Hello Toni! Sorry so much for the inconvenience, if you had informed us about any cleaning issue at your arrival or during your stay, our housekeepers, who are every day in the building, could have taken care about that in a few minutes. For your information, at Miami Vacation Rentals, we are now taking extra precautionary measures due to COVID19 in all our properties: • Our apartments are now extra sanitized. Counters and all other surfaces are specially cleaned with Clorox or other options, as recommended by the EPA. • We clean and iron our towels and linen professionally, which means they are exposed to higher temperatures that when done at home or in the apartment. • Our personnel will not shake hands or have any physical contact with guests. In any case, they sanitize their hands after each check-in. • Our apartments do not have shared central air conditioning so that you do not get air from other units or guests, unlike most hotels. • Our check-in personnel have a non-contact thermometer to check guests' temperature upon their arrival. Although this is not mandatory, the vast majority accepts and is pleased that we do it. In case of a doubt, we proceed with extra sanitation and ozone cleaning. We could also include for FREE the condo cleaning/disinfection with an Ozone machine if requested 48 hours before the check-in. I hope we could have you as our guests again in the future.
