For those of you who are not interested in loads of space, we offer a small (14 sqm) but cosy and well equipped studio for your stay in Rome. We have renovated a former wash house and transformed it into a modern and refined pied à terre with a hydro massage shower and usb wall ports, your comfort being our main concern. Our studio is located in Villa Certosa, a friendly neighborhood (almost a small town) in Rome, A 15 mins tram ride from Termini Station and 20 mins on foot from the popular Pigneto.
The former wash house (years ago the residents used to wash their own laundry by hand) is now a small and extremely well furnished studio ideal for single travelers who appreciate and respect a space that has been studied and decorated with love.
There is a comfortable bed (with many pillows), a desk (with the Lonely Planet guidebook in English), and a well equipped kitchenette (with induction hob, sink, mini fridge, and small electric oven). The bathroom has a small shower bidet. And, of course, we provide airconditioning, autonomous heating, wifi and usb wall ports.
You will find coffee, tea and organic brown sugar,
We remind you that, since we are vegans and we do love animals, as stated in our house rules and as a sign of respect, it is not allowed to eat/introduce meat, fish and animal products like dairy, eggs etc in the house, we hope that you understand. We never eat animal products, we are sure you can avoid them for a few days.
We also are very sensitive towards waste of energy (like heating and lights on all the time) so we ask you to use energy sustainably (it's not possible to have 22 degrees when outside it's 8 degrees or staying at 18 degrees when outside it's 35 degrees) and to switch AC/radiators off always when leaving.
Thank you!
