Great location and property

Very easy access to the beach. The property and pool were clean and well kept. The kitchen was also very well stocked making preparing meals at the house very simple during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

The location is perfect - close to what you need but not too crowded. The house has everything we needed to enjoy a week at the beach.

We loved the house!

Spring OBX Weekend

My friends and I met up for a long weekend in March and the property was exactly as expected. Great beach access and all the deck options were great. Would absolutely rent again.

This home is pet friendly and clean upon arrival. The host is very responsive and communicative. Beware older folks as there are lots of stairs inside and out, into the home, up to the main floor, down to the lower level bedrooms, down to the pool. For the beach there are a few stairs, but mainly a long inclined walk towards the beach, then steps, then a sandy slope to the beach. As others mention, and the description states, some basement rooms have two beds (awkward for adults), while one has a queen plus bunk. At the end of the stay I learned that some of our guests saw a couple of cockroaches, yuck, especially in the lowest level. Also as others mention, there's only comfortable indoor seating for 6 in a home that accommodates more than twice that number. There are several long benches at the table but only two are padded. There is no carpeting anywhere which helps with cleanliness but dogs may slide around. There's no cleaning supplies, books, videos, or DVD player but there are puzzles and a pool table, not sure all the balls were there. There's a convenient fenced area for dogs. Sadly for our dogs, the grounds have lots and lots of painful sand burrs growing all around and on parts of the beach path. The beds are very comfortable, a big plus. The kitchen is good with a lot more storage including cutlery, in the pool table area. You'll need to bring spices if you cook except salt/pepper. Unlike many other rental properties this one has great parking for several cars.

Spring Break 2025

Great location, lots of space. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room. Nice space for the dogs. GREAT views of the sunrise. Close to a lot of places to eat and things to do. Highly recommend!

Best time!!!

The property was clean and gorgeous the pictures didn’t do it justice.. I love our private walk to the beach and the pool was so nice.. our family really enjoyed it and it had any cooking utensils you would need
