Couldn't Have Asked for a Better Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ensenada Cinco 1736 did not disappoint! The house itself is unique, beautiful, and so spacious — with room to comfortably fit our extended family (kids, parents, cousin, uncle, and grandparents all under one roof without feeling cramped!). It's clean, relaxing, and just has a really nice feel to it. The huge windows give you a gorgeous view of the Gulf, and the enclosed patio got plenty of use from all of us throughout the week. The garage and parking area were great too, which made unloading for a big group so much easier. It's tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood, so it felt secluded without being isolated. No boardwalk, but the walk to the beach was still easy and worth it. Little details made a big difference too, like the great water pressure in the showers and how comfortable the beds and sofas were for everyone. Honestly, the house was so great we didn't feel the need to go out for food or entertainment all week. This is actually one of several properties we've rented from Paradise Beach Homes over the years, and they've never let us down. Their properties and service are consistently great, and we'd absolutely recommend this house and this company to anyone looking for a comfortable, memorable beach getaway.

Magic

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home fulfilled the experience I was dreaming of - walking out the back door, onto the path in the dunes, emerging onto the pristine beach. Beautiful moments of peace and natural beauty. Private but not isolated. The view from the dining room drew all of us to it. We gathered there in the evenings and shared the stories of our day. Magic.

Coming back next year!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great beach house as close as you can get to the beach. Lots of space for our family of 6 adults and 5 children. Fantastic views from inside and out. Loved the open plan from kitchen to dining to living area. Extra fridge in the garage and no carpet in the living area were plusses. Enjoyed a rainy day at the Naval Aviation Museum and always a trip to Joe Patti's. First rental we’ve found that we are repeating next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is in great spot, walking distance to beach and water. It has shower and water hose in lower level so you can clean your self before entering to house. big huge windows facing gulf provide great view from inside house, and screen porch helps if it is raining...Only negative thing is little bit of stale smell that left in our clothes after we left and came home, although we could not smell it that much while there.

Amazing Views From a Near-Perfect Beach House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has stayed several times in this wonderful, spacious beach house. The views beat any other rental that we have occupied over the last 35 years vacationing in Pensacola Beach. Our stay this year was marred only by the condition of the bunk bed room. The room stays significantly warmer than the rest of the house, the full-size mattress is warped, and the left bunk is not structurally sound. Our guests ended up sleeping on the floor.
Risposta di VrboOwner, il giorno 12 ago 2022
Hi Chris, Thank you for taking time to post your review. We are so happy to hear that you all really enjoyed this home. The views are amazing! We are sorry to hear about the bunk bed room though. Please know that we are always available to our guests should you need anything during your stay. We would have been more than happy to have sent someone to the house to look into those issues. We want all of our guests to thoroughly enjoy their stays with us so we make sure to be available for such situations. We certainly hope this won't detour you from staying with us in the future! We really appreciate your business.

Escape with friends

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vacation was great, the rental had quite a few quirks. Interior doors that wouldn't latch others that would get stuck and tap the Littles. Also the floor is very unlevel, only one sliding door functions and overall the house is antiquated.....I guess nothing out of the ordinary for the age or was built, just figured they would take care of the smaller easy fixes. On another note location is great, lot size and house size are great as well.

Great location. Needs some significant cleaning.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hello, I wanted to reach out to you guys about the house I rented on Sept 13-18th. We are expected to pay $400 for a cleaning fee. However, the house was very much not clean. There was black thick dust and mold around almost all of the vents, the dishes were not clean, and there were dead bugs on the floor in some of the rooms. The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it when we arrived, and some of the pans we used from under the stove had food on them. I have pictures and videos of all of these things. The location of the property was perfect. The condition not so much.
