We loved our stay at Sycamore, had a great area to walk the dogs, a beautiful view of the river and was overall a nice and relaxing vacation. Gary and Patty were amazing hosts! We can't wait to come up again next year.

We really enjoyed our stay. Good location, dog friendly, greet grounds with river access. We'll definitely consider staying there again when we're back in the area.

We were a party of five adult men, occupying two cabins, fishing for three days on the Watauga and South Holston rivers, so this was a perfect location. We cooked our evening meals at Sycamore for three nights, and the kitchen made it easy.

It is a very beautiful and relax stay. I recommend to read tva paper on fridge so you are aware of water rise for swimming. I love the quick response communication from owner. Check out was very simple and easy.
