Wonderful

A beautiful, very comfortable, safe, quiet, and clean gem. The neighborhood is also super good and quiet and I enjoyed my walks there. Close to beaches. The house has everything needed for very comfortable stay. The host is super lovely and kind.

Enjoyable Stay

This home is located in a quiet, friendly residential neighborhood. It is very clean, the back patio enjoyable and the hostess very pleasant and accommodating. We are thankful we found such a wonderful place to stay.

Cozy home and very convenient location

We had a great stay at this house. It was very conveniently located-close drive to the beach and tons of shops and restaurants nearby. The master bathroom was luxurious and we really enjoyed sitting out in the backyard. The laundry was also very convenient and check in/check out was very easy.

Second Stay

This is our second time staying at this property. We come down for a training trip at the aquatic center each year and this house is very conveniently located to both the aquatic center and Siesta Key. Great bathrooms and we really appreciate having onsite laundry. Host is great and good with communication.

Close to everything, bars, nightclubs, beach

Very attentive host made sure we had everything we needed and was very communicative. Loved the area, friendly people in Sarasota and Siesta Key! I would stay there again for sure. Quiet neighborhood close to everything. 5 minute drive to the beach!

Ideal location for quiet stay

This house was in a safe, quiet neighborhood and just a few miles drive to Siesta Key Beach and Turtle Beach. The provided beach chairs and umbrella came in handy. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. The house provides shade on the back patio in the morning, and on the front porch in the afternoon. We especially appreciated the large shower stall with large shower head. A great way to end a long day of exploring. The host was friendly and responsive to our needs. We would stay hear again.

Very clean unit with all the amenities and extras that you will need. It seemed as though every time someone forgot something, it was added to the inventory at this unit. Great appliances and all the comforts of home. The master bath shower is cool.

Sunshine in Sarasota

We just finished an amazing month at Bozenas home. It is exactly as pictured and as others have stated, it is a quiet neighborhood within a short distance to everything you would need. We walked everyday over to Siesta Key. It was a nice 30 mins walk over the bridge onto the island. When we wanted to go to the beach, we would drive over to Turtle Beach. Siesta Beach is beautiful but we found Turtle to be easier to access and went daily. Bozena was quick to answer any questions we had and we would definitely want to book here again if we decide to come again to the area. Truly one of the best rental we have had and we have had many.

Where to start! I would say the #1 thing we were so happy about finding in this well-appointed home was the beach tent identical to the one we have at home. It lets us stay at the beach longer vs. sitting unprotected in the sun. I can’t think of anything that was missing. There were coolers, blue ice in the freezer, bug spray, every kitchen utensil/pot/dinnerware that could possibly be needed, a gas grill, etc. Bozena’s home is so lovely and comfortable. The back yard is wonderful to sit in and we weren’t bothered by bugs. A nice quiet neighborhood but is SO close to lots of things. It’s a great place to be in terms of accessing beaches, restaurants, and other sites to visit. To be honest, I was worried that I was going to be disappointed that we weren’t staying right on the water. But it was no big deal, it’s a 10 minute drive to the closest beach. The house is so great to stay in, it made up for it and it never even crossed my mind that I felt like I was missing out. You probably won’t get parking at Crescent Beach. No problem, just keep driving down that road, almost to the end you will see a sign for Turtle Beach, turn right. Plenty of parking and public restrooms. Some days we drove down to Venice to the beach there for a change of pace, it was about 20 minutes or so. I will say that you probably would need to get to any public beach a bit earlier on a weekend day. During the week, it was no problem. If you need to run out for a quick meal, don’t hesitate to go to Gecko’s, you’ll see it at the corner of Gulf and Tamiami, very close. The food was consistently good and they have outdoor shaded seating. On Monday’s it’s $5 hamburger day! Bozena texted us to make sure everything was going well and if we needed anything. She is very kind and accommodating, you can tell she takes pride in her home. We will MOST definitely be back, we hated to leave. We’ve stayed in many VRBO rentals and this was by far the nicest and most well stocked home we have rented. Thank you, Bozena!

This property is exactly as advertised. Very clean, in a great location. The neighborhood is very well maintained. Bozena was so nice to deal with, she was very responsive to any concerns. If we return, I’d stay again at this property.

Great place to stay, wheelchair friendly.

This place met all our needs. It was is a neighborhood that is safe to walk. Neighbors were very friendly. The house itself is cute and well equipped. The host, Bozena, is delightful and very quick to answer any questions. What I appreciated most was how easy my mother, with very limited mobility, was able to get around. We brought her transport chair and heminwalker. The layout of the house made it really easy to navigate even with the chair. The shower has only the slightest step down(maybe half an inch) and was large enough handle the entire household taking a shower at once. Luckily we did not have to test that theory!😁 It was also very conveniently located to a lot of stores and restaurants and close to the beach. We look forward to returning ro visit again and hope to stay here.

Fun in the sun

The home was clean, cozy & beautifully decorated. Back yard is very private & the neighborhood was quiet. Carport was nice to keep our vehicle out of the hot sun & easy access to the door to the house. The only concern I had was a visit every night from a pair of racoons in the yard. They walked the fence line every night & a few times darted under fence. However, we just never knew when they would be back or come closer to us. It was kinda scary & kept us inside more then we wanted. Otherwise, the home was beautiful & comfortable. Close drive to the siesta key beaches too.

Elegant and beachy.

The place to stay! Located in a beautiful deed restricted Gulf Gate community. Beachy vibes and very elegant. Bozena was very helpful and was excellent in responding almost immediately with any questions or concerns. I would absolutely rent this property again and will refer anyone I know who plans on renting in the nearby area. Thank you again, Bozena!

Quiet residential location

Nice location , quiet , well kept residential area.10 minute drive to beaches, plenty of different restaurants..Could have used an outdoor hose for clean up from the beach and perhaps a better grill if you plan on BBQing as we did.

Great price, great location and great host. 10/10 will stay here again. Very close to Siesta Key. Lots of dinning options. Quiet neighborhod. The home was very clean and well stocked. The Host was great and communicated well.

Location, Location, Location

Very nice. Love to own it myself. Had everything we needed and then some. I would most definitely recommend this property to anyone. The owner was especially courteous and enjoyable to speak with. Location was excellent.

Feeling Like Home

Very clean well managed property, owner Bozena was very helpful and pleasant to chat with no need for anything well stocked and more, go to the beach items , patio items , bicycle , nice washer, dryer , was close to siesta key beach was really within 5 min. . The neighborhood was very nice and shopping , resturants just outside residential area, the best pizza place is SAL'S try it , honest the best pizza . We will stay here again.

Would stay again!

I spent 8 nights here with my husband and toddler. The space isn't huge but was perfect for us! Master bedroom and bathroom are spacious and shower is nice. The backyard is very nice and was great for our son to run around and for us to sit in the sun. It's a quiet neighborhood with sidewalks perfect for taking a stroll. We appreciated the use of the beach chairs and toys and also the short distance to the beach was great. Everything seemed to be as the pictures showed and Bozena was great to work with! We would stay here again!
