One of our favorite features was the parking garage, which allowed us to park and unload right in front of our unit—making check-in and check-out incredibly convenient.The condo was well stocked with beach toys for guests to use, which was a nice bonus. The beach chair service is available on a first-come, first-served basis unless you pay extra to reserve a specific spot. The tiki hut was also very convenient and offered a good variety of drinks and food.Overall, we really enjoyed the unit and had a wonderful stay. The only downside was the king bed, which sags in the middle and could use replacing for a more comfortable night’s sleep.

From the moment we walked into the condo, my family and I felt right at home. It was very clean and cozy and had the best view of the pool and ocean! Would definitely recommend!

Great for families with children!

The location is perfect to see and do all the best there is to offer in the area. Including Destin. The pools are very safe and designed for each age group. My children 11 and 13 had the best time here in the pools. Very clean, and well maintained! This is our second visit to the Waterscape. We will be back!! Love it

Fun Times

It was great. We where there with others for the usssa softball tournament. The access to the beach and pools was great. It’s was fun and felt safe with the kids. Pools nice and clean. Would go back there in a heartbeat. Loved the parking also. Was able to park right by room.

Review

Renting this property they VRBO was extremely easy. I loved that there was a door code instead of a key. It made checking in and out easy plus traveling with adult children made it easy not needing keys. We loved the various pools and the location. I’m sure we will be back again soon!

Great location with wonderful view

The property was great and would rent again. There were some issues with appliances needing to be updated but that comes with any rental, but they responded after a couple days. Would recommend to any family for this unit as it will be the first on my list.

Place was fine

The place was fine for whst it was. A lot of families with very young kids/babies. We prefer less babies. A restaurant and a tiki bar would be nice too.

Wonderful place!

Definitely will stay at this resort again. Only thing needing upgraded is the bed in guest room because it Squeaked with little movement. When we walked in I checked the place over and found the cover of the blind had fallen and broke, I called the number of service and had no return call or had anyone to come check on it. Overall a great place to stay and would definitely recommend.

Spring Vacation

The Waterscapes building, parking, location, and outdoor areas were all kept very clean and well maintained. Perfect place for a family with small children. The unit we stayed in was plenty clean, except some of the kitchen drawers/cabinets definitely could’ve used some more detailed cleaning. The living room couch does need to be replaced, but it didn’t really negatively impact our experience. Overall, the unit has general wear and tear, but was kept in good shape and decently clean.

Furniture is very cheap and uncomfortable. Beds were a nightmare. Enjoyed our time out of the unit.

Fall break

We love Waterscape and will return again and again. However the condo we Rented was somewhat disappointing This time. The beds were old lumpy and very uncomfortable. The furniture’s were very cheap and the walls were in definite need of repair. The property itself though is wonderful for a family and friends to enjoy for vacation.

Favorite place on earth

We just love Destin area and Waterscape in general. We had some issues getting in and although we were not given a refund or money towards added days (since we couldn't get in for 3 days at no fault of our own) - which was a bit of a bummer - best beach was good at finally getting us the same rates for extending our stay. The master bed was also broken and maintenance send someone right over to fix it, which we were thankful for.
