This is a beautiful property, beautiful view of the lake from the balcony. Mind you there are several sets of stairs but also a wide walkway you can drive down to unload or load up. Everything you need in a condo, clean and very roomy with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.The area is very nice and on the water.

Perfect location, the slip for our boat was so close and easy to use! Chris was great about communicating with us prior to and while we were staying there. Very quick to answer any questions we had and help! Highly recommend this property!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Breakwater Bay Condo. Very nice place, however it wasn't the cleanest place we have stayed at. We loved the pool, and used it every day due to record breaking temperatures. The kitchen was well equipped but no room for your groceries. The deck overlooking the water was awesome and location was too! We will definitely be back.

Loved the views and being so close to the pool! Very clean and updated condo. Sleeps 8 but that includes 2 on the couches.

This property is a little slice of heaven with its views! Condo is exactly as described and located in a great area with easy access to a number of restaurants and things to do. Beautiful patio overlooking the water and it's also just a few steps to pool area which was great! Host is very responsive and gave us ideas of things to do and favorite places to try. Highly recommended this rental - you won't be disappointed.

The host Chris was very helpful with booking, check-in process and suggestions on places to go. This is not a host issue, but there are lots of spiders and spiderwebs on the stairwells, on the deck and by the door. Just offering this info so you don’t freak out when you walk through the webs daily. Otherwise the property is very nice and quiet. I loved having the lake view each morning when we woke up.

Thanks for your kind review! So glad you enjoyed your stay at our condo. The common areas of our complex are sprayed for pests monthly. I checked with our complex manager and the spray service came the day after you checked out, so it had been 30 days since last treatment amidst a long hot dry spell. Sorry that you experienced the web issues. The pest control company would have come out to do a free re-treatment at our request if I knew of this issue while you were there.

We enjoyed our time here so much! Chris responded very quickly to questions and followed up to see how we had enjoyed our stay. Excellent communication! The condo was roomy and had everything we needed for a long weekend, and the lake view was fantastic. The property was very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

The host is always welcoming. I’ve stayed several times and it’s consistently clean, Chris is very attentive, and the proximity to the lake, pool, and views are amazing. Definitely might go to when I am in the Ozarks.

Awesome little condo and boat slip! The kitchen did seem to be well stocked for cooking but we only ate out at every opportunity as the selection and quality of restaurants in that area are quite wonderful. We did not use the pool as we were there for fishing and not much else. The raised patio is a wonderful place to relax in the evening! All in all a great experience and in my opinion priced perfectly!

We absolutely loved our stay here as a family of four! The owner was so nice and communicated all the details as well as gave several recommendations for places near by. We went to several of the restaurants and frozen custard stand recommended and everything was top notch! Our favorite was having the sliding doors open and being able to hear the water. Plus laying in the master bedroom looking out the window it looks like you are right over the water. We sat outside on the deck and played card games until the sun went down. We can't wait to visit again when it is warmer weather!

This place is the perfect vacation spot! It was very quiet our entire stay. You could hear the neighbor upstairs occasionally but that didn't bother us at all. We never saw anyone in the 4 days we were there except the pool guy and the guys doing maintenance on the grounds. The owner responded promptly each time we reached out to him. The view of the lake couldn't have been better. You could see the rock bluffs across the lake. There were ducks, geese and a heron or two that flew in between the docks. You could also see turtles and fish swimming in the lake below the outdoor patio. We loved that the patio wasn't screened in. We didn't want anything to obstruct our view of the lake, the wildlife or the boats passing by. Many of the others around this unit were screened in. There weren't any mosquitoes or other bothersome insects at any point during our stay. Everything we needed was there. The kitchen is fully stocked as well. We didn't do any cooking while there, but if we had, all we would have needed were the groceries. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. We ate at Chevy's Pizzeria and Pub the first night because we got there so late. The burgers and pizza were great there! We also ate at Shorty Pants Lakeside Cajun Restaurant, Alley Cats Pizzeria, and the Neon Taco. The strip of restaurants and shops on the Bagnell dam was one of our favorite spots. We also loved the castle ruins at Ha Ha Tonka State Park, Stark Caverns and the Camden County museum.

Beautiful location right on the water. Had everything our family needed for plenty of meals at home, was steps from the pool, and we got to see a beautiful sunset nightly. Couldn’t have found a better rental for our summer vacation!
