Benvenuti a Dune Our Thing - una casa di vacanza di primo livello nella premiata comunità Beachwalk.

Ci è stato detto molte volte che le immagini non rendono giustizia alla nostra casa. Affitta la 5 camera da letto ORIGINALE, open space e 2 soggiorno in casa che ci ha guadagnato recensioni entusiastiche! Questa bella casa è descritta come inesorabilmente chic! Qui, passare le vacanze con la famiglia e gli amici è facile.

Questa casa è il luogo perfetto in Beachwalk per una vacanza tradizionale o un weekend lungo. In una strada tranquilla, con Sandcastle Playground situato all'interno di Cason Park come il tuo cortile. La bellissima Sheridan Beach si trova nelle vicinanze, a breve distanza da Beachwalk Lane.

Il piano principale ha un sacco di finestre e luce solare naturale (la casa è su un angolo SE). Open space con camino e TV 50 ". Cucina completamente attrezzata e ben arredata con elettrodomestici top di gamma aggiornati. Sala da pranzo può ospitare comodamente 12 - tavolo e bar per la colazione.

Il secondo piano ha 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni.

Il livello inferiore è perfetto per i bambini o un'altra famiglia - soggiorno separato con TV 50 ", 2 camere da letto e bagno completo. Lavanderia al piano inferiore pure.

Il portico è in una strada tranquilla. Il portico posteriore schermato è di 25'x10 'con vista sul Cason Park e comprende zona pranzo, salotto e frigorifero per bevande. Sul retro godetevi un grill a gas e un patio lastricato deluxe e un pozzo del fuoco.

Non sono ammessi animali e non fumatori, per favore. Soggiorni da sabato a sabato durante l'estate con soggiorni brevi accolti per le vacanze di primavera, autunno e inverno. Le attività nelle vicinanze aggiungono entusiasmo, tra cui Sheridan Beach sul Lago Michigan, Indiana Dunes, casinò, zoo, cantine, outlet e Washington Park.

L'orario di arrivo in affitto è alle 16:00 e l'orario di partenza alle 10:00. Tutti gli orari sono ora centrale.

Informarsi sul noleggio di un golf cart da noi durante il vostro soggiorno (stagionale da maggio a settembre) per una tassa nominale.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Very family friendly. The playground behind us was a plus for the 3 and 5 year olds. The best part was watching the 5 year old catch his first fish.

Great location next to park , especially for families with kids. House was inviting and clean (even my son in law remarked how clean ) . House easily accommodates multigenerational families with separate areas for privacy and quiet. Golf cart was great. Easy access to Plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, wagon and sand toys saves packing them. Beds were so comfortable I slept as well as I do at home. Host is well organized with home information as well as surrounding restaurants and activities. I look forward to staying there again.

Clean and Wonderful Home

We had a great time at this home. It was super clean and the owner was extremely helpful and quick to answer all our questions. The area is fun with tons of family activities to do within walking or golf cart distance. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful week at Dune cOur Thing. This was our second time in Beachwalk and we will certainly be back. The house had everything we needed. it was clean and obviously well cared for. Our kids loved that the playground was bascially in the back yard and so did we. Nicole was great and very easy to contact. We cant wait to head back next summer!

Beautiful Beachwalk Home

We had an amazing time in this wonderful Beachwalk home. The owner Nicole was so responsive and helpful. The house is gorgeous, perfectly laid out and well appointed. We have stayed in many homes in Beachwalk in the last 20 years and this was definitely the nicest.

Amazing House!

Best rental ever. Super clean. Very nicely furnished with great extras like beach toys, sand chairs and beach umbrella. Nicole the owner was great to work with and communicated well. The screened back porch looked out to the playground so we could keep an eye on the kids. We enjoyed use of the fire pit and made s’mores. Beachwalk is a fun place for a family vacation.

Making memories

We greatly enjoyed Dune our Thing for our family vacation getaway from the city. We’ve come to the area for the last 5 years and this year set the bar for our future 4th of July gatherings in large part because of our rental location and set up. The host was most thoughtful on the finest details and very responsive to all questions, we look forward to staying again next year!

Did our thing at Dune Our Thing

House was beautiful and spacious. Our group was made of our daughters' families and included a 2 year old and a 9 month old and there was plenty of space for all. We spent a lot of time on the porches but the screened back porch was our favorite. Pool and beach access were great and the golf cart was a crowd favorite. We highly recommend the property!

Fabulous vacation home!

This home is immaculate and so tastefully decorated. Owners have thought of everything. If you travel with young children, the playground is directly behind the house, separate by some small trees. Sit on the screened porch and enjoy your drink of preference while the kids play out back. We loved it! The golf cart is a huge hit with the kids, and there are lots of things for them to do. We also loved the beach on Lake Michigan.

Dune Our Thing - perfect place to get away

We absolutely loved our time at this home. We stayed here for a week and it was amazing for our whole group (ages 7 months to 63 years!) It was beautifully decorated, so CLEAN (the cleanest rental we've ever stayed in) and was stocked with so many helpful items. Nicole was so communicative throughout the whole process (from booking through the stay) and provided so many wonderful recommendations. It's apparent the pride she takes in her property. The Beachwalk community offers so many wonderful amenities which makes it the perfect place for a getaway. I guarantee you won't regret booking this house!

