Thank you for staying with us again and for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear this visit didn't meet the standard you've come to expect from us. We sincerely apologize if the floors were not cleaned to our usual standards. That is certainly not acceptable, and we will be addressing your comments with our cleaning team. Had we known during your stay, we would have gladly sent our housekeeping team back to re-clean the floors and make things right. Regarding the beach, it is a private beach for owners and registered guests. Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to actively monitor who is on the beach throughout the day. If you had let us know that there appeared to be unauthorized groups using the beach, we would have contacted security or the local authorities, as large gatherings and unauthorized use are not permitted. We're also sorry to hear about your interaction with the weekend groundskeeper. We certainly want every guest to have a positive experience, and we will share your feedback with the appropriate parties. We truly appreciate that you've chosen to stay with us multiple times, and we're grateful that you plan to return. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with the exceptional experience you've come to expect from us on your next visit.

We do want to note for future guests that the layout and furniture arrangement are accurately reflected in our listing photos, and the space is designed as a one-bedroom beachfront condo. While it may feel more spacious for a single traveler, many couples and small families have stayed comfortably and enjoyed the setup. You can see this based on our many 5 star reviews. Additionally, the absence of a dishwasher is clearly outlined in the listing description, as the kitchen was designed to prioritize a full oven and stove within the space available. We always aim to provide an experience that matches expectations, and we encourage guests to review listing details carefully to ensure the property is the right fit for their stay.
