The house is in a great location. It was very well stocked with essentials. I was very disturbed by the amount of cob webs and dust. It could have been so much better with a more thorough cleaner. Also the beds are very uncomfortable and noisy. You will wake a partner just turning over. We enjoyed the beach and having the chairs and cart already there was very helpful. Overall it was a good house and experience. It just needs a lot better attention on cleaning. The beds although noisy were very clean.

Thx for the 4 star review. I wish you would’ve addressed and issues with me while you were there. I could have addressed them. That can’t be done after you leave. Although I rarely get any complaints about our cleaners. Actually just the opposite. Either way, thanks for staying with us. I encourage our future guests to read all the reviews and not just based on one.

The house is so cozy but maintains that old Florida beach house feeling. Plenty of room to relax and the screened porch was perfect for coffee and watching the waves at the same time.

Kevin the host is awesome to correspond with. It was raining some during our trip. He emailed out of the blue and offered to give us gate access to another property he had with a community pool just so we could swim. The location is so convenient to the beach. You can literally walk out of the house onto the street and see the ocean. The full time neighbors around the house are so friendly and willing to answer questions you may have about the area. We normally go to Pensacola Beach but it’s a very busy area. If you’re looking for a slower pace without all the shops and money gimmicks, give Mexico beach a shot. Very laid back. We will be going back in October hopefully.