The best property we've stayed at in Beachwalk. Clean, well maintained with great layout. This is a well cared for home with many thoughtful touches lacking in other Beachwalk properties!Large screened in back porch, spacious front porch and fire pit in back yard means lots of options for gathering. Adjacent to playground a plus for most...though it can be noisy! The kitchen is spacious & we'll organized which made group meals so much easier!Loved having golf cart and having use of beach chairs was a huge help! The information provided by owner was really helpful & thorough.A few " needs" to make this a truly five star experience, comparable to properties in other locales. Or, inform guests in advance of these quirks!- only 1 bath towel provide per guest. No option to wrap hair in towel. Towels also don't get dry between showers...Might want to bring a few of your own.- only 1 relatively thin pillow provided per guest. 5 of our 8 travelers use 2 pillows! Know to bring your own if you want to be well rested.- No blankets..only sheet & comforter on beds. It'd be great to have an extra blanket since groups usually have folks disagree on room temps!- no dressers and few hangers in closet so it's difficult to unpack and feel settled for the week. Guests ended up having clothes set out/stacked on extra beds, benches etc. not ideal!This is a home your group can spread out in, play games, read,,have a fire & all the other things that make vacations memorable!

Family Fun!

"Dune our Thing" was just the right place for our four-family vacation. The house is beautiful, spacious and very well kept. The well stocked kitchen and dining areas ensured great meals together. A favorite was breakfasts on the screened-in back porch. The kids loved making s'mores in the fire pit. We had young grandkids that enjoyed the park right behind the home. The convenience to the pool, beautiful beaches and lake activities made for fun in the sun. It is not often that we can coordinate family schedules to get away. Expectations were exceeded in finding a place that made our family vacation a memorable one.

Family vacation

Dune Our Thing was a beautiful house. It was very comfortable with a lot of space which provided privacy and togetherness. The house has 3 floors so there are steps which our toddlers loved to climb so we were constantly watching them. Beach toys and chairs were provided. Our favor thing was the golf cart getting to and from the beach and pool. The kids loved the playground right behind the house and the splash pad by the pool. I highly recommend a vacation at this house.

Great time!

My family and I were the first renters at this beautiful new home. This five bedroom beachwalk property fit our group of 6 adults and 4 kids perfectly. We were in walking distance to the community pool/beach area and the park was right out the back door. We would definitely rent this property again. The only thing I would recommend to future renters would be to maybe bring some additional bath towels because only one set of towels are provided, per person for the length of your stay. The owner was very detailed with what was provided during our stay so there were no surprises. Overall we really enjoyed our time at this Beachwalk property and would stay again.

A perfect weekend getaway!

Dune Our Thing has absolutely EVERYTHING a family or small group would need to have a truly memorable retreat! Unlike other rentals that give off a rental/house feeling, Dune Our Thing is a home through and through. From the lovely furnishings, to the very adequate space for entertaining inside and out, Dune Our Thing provides it all. In addition, kitchen amenities are phenomenal if you like to dabble with cooking! When it's time to retire, the sleeping arrangements a very comfortable and the little touches like ceiling fans add to the home-feel! Regarding the owners, exceptional response time as well as making your stay unique and memorable! Nicole is gracious and is by far the most caring rental owner we have encountered. She made our stay one we will speak of for times to come! Look no further, Dune Our Thing is a wonderful place to make memories with your family and friends!

Better than expected!

Staying at "Dune Our Thing" was better than we expected - the cynical side of us always wonders if pics on internet are reality. This was a pleasurable find! Great fit for seven adults, two toddlers and one infant - even with owner supplying a high chair and porta crib. Home has been well decorated, has smart floor plan, large dining table to fit us all, and comfy screened back porch - all provided comfort (including on rainy days) for our family vacation. Besides being a clean, new build, the owners have nice touches on their home including fire pit, fridge on screened porch, and plenty of eating utensils, glasses and plates to accommodate large families. Also helpful was how kind owners were during their quick responses to my many questions. This was our first trip to Lake Michigan. Beautiful beach. Appreciated the provided wagon to help carry our load for walk to beach. Was unaware of golf-cart culture in neighborhood - tried renting one, but were all gone. In future, will call ahead and book one. Additionally, a fun perk is the well done playground literally few steps from back door. Kid paradise!

This was our second year at “Dune our Thing”. Here are some highlights:The location close to the playground was key for families with kids. 4 parking spaces. Not all Beachwalk houses have that. Clean and well appointed. Good size living spaces and lovely screened back porch.Great communication with host - Nicole. Golf cart, beach chairs and toys. Everything in great condition!

Lower floor offers a great space for kids or a separate family with 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, additional living room and laundry.

Outdoor you can enjoy nature walks, Cason Park, playgrounds, the community pool, short walk to the beach at Lake Michigan, putting green, tennis and basketball courts, etc.
