This stay exceeded my expectations! Great location with parking, nicely decorated with adorable Baylor:Waco touches. It had everything you could possibly need including a washer/dryer!! It was spotless and super comfortable. Great communication. Highly recommend and would stay again if in the area! Thank you!

Good location

We had a great stay and enjoyed the large kitchen and outdoor picnic tables. Parking is easy and right outside the unit. Comfortable beds too

Absolutely wonderful!! Highly recommend this location!! Incredibly clean and it was so convenient to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Beds were extremely comfortable. Great place to stay & just a 3 minute walk to the Baylor Starbucks.

Girls weekend

Lovely place. Just 4 girls enjoying the weekend together. Very nice place and perfect for 4 adults. Love the outside sitting area with the fire.

very nice place to stay, construction going on next door was slightly annoying and television picture was poor but over all this was a nice place to stay that was close to everything. Waco is a lovey town with great restaurants. Will stay here again if we com back

Hi Wendy, We're so sorry for the construction noise, it's rare, but sometimes unavoidable as the campus is growing at such a rapid rate. We also apologize for the TV quality, we've had terrible issues with Grande cable and are switching to Satellite (Direct TV) with every channel available in full HIGH DEFINITION with NFL Sunday Ticket. Baylor Visit

This was our second time staying here. We came to visit our daughter at Baylor with the grandparents along for the Baylor Basketball game. Convenient location, clean and comfortable. We will stay here again in the future.

The host got back to me immediately to answer questions. The unit was very nice, clean, parking convient right in front of unit. Like the patio area. Very cute. Even ate dinner one night in the patio. Condo conviently located

Very welcoming

It was a lovely townhouse in a great area, right on the college campus and close to the Magnolia property. It had everything you would need, soaps, shampoos, etc. We would recommend it to anyone going to the Waco area.

Great Place to Stay

The listing does not do this place justice. It is the perfect location if visiting your student at Baylor or in town for a campus tour. It is easy to get to all of the attractions. The unit was super clean and comfy. Had a great night sleep. I highly recommend staying at 1700 S. Second Street. You will be glad that you did!

Great place across from Baylor poor checkin

This property is perfectly located across from Baylors campus. Able to walk on campus and walk to the baseball stadium to catch a game. Check in process was very dicey. Never received check in information and then had to chase it down from VRBO and the owner. Not the best process. No apology for the process either

Stayed here on a short vacay with my BFF and my son from Nevada met up with us and stayed a few days

We loved this place and was so impressed with the look of the place, the safe feeling we had here and just how easy it was to get in touch with them. I left something important in the apartment and didn't realize it until we were in Austin. My son was still in Waco and I called to see if he could go get it and they were right there to help. I have never stayed in a place that was so well equipped. Cleaning supplies, Oil, balsamic vinegar, cream sugar.... everything you might want. I would stay there again and again!

Perfect Waco Location for Your Magnolia Experience

We chose to stay here when we visited Magnolia Market. It was the perfect location for us. Very neat and clean and comfortable beds. We would stay here again.

Can’t beat the location if you’re a Baylor parent with a kid on campus.

We came when the weather (snow) was pretty crazy in Texas. We were thankful to no issues while we were there.

Great Place To Stay

The property is fresh, modernized and very well maintained. It is well laid out and is within a stones throw of the Baylor campus as well as local attractions. We will stay here again!

Great location and great accomodations

Excellent accomodations. Location was right in Baylor and super close to everything. The place was just perfect, from the communications prior to renting to the excellent stay.
