Questa casa vanta alti soffitti cattedrale, 9 ft e 10 ft soffitti ai piani inferiori e un intero villaggio per conto suo.

Salite le scale nella grande camera di livello superiore con un grande camino ciottoli di fiume e vetrate enormi, aprendo ad un mazzo enorme La cucina / ha un granito isola / bar, attrezzata con elettrodomestici di alta qualità ed è ampiamente dotata di tutti gli accessori per la cucina a deliziare il migliore degli chef gourmet. E meglio di tutti, i pasti possono essere serviti comodamente un tavolo da pranzo 12 sedile e la barra di 6 posti.

Questa villa dispone di 6 camere da letto spaziose: due master suite re e altre 2 camere da letto King, le altre due camere hanno due letti ciascuna per il comfort da letto separata, Queste camere sono arredate con comodo cuscino top materassi e biancheria di lusso e biancheria da letto.

Buon divertimento nella zona di intrattenimento al piano terra dove si può schizzare in una piscina privata interna riscaldata per l'allenamento di mattina presto quindi scegliere tra il bagno di vapore o nella sauna di warm-up. Avanti guardare film in famiglia camera / teatro la zona piscina, caratterizzati reclinabili posti a sedere del teatro e uno schermo da 106 pollici. Fare uso del bar per un rinfresco in-film.

O ancora meglio, dopo una partita a biliardo, tuffo nella vasca calda e sorseggiare un bicchiere di vino nella terrazza al piano superiore mentre ammollo nel calore e la vostra vista sulla foresta.

A winter wonderland cabin

Everything about this place was absolutely perfect. Great communication, check in, entire stay, check out. My family had a great time staying at this property. Pictures should be updated to mirror new updates, in person was much better. Pool, jacuzzi, theatre room and sauna were all in working condition and perfect for our family Christmas gathering. If your booking is in the winter, the roads leading to the property are pretty icy and the driveway is really icy so a 4x4 vehicle with snow tires is needed. We had one of our vehicles, a SUV expedition slide off the icy driveway since it’s on a bit of a slope. 3 car garage and driveway space for 1-2 cars depending on how much snow there is. Don’t hesitate to book!

Great place to stay!

A large group of us stayed here for 3 days on a ski trip. The sauna was great to come back and warm up after a day on the slopes! Plenty of room for a large group without being on top of each other. Highly recommend!

Paradise in Lake Tahoe

This is a large house and fit my family just fine (8 adults and 5 grandkids), the indoor pool kept the kids busy for at least two hours per day, the hot tub was nice as well. Very quiet neighborhood and Dennis was always quick to return calls or emails when I had questions both before and during my stay. Hope to visit again someday!

House and location were great. Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna and movie room were very enjoyable. Neighbors were a bit sensitive. For the price, we would have thought more toiletries would be available. Only 1 toilet paper roll per room. Place was clean but when we got there it needed a little TLC.

Winter Wonderland

My extended family and I rented this venue for a family holiday getaway weekend. The house layout was very spacious and comfortable for our large group with plenty of activities to keep everyone in our group entertained. The house was well stocked with plenty of cookware, dishes, utensils, towels, soap and toilet paper. The host was very courteous and communicative.

We enjoyed our stay, the movie room was a plus, we enjoyed the yacuzzi also. Could not go in the pool, too cold, the Manager sent someone to fix it but it did not work. There are some items that need repairing, only one good chair in the deck, and deck was being repaired. For the price we paid, we were expecting everything to be in working condition. We did managed and enjoyed our stay

Disappointed.

