Spacious cabin

Went for a long weekend and had a enjoyable stay. Property close to Boone and Grandfather Mountain.

Thanksgiving /App State Football Getaway

Visiting the High County area almost monthly this was an excellent place to stay and very convenient to everything. My family was able to enjoy down time at the house together as well as the attraction around town.

Nice cabin in a nice area. Plenty of room for the 7 of us. Really enjoyed the hot tub. Everything you need is there.

Great stay in the mountains

Went to visit Boone and Sugar Mountain for my kids to see snow for the first time. The location was tucked away between both making it convenient and relaxing. Well maintained and a beautiful location. Would stay again.

Fun with friends

This house was absolutely perfect for a weekend trip away with friends! The kitchen was complete with everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable! We would definitely stay here again

Happy With Happy Roost

A great place to stay!! The property was spotless when we arrived and had plenty of room for all 7 of us to stay. It is easy to access, even though on a steep driveway and centrally located. We will definitely be back!!!

Very nice home and location

This house was the perfect setup for our family of 7. The house was clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the hot tub, outdoor fire table and the great spaces indoors.Would definitely stay at this home again! The property managers were responsive to our needs and requests.

Great Getaway!

We stayed at a happy roost for a few days! It was very nice and was even better than the photos. We brought 4 medium-large dogs and the house was plenty big for them plus 6 adults and a baby! We liked that the house was divided in levels so that the baby could sleep while the adults and dogs hung out upstairs! The hot tub was a major plus as well! Great location! Would love to stay here again!
