Se si vuole essere proprio sul mare, "Breaking Waves" è la casa per voi. Arroccato sulla scogliera, questa casa accogliente gode di 180 gradi di viste spettacolari e suoni del Pacifico. Da un comodo sedile sul ponte, potrai goderti la brezza marina, i pellicani che si tuffano e le barche da pesca che catturano il pescato.

La casa si sente espansiva come interno ed esterno diventano uno con le finestre di fronte al "grande blu". Breaking Waves è pieno di luce e spazioso ma conserva ancora quella classica atmosfera da casa sulla spiaggia !!

La stanza aperta grande scaturisce dal lounging spazio, zona pranzo, in cucina e sul ponte avvolgente. BBQ ben equipaggiato e accessori da cucina per cucinare i tuoi piatti preferiti.

Porte scorrevoli nella camera matrimoniale aperta sul ponte. Wake-up alla vista dell'oceano, onde che si infrangono e gabbiani che chiamano in alto.

I bambini amano la stanza "a castello". letto doppio sopra ea pieno sul fondo e vista sull'oceano. Quindi nessuno manca!

La spiaggia è a soli 6 minuti a piedi dalla casa.

Riempire la casa con divertimento in famiglia o creare un tranquillo rifugio tranquillo lontano da tutto. Regalati una vera esperienza costiera.

Great place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental is beautiful, however they could use more comfortable seating for guests outside.

Beautiful home! Views of the ocean and the wildlife (deer outside our door every day!). Our only glitch was a very warm spell we hit while there and no AC. I suspect it's not needed very often.

Breaking waves is a perfect place to just unwind and relax. We walked in the door and jazz piano music was playing and then you see the breathing taking view of Bodega bay. We really did not want to leave. We will be back soon. It will be our new getaway spot. The house itself had everything you need from the kitchen to entertainment. The beds were very comfortable. A great snack basket and even a fun art project were waiting in the kitchen to welcome us. It is a definite 10!

Oasis Retreat

Truly and idyllic getaway, perfect for relaxing with views and a short walk to the beach and local cafe and market. Would recommend this to family and friends, and would go again!

Very Nice

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect it’s very quiet and the views are beautiful. We really enjoyed the sunsets. Our host was very responsive and willing to accommodate. I highly recommend this property .

Dillon Beach and wine country

Breaking Waves was a cozy open floor plan with huge windows to enjoy the beautiful Tomales Bay, Point Reyes area, and Bodega Bay. Convenient to a lot of activities and Napa / Sonoma wine country. Highly recommended.

Unbeatable views

We had a wonderful time staying in this Dillon Beach property. The deck and views are amazing, and the living space is so cozy — perfect for meals together and looking out at the ocean. We would definitely go back!