Rented this property a few weeks back, super disappointed. The stove didn’t work, a low battery beeping from a battery powered door lock would go off every 15mins, the pool heater was not on, the code for the hot tub didn’t work and the property management POC was no where to be found. On top of that I was giving the wrong address and found out a day before. There was construction debris outside and in one of the bathrooms. Will not stay here again

Great property with horrible management

This house is great but poorly managed. I’ve stayed at a number of vrbos and I’ve never dealt with a property manager this bad. He called prior to checkin for an overview of the property and was already complaining about “past guests and their stupidity”. Checking in was no problem but the house wasn’t the cleanest. There was confetti on the floor in places and I found a dirty q-tip under my nightstand. There were only 16 towels in the place for 14 people, so to use the sauna/pool/hot tub we had to run laundry daily. There was no body soap anywhere in the house, but for some reason they had stocked a ton of shampoo and conditioner. There was no dish drying rack and only one spare drying towel, so getting all of the required dishes cleaned and put away prior to check out was a chore. One of the showers had mildew in it. The theater room didn’t work except with an iPhone casting to it. The pool was cold, we complained, the manager told us it was fine, then without consulting us had a technician come to check it. He told us it was 80 degrees, sent me pictures to confirm it was 80, and then complained to me that his technician coming to the house cost him $150. The next day the pool was much warmer, so I had a hard time believing the photos he sent of the pool temp was actually from our stay. Lastly, the hot tub wasn’t working when we got there. We ended up trouble shooting it and had to trip a breaker to get it to start working. For the money, I wouldn’t stay here again. .

Nice and Big for our group

We loved the layout of the space and was very happy at how spacious the kitchen/dining and tv area was on the top floor. People commented on how nicely designed it was. It's located in a very nice area with great views close to town. What prevented higher stars is the fact that the beds very very uncomfortable. They put these foam toppers on it to protect the mattress underneath and people commented that it was hard to sleep well as the beds were too soft. The hot tub/jacuzzi stopped working twice. We think it's because the electrical box was too weak to support the the power usage. The sauna room also didn't work. We tried a few times to use it and after having to deal with the jacuzzi house calls, we didn't even bother complaining about the sauna.

Unimpressed — No AC!!!

This property was obviously a very beautiful and expensive property when it was built, but has been severely neglected over the years. It is apparent that the owner has not put the money into it to keep up with the maintenance. Two days before arrival we were informed that although the property has central air conditioning, it is broken and the owner will not be fixing it. It was well into the 90’s during our stay and completely miserable. I spoke to Dennis several times and all he offered was to speak to the owner about purchasing more fans that never arrived. Had we known the property did not have air conditioning, we would never have rented it. There is a curfew for the hot tub with confusing times, 9p, 9:30pm, 9:45pm, 10:00pm we never knew for sure. All we knew is we were threatened with a $1000 fine for violating it. The pool room and pool itself was dirt when we arrived. The pool heater was not working. The broken pool cover was covered with a piece of sheet metal that looked like it could cut your foot if you stepped on it. The floors were filthy! Cabinet drawers fronts were falling off, the dishwasher rack was broken, the sauna did not work, One of the theater chairs did not work, one of the dining chairs was broken, many of the window blinds were broken, and the grill was on its last leg. Two outside chairs on the deck were broken and no others provided. Overall, this property needs a lot of work. Beware if you are going to rent it. Ask a lot of questions!

Not a maintained luxury rental

I feel that I have to write this to warn others of this property and the property management. Ten adults and five children stayed here over this past 4th of July weekend. For a price you pay, you would expect a well maintained luxury property but that is not what we got. Here is the list of glitches we encountered: • Electricity out of the outlets in two rooms did not work. Even after having a handy man an entire day during out stay. • Jacuzzi would shut off after two minutes of turning it on. We researched it and ended up switching the filters but they need to be replaced. We did not end up using the Jacuzzi until the last day due to this. • Downstairs bathroom door needs some adjusting. It gets jammed half way trying to open it so you have to squeeze out. • The balcony was covered in plastic. This made it so we could no go out during the day without shoes which we hard to do with five little ones. Our feet would get burned. So we ended up not using the balcony during the day • Pool rim tile needs to be replacing, it is flaking off into the pool • Toilet in downstairs bathroom is half cracked off • Water filter in the fridge needs to be replaced. Water stopped dispensing and was flashing new filter needed • Pool cover was broken • No linens for the extra bed in the master or for the couch in the great room • The vent and the lighter for the stovetop were broken Now that is a lot. I definitely asked for some sort of refund/compensation for all these glitches we experienced but was faced with an extremely defensive property manager. I was told numerous times the day before our visit; during our stay and arguing afterwards that they expect the guests to let them know of any issues they encounter during their stay. Red Flag. No, it is not the guests’ responsibility to inform the property’s team of issues; the house should be maintained. Period. Stop by the property once and a while to see the shape it is in. The property manager even informed me that their cleaning service let them know the downstairs toilet was half way cracked off for over a year - a year - seriously, visit your property in person periodically. Therefore, I would not recommend this property, move onto the next – Homeaway/VRBO have a ton of well maintained homes and this is not one of them.

