Property was clean and very roomy. We had 7 people staying full time and then we had 4 more come for a visit one afternoon. Still plenty of room. Views are nice. Area is very peaceful. Well located for a run to the grocery store as well as one of the many wonderful restaurants Ruidoso has to offer.

My stay

Hosyse was beautiful and easy to access. Plenty of space for everyone. Host was easy to communicate with. Overall it was a great trip. And would stay there again .

Spacious yet Cozy with an Amazing View

We loved staying at Casa Gallegos. The neighborhood is very quiet and pretty. The house was comfortable in every way. We loved sitting on the decks and watching all the wildlife. We took our older dog and she enjoyed sniffing all the new smells outside. 10 minute drive to Mid-Town. We hope to stay there again some day.

Very cool place!

The house was rustic but very comfortable and situated in the mountains. We had elk grazing in the front and back yard. The deck outside was a great place to hang out and enjoy the cool mornings and evenings. We had a very nice time. Thanks.

Christmas trip

Loved our stay at the Gallegos home! Their home was well equipped with everything that was needed during our stay! The view is amazing from the back patio! Location is perfect and just a short drive from everything. A minor garage disposal issue was mentioned to the owner and they were very responsive! Thank you for everything! We enjoyed every minute of our stay! Highly recommended!

Great way to start 2020!

The experience of renting this cabin was amazing. Exceeding our expectation since the first step we took in this fabulous cabin. We were 3 families staying for 2 nights at the beginning of 2020 and it was incredible. The view is really a million dollar view, and the location can not be better, close to all the best places in town. Looking forward to make this a New Years family tradition. Thank you Casa Gallegos for making this possible.

Great place, but some issues.

We had great family time at the house. Beautiful view and lots of wildlife, but there were some issues. Grill was dirty and no had no cover. Both propane tanks were empty. When we turned the oven on, there was a strong smell of gas. Did not happen when using stove burners, just with oven. We found out there was no dishwasher soap after loading dishwasher. Several of the lamp shades were broken, and kitchen cabinets were very loose like they were ready to break. Nice neighborhood and house, but it needs a little TLC.

Thanksgiving weekend

We love the property. The cabin was beautifully decorated and had magnificent views. We interacted with wildlife and had a wonderful Thanksgiving with family that ended in an engagement. Couldn’t have asked for a better place for all of this to happen, and we will be going back again.

The house was large and accommodating to our party. The kids loved the outdoors and the adults loved how close to town the house was. I would stay here again!

Nice quiet getaway

We really enjoyed our time at this property it was beautiful and secluded which is exactly what we needed. It was spacious and accommodated our large group perfectly. Will definitely visit again!
