The living areas are excellent. Great views and well furnished. However there are a few things that did detract from our stay. The bedrooms were average - the beds are getting old and the mattresses getting old. The ensuite bathrooms are relatively small and in the main bedroom ensuite there are no shelves. The dishwasher needs maintenance as the bottom tray comes off its runners and is difficult to fix. For some reason the freezer had been turned off and had defrosted with water lying in it. The light over the kitchen table flashes unless the dimmer switch is full on. And anyone over 180cm needs to be careful when using the cooktop as the extraction hood is at head height. However, these were minor inconveniences that we lived with and didn’t spoil our stay in Ocean View. The view and facilities in the livings made up for the issues.

The dishwasher runners and dimmer switch for kitchen light have both been fixed. There is a bathroom caddy now in the bathroom upstairs to hold items. Hopefully this didn’t ruin your stay to much and you enjoy the wonderful views.

Kinsale beauty

Staying in Kinsale was a true delight… The property was magnificent and had incredible views. Very rural, peaceful setting. Kinssle is very beautiful and a real highlight of our Ireland trip.

Wonderful

This property was perfect for our large family. It was well stocked with amenities and the views were stunning. Close proximity to Kinsale, which was a great little town for food, fun and drinks. Our host, Ryan, was a constant professional from our first communication to our last....thanks Ryan!

Beautiful view and fantastic home

We had a wonderful experience! The view was incredible! We spent all our time outside because the weather was amazing! We walked down to the beach and made friends with the neighbors who were lovely and told us the history of the area! It’s a Beautiful spacious home and as a family we only used a portion of the home! It would be amazing for s family reunion! Thank you for the opportunity!

Family Vacation

This property is amazing! Beautiful house with amazing views. Just outside of Kinsale in the country overlooking the ocean. Town is only a 20 min or less drive. There a good little pub down the road. The only issue we had was there is no dryer and it rained the entire time we were there so we couldn't hang the clothes out on the line.

Amazing property and a wonderful stay

The house and location were perfect, the views were breathtaking and we all had a wonderful time! There were a few downsides like the directions to get to the house were incorrect. There was no working coffee maker only a built in espresso machine that was difficult to figure out, so we had to buy our own. Other than that, we had a great time and Kinsale was our favorite town of the trip.

The views are impressive, the house is beautiful, but not practical. The host doesn't have great people skills and we were basicly just in fear of being charged more.

Living in fear , it’s probably because we found out you snuck a dog into the property and didn’t care about the next guest having allergies when we state we are a no pet property Please do not re book one of our properties as you cannot now be trusted

Ocean Views in style

Beautiful property inside and out. Premium luxury finishes in the house and loads of space. 3 of the 6 Bedrooms have ocean views & 4 with ensuite. The ocean and countryside views from the modern, well appointed kitchen are world class. Fun play area for kids outside. Gated entrance to make you feel secure. Easy walk down to the ocean or the speckled hen restaurant. Kinsale is a short 10 minute drive. Truly a magical home. Only knock would be it was missing a few kitchen amenities like salt, pepper, olive oil for cooking. Helpful to know what’s available before grocery shopping. The

This house has it all. It can accommodate at least 18 people easily. It sleeps up to 21 people. Younger kids will love it. Theres a hidden playroom upstairs in the loft bedrooms, ping pong, pool, mini putting course, trampoline, and cool swing/play set. The house is very tastefully decorated fitted a state of the art kitchen. Lots of big sliders all around the house to enjoy the stunning views of the green country fields, cliffs and ocean. You can also see some islands in the distance. My daughter loved having the whole 2 bedroom loft to herself. This place is up the hill from Kinsale about 6 minutes on a windy narrow road. Its very close to Kinsale town with lots to do there.

The house had everything you could need and located on the Old head of Kinsale had amazing views. The whole group were able to relax in comfort!!! Thanks very much for letting us postpone our 2020 stay and being so flexible

Best staycation ireland can offer !!

Had a great get away here with the family ! Caters unbelievably for kids. 2 toddlers had the best time in the hidden play room along with the swings and trampoline outside ! House was immaculate had all utensils anyone could need ! With extremely spacious dining areas and bedrooms for all. Already planning our next stay here! 10 minute from the old head, garretsown beach and kinsale town

Wonderful family break

The property was perfect - a beautiful spot, very well-equipped with everything you might need, and had lots of entertainment for kids and adults alike. The owner was super helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.
