2 camere da letto 1 bagno su 300 piedi di facciata privata sul lago. Caminetto a legna, lavanderia in loco. Ampio soggiorno con concetto aperto per cucina e sala da pranzo. Goditi la vista sul lago dalla veranda separata che conduce a un grande ponte con grill a gas.

All'esterno trova una buca per il fuoco che include legna per arrostire s'mores, hot dog e allegria della famiglia. Segui il percorso verso la sauna finlandese autentica a legna.

Kayak, canoa, pedalò e barca e motore sono disponibili anche per il vostro uso.

Perfect Lake getaway! The location could not be beat; huge lake to explore plus so close to Munising and Lake Superior. Private big lot with mature trees and a nice sandy beach - the perfect yooper escape!

A wonderful place - very quiet and we really enjoyed productive fishing from the boat and kayaking on the glass water. Lots of birds, great bonfire pit by the water, kayak was great. A wonderful time thank you!

Great place

We had a great stay at this location. The lake is beautiful, the house was perfect for our family, and the proximity to the Pictured Rocks is ideal. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place

The cabin was perfect, comfortable and clean. So nice to have a great place to come back to and rest and relax after enjoying all the area has to offer. Beautiful location, lots of wildlife around, yet close enough to go into town for meals or groceries.

Peaceful and beautiful

Had a wonderful time at this location and the area was so peaceful and quiet. The area and lake were beautiful and serene. I would highly recommend staying here if your looking for a great vacation to get away from it all.

Nice cottage on the lake

We enjoyed our stay. The cottage was very peaceful. The lake was beautiful. Having access to the kayaks, canoe and paddle boat were great. The cottage was perfect for the 4 of us.

Great Vacation in Munising

The house was perfect! The lake was like glass it was so quiet and still in the mornings. The house was a perfect size for our little family and we enjoyed the boat and fishing off the pier. Great property!

Great stay, loves the location and wildlife, the kayaks and canoe were clean and easy to use. It was so peaceful , loved the location visited waterfalls. Beds were comfortable, ticks were an issue ..:but not their fault

Wonderful!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The lake is clear and warm. Even when it rained the sunroom let us enjoy the view of the lake. We have already booked our trip here for next year.

Quiet, beautiful vacation spot

The property was even more beautiful than the pictures show! Our family of 5 fit comfortably in the home and enjoyed using the boat and kayaking around the lake. This home made a great home base as we traveled around the UP. We would definitely recommend this location to others!

Precious Peninsula Pointe

Our vacation gave us precious memories! The location and amenities were perfect. Hubby was sad that fishing was limited due to a hard freeze, but so many other fun things happened!

Lovely stay in Munising

We had a wonderful time visiting this cottage. It's very close to Munising, and conveniently located near Hiawatha National Forest and Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore for kayaking, hiking, and biking. We saw 9 different waterfalls that are just a short drive from the cabin. When we were at the cottage, the kayaks and paddleboat allowed for lovely trips around 16 Mile Lake. It is a very peaceful location.

Great U.P. Vaca

This property is well kept and has everything you need for a relaxing trip to the U.P. The owners are easy to work with and very responsive. The property is very clean! The location to pictures rocks and Lake Superior offer good activities if you want to get out and see the area!

Perfect Getaway!

This place is awesome! The location is perfect and has everything you will need for your stay in the UP!! If you want to enjoy the comforts of home, a clean and relaxing environment, as well as some amazing sunsets….look no further! ☺ Having the boat, canoe, and kayaks available for our use was an added bonus! You won’t be disappointed with this property…highly recommended!

I am from the Upper Peninsula and met my husband Pat here at 16 Mile Lake. His parents own a cottage just down the road from our Hide-A-Way and we own our own home right next door to them. We recently purchased the DQ in Munising. We are happy to call the U.P. home! The U.P. brings much joy to our lives and we hope to share that joy with others. We hope you enjoy yourselves at our Peninsula Point Hide-A-Way!

Enjoy the authentic Finnish Sauna! Sit right next to the water and enjoy a bonfire while watching the sun go down. 300 feet of private lake frontage! Swim, kayak, boat, canoe or fish.
Come and experience our many miles of Side by Side/fourwheeler roads and trails. We are within a short distance of Pictured Rock National Lakeshore, waterfalls, pristine beaches, golf and restaurants! One of our favorites is the Buckhorn Resort just 6 short miles away.
We love the UP and hope you will too!
