The perfect place to hear the ocean roar

Listening to the ocean waves at night was a bonus. Best happy hour on the balcony watching the sunset. Great location in Poipu.

Easy parking and short walk to Poipu Beach. Great view of the ocean from the condo and the balcony - saw dolphins and whales.

Great location. Just a five minute walk to Brenneke Beach. Condo was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you need to cook. Plenty of towels. The clothes washer and dryer being in the unit were great to have. Everything was as it was described. The unit was a tad tired, compared to what the pictures looked like. But this close ocean view condo was overall an excellent value. The breeze on the balcony was amazing. Would definitely think to stay here again.

Beautiful condo perfect for two with great view of the ocean! Everything was very clean and well laid out, and having laundry on site let us pack lighter than we normally would have. The place made our downtime during our vacation wonderful!

Poipu Anniversary stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this beautiful condo for our first wedding anniversary, and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Firstly, the patio with the amazing ocean view was where we spent most of our time while at the condo. For coffee and breakfast or sunset drinks it was the perfect setting. We loved having chairs and a cooler available to take down to the beach, this was such a nice surprise when we checked in. The bed was very comfortable and sleeping with the windows open allowed us to hear the ocean! Check in and out was easy with the office location right next to the airport. Would definitely book this place again!

Nice ocean view condo near Poipu beach. Most of what you need for the beach is included. This is clear in the listing, but make sure you're ok without A/C if you stay here. We underestimated the heat and were quite hot in the evenings.

Great view! We saw humpback whales breaching from our balcony. Close to a lot of Poipu locations. Would stay here again.

We had such a great stay here. It was clean, the location was great, quiet, and it had all the amenities (i.e., cooking utensils, ice maker, cleaning supplies, beach towels, chairs, washer and dryer, even a cooler!) The no AC is really not an issue as there were plenty of fans. It did not bother us. This condo was everything we could have asked for and more!

July 9 -12 Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was great and the location very convenient for walking down to Poipu Beach to see the turtles and monk seals. The unit was fully equipped with everything needed. There was a great cross-breeze - A/C was not needed at all. Unfortunately there were a few "bugs" in the bathroom my first night there. Management was very responsive and sent someone over the next day to spray. However, the next day a few small "baby" bugs appeared in the bathroom and on kitchen counter. I did not report it as I was leaving the next day, but left comments in my review. This is an old building and I realize bugs may be something to expect, but it was rather upsetting as I was afraid they would get into my luggage. In addition, the unit needs a deep cleaning. The kitchen floor and the closet doors appeared dirty.

Great location and close to Poipu. Tremendous view of the ocean. Parking was easy. The building itself is dated, but has a nice pool. Check in was ok, it was slightly annoying to have to pick up a key at the rental office beforehand, whereas most other properties have digital locks to get in. The only disappointment was the cleanliness of the kitchen items - we had to wash every cup, bowl/plate, pot, and utensil before we could use it. The shower head also needed a good scrubbing. Still a good space though.

We love the Kahili, the 5th floor view, Poipu and Kauai. This is a familiar home away from home, and we love that. My husband passed away last year, so this was a poignant return for me.

Awesome view!!

The view was amazing! In the first two days we saw whales, spinner dolphins, turtles and monk seals. The kitchen was well equipped except for a cork screw. Had to go buy a cork screw. We left it so future renters don't get here after traveling all day and find they can't open their wine ! Overall great place and a very nice pool area.