Problematic house

It was my first time with VRBO as a guest, we normally do the other giant source. And I can say that I somewhat disappointed. I’m a host myself, and I clearly know the standards. But if you rent a house (I know, a big one, with a lot of amenities) for this price (which is literally doubled for the holidays), you expect something else. To begin with, prior to the trip I had been trying to secure 1 more additional pack and play for a toddler, and my requests were just either ignored or I was given a «I’ll inform you later» answer, and this «later» never happened. So I had to reach out several times. So the management is far from being 5-star. The communication with them was very poor. Then on the night before our arrival a liaison called and explained all the details to me, he also offered his own pack and play (from another house he owned). So on our way to the house we stopped at Dennis’s house to pick it up. I am just curious why couldn’t it all had been ready for us. As well as other things, like swimming pool, which turned out to be completely cold. And only on the next day a pool guy came to learn that it had been broken. So only in the evening of the second day the pool was fixed. That was really disappointing, as the price for the house is comprised of those «special» features and amenities. When we finally got to use those, it turned out that we can’t use all those amenities simultaneously because the power goes off. So we informed Dennis of that again and he told us that the problem had existed before. So again, I suppose if you know about the problem, it should be fixed, shouldn’t it? The next day an electrician came to fix the problem. Also, the dishwasher wasn’t washing the dishes quite well. And at the end of our stay it completely failed, and the water was not draining. So we had to wash tons of dishes ourselves. This was a real bummer as there were a lot of people in our group. The repairman came on the day of our check out, cleaned it and started the cycle (which we had already done before and it didn’t help), so at the end of the cycle nothing was working again. We had to wash tons of dishes again. So our whole stay turned into fixing not our problems, which you clearly don’t expect of any vacation, not saying a pricey vacation. And there were some minor not very pleasant things, like a sofa with torn upholstery and windows above the doors to the rooms, which let light in from the corridor and from the bathroom, etc.

La casa esta muy bonita y grande. El anfitrion te contesta a cualquier hora para cualquier duda. No servia la chimenea de la estancia y se nos aviso ya que ibamos a entrar. Les recomiendo dejar los closets vacios yponer todo enel cuarto de lavado, hay cunas de viajes, ventiladores, colchonetas; y poner mas ganchos para la ropa. Y le caeria muy bien una buena escombrada y limpiada al garage.

Family vacation

Incredible place. The host was so helpful with the process. I would stay again. We had my wife, 4 children and their spouses, 3 grandchildren. Everyone was comfortable and had plenty of room. What a great experience.

Great Home…..But

The house was awesome, the indoor pool and theater was a great feature. We didnt have to leave the house once. The only issue are the neighbors. They are all older and complained throughout the day because of the music even tho we were between the 8am-10pm time frame. It was my moms 60th bday so it wasn't like we had rap blasting. Thankfully it didnt create too much of an issue for us but can be for someone else. All and all tho great house and plenty of space.

Amazing house

Great place for family gatherings. Plenty of room. Everyone enjoyed the pool. Well equipped kitchen. Any questions were quickly answered by manager.
